Decided to try this chain restaurant this evening. I ordered the lobster roll which comes with roasted corn on the cob and coleslaw...I know, I know it's a burger joint mainly so it's the last place you would order a lobster roll. I showed up to pick up my order that was scheduled for 12:48 five minutes early knowing that I may have to wait. I waited almost 10 minutes (designated to go area) before I was even greeted / acknowledged. I was told that she was waiting on the burger. Another 10 minutes and the person reappeared with two bags. I was asked if I needed silverware and then questioned again for ketchup. I headed out to my hotel and once I got back to the room, I unpacked the bags to discover the drinks were not there. Chicken for the salad was cold as was the soup that might have had 5OZ at best in the container. I went back to the store, waited again and once I got (same person) someones attention to talk to I mentioned the above and the missing drinks. What were the drinks? I was asked, I showed her the receipt. After a bit of time she returned with the drinks with a curt sorry. I had to ask for straws of course. I felt this was a very expensive meal with little to no value. This also makes me want to comment on the check out (payment) page that requests a tip for the staff with 15% already highlighted. We stopped to grab dinner here after picking up family from BWI Airport. They were tired and hungry so this looked like a pretty good option for an early midweek dinner (5 PM) The restaurant was neat and clean and since it was early it was very quiet. There were six of us, two were small children. We were promptly greeted and seated. We ordered beverages and had a short wait before ordering dinner. Although the place was nearly empty, it took a very long time (over 45 minutes from ordering to receiving) for the food. Apparently there were only 2 staff in the kitchen. We didn't order anything that should take more than 15-20 minutes to prepare. But the food was very good when it finally arrived. I'd come here again, I guess, but the long delay for the food was pretty irritating. I'm not sure how they handled the full crowd that was coming in after we got there. Really poor. But we also got the chicken dip with Fritos and the Fritos were on point. Very well done, straight from the bag. We didn't eat our meals but we paid for it all with a 20% tip for a total of about 100 dollars. So go for the drinks and the sports on the TVs. The atmosphere was typical for a sports bar, with large screen TV's in every location and very little sound dampening so it's loud even with a few people inside. The cheese came out like a lump of dried cow patty, the burger was over cooked along with the minuscule portion of sweet potato fries. I came over here from the hotel that I was staying at, super convenient. I was told that the food was really good here, but I didn't realize that they would be playing sports on the big screen TVs. I was really excited about that, they have a great set up where you can see the games wherever you sit. I had an excellent waitress, very sweet girl. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms. Bottom Line: Great service, a large menu and plenty of screens for watching sports. I didn't know anything about Glory Days Grill, I just knew I needed to get out of the office for lunch. What I liked about my weekday lunch at Glory Days is that I could get a Diet Coke and a half entree salad. The salad was a nice size for lunch but curiosity got the best of me so I also tried six wings. They have a crazy number for wing flavors and I was totally taunted by their lovely graphic showing the flavors and spiciness levels. You can get them bone in or boneless. I went "Old Bay" bone in and they were tasty - crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I'm not a huge wing fan but these hit the spot. I eyed up the beer menu although I did not partake. I must say, it's a good looking menu with a nice variety of craft beers. It's not a huge list, but every option sounded delish and I was glad to see that some local grog made the menu. I'll be back to work my way through the tap line. As far as seating goes, they have a bar and plenty of tables inside. There is also a patio and private party space. They have a separate entry/waiting area for take out and I think come winter, the "arctic entry" will be much appreciated. On my weekday visit it was a very business crowd and delightfully quiet. I can see where during happy hour it could be rowdier in there. I can just imagine patrons chowing down, quaffing suds and disapprovingly watching the Orioles or throwing their arms up at the Ravens. There are a few video games too and I saw cornhole out on the sidewalk. The bartenders were very friendly and certainly putting their best foot forward. This is a cute spot to watch sports and eat wings. My family likes the variety of food and the variety of tv screens. It can get crowded and noisy, but the food is good. Moreover, last night, the evening manager was very quick to resolve a few issues that we (and others) encountered. This was appreciated. I guess the kitchen was having a slow day. When I got home and opened up our containers, my Cobb salad was missing grilled chicken and my boyfriend's grilled chicken sandwich was missing honey mustard dressing.
