While Walmart representatives were courteous, the platform ultimately provided very limited support once the dispute involved a third-party seller. The seller stated that it could not identify the product, and the manufacturer stated that it could not process the warranty claim without additional product information. As a result, despite having proof of purchase and documentation of the defect, I was unable to obtain warranty service for a product sold with a 10-year warranty. My concern is that consumers rely on Walmart Marketplace as a trusted platform. When products with long-term warranties are sold through the platform, there should be a practical way for customers to obtain warranty support when problems arise. Once I got to the register the cashier had no customer service skills. She gave no greeting. She didn't tell me the total. She never said a word. Since we were passing by I asked her to swing in. These Walmart feels a bit clustered, in a similar way to Hobby Lobby. It's almost so packed that it starts to feel cluttered, even though most items are organized properly. That being said the prices and variety are quite good. An item my friend wanted to pick up was sold out but that's because it was discounted quit well compared to other stores. I find their prices super competitive, but end up often going to other stores to do my general grocery shopping as sales on meats are often better elsewhere. We have come to look for our favorite sellers, but they are not always here. So, if you see something you want, get it now, because it (or they) might not be available when you come back. There are usually a dozen or more self-checkout registers sitting unused and closed, while customers are forced to wait in long lines for the few that are open. If Walmart is going to install that many self-checkout stations, they should actually make them available to customers. The store does a great job keeping items stocked, but the checkout experience is inefficient and unnecessarily time-consuming. Improving access to the self-checkouts would make a huge difference.

All other Walmart location has it for triple the price, which is shocking. So I ordered it online so I could go pick it up. My order was ready in the morning so that's when I came. I also had to get some more baby food and snacks for my daughter so I walked inside the store. The baby stuff are on the second floor toward the back which isn't efficient in my mind but maybe it's due to people stealing baby items.
