As a recommendation from a coworker, I stop in to grab something to eat before work. I ordered boneless chicken wings. What I got was chicken skewers. I didn't look before I left the restaurant, but when I got to work 5 minutes away and sat down to eat I was highly disappointed in what I saw and worse for what I paid. They sell these at 7-11 2 for $5 I paid almost &17 for this garbage some were even dried out. My next visit there will be to see a manager and ask how do they explain this garbage. read more

This is a cute spot to watch sports and eat wings. My family likes the variety of food and the variety of tv screens. It can get crowded and noisy, but the food is good. Moreover, last night, the evening manager was very quick to resolve a few issues that we (and others) encountered. This was appreciated. I guess the kitchen was having a slow day. Placed an online order...arrived on time but the cashier didn't have my order...it wasn't even available at the register. He had to look at my phone order to prove that I had an actual order. I was the only one there waiting for my order...it was very slow at the restaurant . After waiting 10 minutes, I finally received my food. When I got home and opened up our containers, my Cobb salad was missing grilled chicken and my boyfriend's grilled chicken sandwich was missing honey mustard dressing. Glory Days is definitely my go to restaurant for a relaxing, friendly good time. I always opt to sit in the bar area. I enjoy watching football on Sundays. I live in NJ but visit MD at least 4x a year. Glory Days has the the BEST hot Buffalo wings. That sauce with the Jalepeno is just the spice I need. This additional review is to shout out to Corey. Burger was decent but the service and staff were absolutely horrible. It I was on fire they wouldn't throw a glass of water on me unless I did a touchdown dance to get someone's attention. Food is always good, burgers are delicious. Beers are limited but served ice cold which I love. Wife got the Happy hour margarita and it was not good, ordered a Patron margarita and it was very good but cost twice as much. Service was stretched thin but were very attentive. I wanted to update my review. I was the crazy lady looking for my lost Fanny pack. I want to apologize to the two young men that got wrapped up in that mess and say thank you for telling us to have a nice day when we left. We definitely heard you, and we appreciated that. To those here reading this now, long story shortened, I lost my bag that contained my wallet today. I am from Seattle with a flight back in a week and that wasn't going to be fun to deal with. It started with a call and a quick no it wasn't there and led to a wild goose chase retracing my very few steps which led to me believing someone stole it out of the car or I knocked it on the ground in a parking lot. After much chasing I went into glory days and asked the front hostesses and was met with another quick no that I pushed a little further by pointing to the booth I sat in which the young gentleman did take the time to check for me coming up empty handed. That led us back to the hiking trail we went on of a solid couple miles in the dark to be met by a police officer who'd also walked the trail and said he saw nothing. So, at this point we'd given up and just wanted to go home. I was ranting about my simple no's I'd been given at Glory Days to my partner and I had planned to call again the next day to see if any communication made it pop up there but he decided to call and ask for a manager this time. (Probably wondering why I am at a 5 star because none of this sounds too positive so far), well the manager comes on and puts us on a brief hold and it magically appears within barely a minute. Honestly at this point I was furious, a couple hours of retracing steps, pulling my partner away from the car dealership when he trying to get a new vehicle on the few days of leave he has before he starts his new military job, earlier realizing that something My children made me on the last time I'd seen them in person prior to this trip was probably gone, trying to remember the last place I had it and just all around dealing with the anxiety of it all, I was just angry because it could have been avoided by that first phone call if the person had just simply checked. My partner said he'd go grab it and I can stay home, I didn't want to, I wanted to talk to the manager because it all was just uncalled for. She kindly listened (and so did like 9 other people interested in the crazy lady who'd lost her Fanny pack) as I ranted about the day we'd had that could have helped 2 strangers avoid by the first phone call. I appreciated her taking the time to listen and she even offered us dinner. We declined and just wanted to go home honestly. We weren't looking for something free, just an ear to listen on what could have been prevented. This trip all around had been frustrating and it was a cherry on top type of incident. I'd spent the 2 days prior to this on my phone trying to find someone who could save my dogs in Seattle because a blizzard hit and the people that was supposed to check on them throughout the day got snowed in. So my dogs went almost a whole day without access to food, water or the ability to potty just to spent the next day after they were saved to try to find boarding for them so that it wouldn't happen again in the snow just to find out every single place is booked. Then today was supposed to be our first day of mentally relaxing and well, you know how that went by now if you have reached this point. Giving a 1 star review strictly on how inedible the wings where. I could barely muscle though the 2 that I ate, and stopped picking at the others like one picks though a crawfish claw due to the risk of drawing blood from the chicken meat splinters that where put upon my plate in place of actual chicken wings. Ronald the manager, bartender, and waiter (LOL) made our first visit the best. Just arrived to Maryland today for a mini trip and it was my first time trying this restaurant . This was one of the only few places that is open late in the area which was great. The service here was not the best. On the website and on the promotional advertisement right outside restaurant stated that appetizers after 9pm is only $6.99. Our server told us that that promotion is no longer available even though all the advertisements was still up. My friends entree came with a salad and at the end, we were charged for it. We were informed at the end of the meal that only the steak entree comes with a free salad even though on the website it said we can substitute the salad with no extra cost. I asked for the manager and his response was he never heard of this before and it would not had happened there. I then stated to him that none of the servers have anything on their head to cover their hair. He brought me two $10 discount coupons on my next visit. Because of his lying and subtly dismissing the matter, I refused to accept the coupons or go back for another visit. Glory Days Grill is the newest place to open up in the center on west nursery road. It's the only one that isn't fast food in the center. I've been to the one in Ellicott City once before coming here so I had a good idea of what it was going to be like. It's probably most comparable to Buffalo Wild Wings in my opinion. There have multiple tv's all around the restaurant with each playing something different. After you are seated, you'll see something that looks a speaker which actually plays whatever's on the tv's. And you can change TVs on the speaker. Pretty cool. Now on to the food!! The wings here are pretty good. They taste fresh and are pretty crispy on the outside. They also have a decent variety of flavors. I also ordered their buffalo chicken dip which was delicious. Probably could use a little more buffalo flavor but it was still good. We were staying at a hotel across the street because of an early morning flight.. and well we were hungry. I had never heard about Glory Days, but my girlfriend had and so we went. They had an okay draft beer menu. I expected to see more local craft beer on the list. We ordered our drinks and entrees. The food was okay, not 'Tom Cruise jump on the couch' good... but it worked for us. The service lacked a bit.. and one of my restaurant pet peeves reared it's ugly head: when a server doesn't ask if you want another beer.. or more to drink in general. That would increase the overall bill, therefore probably increase the tip. But, that's your loss. The check was dropped off and away she went. I stopped in after the lunch crowd had left (between 2-3p,) and was quickly seated in a booth and waited for approximaltey 5 or so minutes for my server to arrive. When my server finally showed up, I ordered the GRILLED SALMON BLT SALAD minus the bacon. The salad was served with sweet and smoky salmon, chopped romaine,tomatoes, red onions, scallions, avocado, crispy tortilla strips, and served with a citrus vinaigrette. We walk in to three hostesses chatting and ignoring us while two waitresses seem to be running on jet fuel trying to serve a ton of tables. Why SO many hostesses not doing anything? We are seated and order. Our server was awesome, great service but the food? Got the buffalo chicken dip.....too overdone to be palatable. Runny and greasy but top of the cheese too burnt to dip the chips. My partnered made his own pasta dish and enjoyed it......I got the short rib grilled cheese with no onions and it arrived full of onions. I waited 15 more mins while my partner ate..... Drinks were okay but def overpriced......combined with the food errors, we will NOT be back to this location. I really was looking forward to eating here... now I wish I'd grabbed my food from the airport! My burger was dry, overcooked ( requested pink) with a soggy bun and the fries were Luke warm at best! Two bites and I was done... food should not be punishment So they messed up the burger but I have crab dip... The crab dip was super oily and although it looks chunky- its not! Oily cheese, mixed with flake crab with shells and I do mean shells. I lost half my bowl trying to drain it off and pick out hard pieces! I'm giving a 1 star because I can't leave zero stars. First, we had to wait for a table in a half empty restaurant on a Tuesday night. Once seated we were given silverware rolled up in a cloth napkin. My daughter unrolled hers to use the napkin and a dirty band aid was in with the fork and knife! I asked to talk to the manager, because that's just nasty. I reassured the startled waitress that she was lovely it was only the band aid. A man then came out from the kitchen, with an apron on. I showed him the band aid and he said, "that happens sometimes, I get you new silverware." REALLY? It happens sometimes? We were in the area for an event and were hungry and decided to visit. Our visit was a pleasant surprise as previous visits at other properties in Virginia were disappointing. During previous visits at other locations, it was the service, not the food that left more to be desired. At this new Glory Days, both the food and service were surprising good. We decided to take a chance even though the host said it was a 30 minute wait. We were seated with 20 minutes until the kitchen closed. Also the girl who answered the phone had nothing but attitude when you try to explain they hung up, hoping it was an accident she says we don't hang up on people and you need to wait in hold again ahebdont care what happened. Ordered 12 bone in traditional wings which I used to get frequently when I lived in fairfax va. Unfortunately this was the first and last time I go to glory days in Maryland. Mind you I placed the order for take out and once I began to endulge I realized they were over cooked, I mean the meat was plastic hard and chewy, I also ordered the glory days sauce which I don't remember being spicy.
