Right up there with the Fridays and Tuesdays, Glory Days is a glossy menu chain that has a big focus on sports stuff and snacks that go with watching the big game on one of the many, many televisions in the room. They have background music going but each table has a receiver/speaker that you can tune in to the television that you want to hear. I ended up choosing a salad this time, though not quite the healthiest one on the menu. The Cobb was nicely loaded with cheese and bacon and avocado plus quite a lot of chunked chicken. The full size is FULL SIZE and that's what I wanted. Good eats! Wifi worked well. Beer was cold and if you let them, they will quickly upsell you to the larger one. read more

I am so happy we went here to eat. I haven't had wings in a restaurant in over 5 years because of cross contamination. I talked with the waitress and she pointed out that the gentleman 2 booths down is celiac and was eating the wings without issue. And the lady in the booth next to us overheard us talking and said she's been here at least 50 times and has never gotten sick. I DIDN'T GET SICK!!! They have a huge GF menu. I will begin with the positive and finish with negative. I decided to try the Reuben, which is one of my favorite meals. The Reuben is by far the best meal I have had at Glory Days. The bread was perfect, packed with a generous portion of corned beef, and nicely melted cheese. One big positive the dressing was on the side, which prevented the bread from being soggy and allowed me to put the amount I desired. The food was served quickly. The mashed potatoes are excellent. Our server was terrible. We had him on one other visit and he has not improved. He did not come by our table until we were finished eating and asked if we wanted dessert. Both glasses were empty and he never offered refills. He never offered a carry out box for remaining food. Another disappointment, still no onion rings or crab dip. The building and atmosphere were pretty nice. The bar looked really cool and there were large TVs to watch sports while you hangout and eat. I had the Taco special and I had Shrimp Tacos. There were like two small grilled shrimp chopped into tiny slivers on two large tortillas and they had slaw on them. You could barely find any meat and that's no exaggeration. We stopped here after checking into our hotel to get a quick bite to eat. Because this was our first visit, we received a complementary appetizer plate with samples of five different menu items. it was the best part of our meal. The wings were particularly good. I had the chicken dinner and my wife had the steak frites. My meal was pretty much your average chicken dinner and my wife's steak was very tough. Service was good. This 1 star is for the take out service the past few months. I'm not sure if a new manger is needed to oversee "to go" orders or what. When you feel you make a huge contribution/ give business to a local restaurant and time after time your order is messed up, something needs to change. Wow, just WOW! Ordered online which is delivered by DoorDash. We were missing a sandwich, not cheap, from our order so I called and spoke to the Manager to see how to resolve the issue since Glory Days had accepted my payment. The Manager referred me to DoorDash or I could come pick up the missing sandwich. I called DoorDash and they were amazing and actually negotiated with the store to have the Dasher go back and pick up the missing item. When the Dasher arrived at our home he told my husband he didn't take our sandwich. My husband said he knew that and it was all good now. The Dasher went on to say that Glory Days was saying the sandwich was in the order. So...they accused the Dasher and US of lying about the whole situation. The bag that originally arrived was packed so full there was not enough room for another container. In fact there was no Tamper Proof tape because the handles would not close over all the items in the bag. Perhaps there was another bag that he missed at the original pickup? We received the Side Salad that was to accompany the sandwich but no sandwich. Glory Days messed up and refused to own it. Sad because we have been regular, loyal customers throughout the pandemic. My family and I went here on 8/4/21 for dinner. The server responded to everything with "yea". I waited 10 minutes to order a beer, another 5 waiting on her to bring it from the bar 10ft away. She walked by 3 or 4 times, stopped at the tables to either side of us, walked by a few more times, and then finally stopped and asked if I wanted another. Went on a very crowded Sunday, but my wait to be seated was less than 10 minutes. Had the Impossible burger with sweet potato fries a side Caesar. We stopped at Glory Days for their awesome wings and weren't disappointed. But this review isn't about the wings! The service at this location is simply spectacular. Our server (Mackenzie) was top notch, she handled our orders quickly and got everything right, served the food on time and checked on us numerous times. To top it off, not one but two managers stopped by the table to check on us which is way different than my last review of GD competitor Green Turtle who currently isn't even in the same league as Glory Days! We stopped by on this rainy 4th of July. My husband loves the pulled pork and coleslaw. Generous portion and the meat was lean, tender, and moist. I opted for the grilled chicken, crabmeat and asparagus which was also very good although a tad salty. Our waitress was very polite and friendly. To be honest I have eaten at Glory Days Grill once a week for the past two months. A bunch of friends and I simply go to just relax and eat a late meal. But I've only come after 9PM for the $5 appetizers. Glory Days, in my opinion, is a huge step above an Applebee's, and the food I have seen and tasted, is actually good. And that's saying something only eating just the appetizers. The reason I come back is the Spicy Garlic Wings. There's actual chunks of garlic in the wing sauce! I would bathe in garlic if I could I love it that much. Some day I will actually try something off the actual menu. But then again...maybe I will just stick to the apps... The atmosphere is average. Tons of TVs to watch sports or just sit at a table with your pals. Service has never been an issue. Everyone is very friendly. Glory Days will be a place that me and the buds will come and hang at and enjoy some wings or cheese fries, knowing we're going to be feeling it later that night or even in the morning. but that won't stop us from coming. read more

Some ICU nurse colleagues and I ordered from this establishment on Uber Eats. 3 meals were missing. The manager claimed that she personally watched the bags get packed even though it took her 40 minutes to get on the phone. I looked in the car and my bags were the only bags. Pretty good! If you're staying at one of the hotels nearby, try this place instead of the Chili's next door. I'm glad we did. I'm 7.5 months pregnant and couldn't decide what to order, so I ordered the crab cake sandwich meal with Mac and cheese AND the meat loaf sandwich meal with mashed potatoes. The crab cake was delicious, not too many fillers in it. The meatloaf was delicious as well. The "creamy" mashed potatoes weren't necessarily CREAMY, but they were okay. I am new to the area & this was my second lunchtime visit to Glory Days. Great place to watch a game or grab a bite to eat, I did both! The TV set up was surprisingly great for a regional spot. I ordered a burger, and it was delicious. The highlight though, was the bartender, Tammy. I remembered the great service she provided on my first visit, and was pleased she was working today. Upon sitting down, she asked if I wanted that same new beer that I ordered the last time I was in! It is a glorious day! Staff is amazing and attentive...my beer did not go empty yet they were not breathing down my back.
