I'm so bummed. I have been going to Glossy Nails in Bedford forever and recently their work has gone downhill. This is the last manicure I got. It was supposed to be a french manicure (not bubble gum pink b/c they have done this to me before) with square-ish top and rounded edges. In all fairness, I should've paid closer attention and not talking to a friend. I have now gone back twice to have them fix it and once they refused altogether, the other they said they were too busy to squeeze me in (to fix their mistake). My mistake for continuing to give them another shot. The longer I have been a customer; the worse their work is.

Probably the worst nails I've ever had. I went in for a regular gel removal and for dazzle dry. They did not soak my nails off but hand filed ALL of the gel off making my nails so thin and I even asked for a soak off. Even then they left so much left over gel on my nails that it was so lumpy and left the new dazzle dry gooey and clumpy and didn't do a thing. Do not go here. When I complained they blamed me and my care of my nails.

It's so uneven and jagged and a totally different length than the one next to it.

What a stunningly terrible experience! I called on Sunday to reserve a spot with a person who was recommended by a friend. No one told me on the phone but they don't allow reservations with specific people on Sundays so when I showed up, they handed me off to some other woman named Lisa. She couldn't have been less interested or enthusiastic about doing my pedicure. It wasn't an expensive pedicure, but she did a very unimpressive, rushed job. She cut way down the sides of multiple toenails so I'm probably going to get either an infection or ingrown toenails. I was on edge the entire time, not at all a relaxing experience. She has NO business doing dip nails. Mine are just horrible - uneven, jagged, ridges, not all the same length. She mangled my cuticles and almost cut me multiple times. I kept having to pull back, which somehow irritated HER when I was the one being tortured! I needed to leave as it was close to closing and I had kids to pick up so when I noticed just how bad the job was when I got in the car, I couldn't go back to get them fixed. I should've known the minute I walked in the door and the front end guy was arguing with a woman and her daughter about damaged nails being the daughter's fault. it's a 5 min fix, just fix it for the sake of customer service. It's also a very loud place, a bit rundown. The pedicure chairs are uncomfortable with flimsy little metal tables that can barely hold the weight of a cell phone. The people working there were constantly chatting amongst themselves and took zero steps trying to hide when they were talking directly about another customer (ex, the woman and daughter from earlier). They would both look at and hand gesture in their direction. The TVs were all tuned to a sports channel with interviews of football players, not even a game, which all felt like such an odd choice. I've only been there once so perhaps my experience isn't the norm but wow, the #1 worst mani/pedi I have ever had. It's hard to capture just how bad these are in pictures but I tried.

BEDFORD LOCATION: Meh..... my 13 year old daughter and here with my mother. She got pressured into doing dip instead of acrylic. Her nails are shapeless and not what I expected, also she got gems which fell off before we made it home. I took her back to have a new one put on, and insist they put gel over the top. Side note, I was surprised at how many techs they have, looked like an assembly line. I know my mom goes here and is typically happy with the work, however I would not go back.

So difficult to put a star value on this experience. First, let's start with the positives. If you're in a rush and need your mani done in 10 minutes (I got the gel) then this is probably your place. No small talk, just pick out your color, sit down, and they get right to work. My manicurist also was very skilled at prepping the nails and cleaning up the edges prior to polishing. The polishing part was a slightly different story... Unfortunately the list of negatives is far longer. I brought my grade-schooler and just wanted a fun experience for her. Sadly they didn't make it a pleasant experience at all. We tried being friendly. Making small-talk....nothing. I asked my manicurist, Tam, how long she had been doing her job and she made a joke in Vietnamese for her fellow coworkers there about that...but never let me in on the joke. ,,,And downright ignored me when I asked her in all seriousness. I eventually just brushed it off saying it was probably more than ten years. I had asked her how long she had done this job because she had done a great job with cleaning up my cuticles and done it so quickly yet so gently. On final inspection of my nails, she did a great job at keeping the color consistent and even on the nails and they looked good in the salon. Not until later did I notice that she did not smooth out my nail beds as well as she could have because the large ridge in each of my thumbnails was still very prominently seen under the polish. Even at home I can flatten this out with a rough file but she did not do this. The worst part of all this: She didn't even massage my hands. This was the part I looked forward to the most! She literally took lotion and rubbing my hand and forearm ONCE...and only on ONE hand. Then proceeded to have the front person ring me up for the charges. Oh and they tacked on an extra $7 because I got the 'tiger's eye' effect on my nails which looks very cool I will admit but sneaking in little charges and not even listing your prices for what appears to be a regularly-priced manicure color is not okay. I paid $47....for a gel mani. Very expensive for a 10 minute express mani that was very impersonal and unnecessarily cold. That did a great job with the mechanics of a manicure in general but missed one important detail of flattening the mail beds so they're not bumpy and prominent. But could not be bothered to give the customer a few minutes of hand massage for the nearly $50 they charge for the in and out experience. I gave 3 stars but I personally will never go back. I feel kind of ripped off and a bit like I wasn't treated with respect so I will never go back. And Tam, if someone asks you a question, answer them. Don't make jokes to your friends in another language and then they all laugh...and then just ignore me and keep doing your job. Extremely rude. I still tipped you generously for your time but you need to be a little kinder and a whole lot friendlier. Not everything is about money. Better to be a good caring person than about collecting your $$$$.

I went to the location in Manchester off of south willow street. Charged 65 for a new set and 3 days after one nail was cracked and got it repaired. About a week and a half later my thumbnail was cracked and the index nail cracked and came off. Worse experience ever. I will never go here again!!!!'

This is the second review I've written. The first time my review was taken down because the salon convinced Yelp that my review was not valid. Yelp wrote, "Moderators removed the review you posted to Glossy Nails in Bedford, NH because it didn't look like your content depicted an experience at this location." So, this time I am posting photos of my receipts for the last few times I was at this salon so Yelp moderators will hopefully realize this is a valid review. My content absolutely depicts an experience at this salon. It is the culmination of several experiences at this salon, each one less stellar than the one before. I will leave out the part about how they turned away a young woman with special needs because it wasn't about me - so therefore was grounds to remove my review, it appears. This time, I will be more clear that this review is the result of at least FOUR chances that I gave this salon after having good experiences at the Bedford Glossy Nails salon. The first experience in Manchester was good as the salon had recently opened. Each time after that, I noticed this salon's cleanliness declined to the point where I was concerned I might get an infection. The technicians do a good job, but the salon is not clean. The technicians never have instruments in a sterilizing bag. All their equipment is in a dusty basket that they use on customer after customer. The same files, drill bits, clippers, etc. are used on customer after customer and never cleaned in between. The last time I was there, one of the technicians used a wire brush to remove built up residue (nail polish, human nail residue, etc.) from a file. She then, without sterilizing the file, put it back into her basket and used it on the next customer. Dip is reused for every person, so if someone has a fungus, every other nail client who uses that dip is at risk. The technicians do a great job with polish. The equipment, however, is not sterilized or clean. Avoid the Manchester location of Glossy Nails. *To the Yelp Moderators: Glossy Nails Salon Bedford and Glossy Nails Salon Manchester are the same store in two different locations. Some techs go between the two stores. There is no Yelp page for the Manchester location. So, the only place to write a review is on the Yelp page for the main store - Bedford. Most of the negative reviews for the Bedford Glossy Nails Salon specify the review is for the Manchester store.

I wanted to like it here so much but every single time I try my nails crack in the corners within a week. I've tried dip when my nails are on the longer side and even when cut short and every time they crack. Same product as other salons. So bummed because I really do like the atmosphere. read more

My friends and I made an appointment to try this nail salon because we had been to other salons and had been very disappointed, however we decided to try this salon due to all of the great reviews online! We arrived on time and within a few minutes were able to take us to a table to have our manicures. I got a dip and tip which I've never had, my girlfriends got a full acrylic set and a basic gel manicure. I found a look online that I had my heart set on and Katie my nail tech was amazing!! She copied it almost perfectly! My friends also had great experiences so we will definitely be back! Prices aren't horrible either. You get amazing work for what you pay! read more

I came here for the first time a few nights ago with my 3 year old. It was packed and I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to take me. I got a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. I had limited time, and the technicians were kind, fast, and thorough and so accommodating to me and my son who was with me! The end product for both my hands and feet were amazing. They have the BIGGEST selection of dip colors I have seen in my life. I got a really unique black with low-key red glitter called "girls night out" by SNS. The photo doesn't do it justice, it's a gorgeous color and manicure. I'll be coming back - hopefully without my child in tow! read more

I've bounced around to different nail salons because I have very high expectations for my nails if I'm paying $50 per visit. Glossy has been the only salon that's been CONSISTENTLY been amazing. Today I had Ashley and I will never go to another technician. She pays attention to small details, I don't have a single flaw or wish she did another better. We scheduled an appointment for noon and waited over 45 minutes to get our nails done. People without appointments and people who came in after us got helped before we did. When we finally got helped it was very rushed and my mothers nails had bubbles and specks all throughout. We used to love glossy nails, very upset with the service recently. read more

Pros: 1. fast 2. chill people 3. Polish (regular) last you more than a week 4. Tech knew her stuff about calloused feet. 5. Water offered. 6. Price. Cons: 1. fast 2. Great service, my dip lasts 3 weeks at least! Only complaint is that I waited 15 mins EVEN WITH an appointment before I was seated for a pedicure on a Sunday at 11am. I'll be back as I really hope it was a fluke! read more

I've been here twice and both times my nails chipped first and second day. I went today 5/14/22 for an 11am appointment. I didn't get seen until 11:30. My nail tech was nice but I left feeling like my powder was the thinnest it's ever been. (My fault for not saying anything) it is not 5pm and I look down at my thumb and it's cracked all the way down the center. When I called to see if they could fix it she told me she was booked and they don't do refunds. I paid $45 for nails that didn't even last 8 hours. I asked if I could come tomorrow and she told me she was booked as well. You can't accommodate for something that was done wrong on your staffs part? I leave for a trip tomorrow and now have wasted money on nothing. read more

A co worker recommended this place to me after I refused to go to my old place anymore due to extremely rude and new staff. My nails came out okay here, but the tech was pretty rude and definitely rushed. My appointment was 2pm and I got started probably around 2:05 and was out the door by 2:27. All I got was a gel manicure since I've never been here and wanted something easy to fix just Incase I wasn't satisfied. The girl was rude when I declined her offer for dip powder and said "well your nails are so short so the gel won't stay on" to which I calmly responded that I've gotten gel many times without problems. My nails look okay, but there are some air bubbles and polish on the skin surrounding my nails. I'll probably give this place another shot because I do think my nails will come out good if they just take their time. read more

I feel like I have tried every single nail salon in the seacoast (I live in Dover) and have left unsatisfied for one reason or another. I decided to drive out to Bedford to try Glossy Nails after several friends and family recommended them... totally worth the drive! The salon is clean, everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable, and my nails look AMAZING! They have one of the largest selections of colors I've ever seen as well! Definitely will be coming here from now on. read more

I had never been to this salon and the mixed reviews made me a little nervous, but I booked my appointment anyway. The salon was very clean and comfortable. Almost no wait. I was not rushed choosing a color for my dip powder manicure, which was good because the color sets weren't clearly marked, so it did take me a couple minutes to figure it out. I wasn't really thrilled with the first tech who prepped my nails - he got up every thirty seconds and when he came back, he filed down the same nail about six times (which started to hurt after the fifth one). But the tech who actually did the manicure, Ann, was fantastic. She was very attentive, stopping at every step to make sure I was happy with how my nails looked, and very considerate that this was one of my first manicures. Plus, my nails look great! First, I got there with my friend and felt soooo rushed. I get it it's the holiday season but if you're spending $75 on a simple mani/pedi, it shouldn't feel rushed. Was here today for a regular pedicure, which was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The tech, I believe whose name was Betty, kept pushing me to get a gel pedicure, although I kept declining. When she realized she wasn't getting to do a gel on me, she rushed though the service in 20 minutes. There were no dryers for me to dry my toes, so I was told to just sit in the chair to dry for 15 minutes. She rudely told me to pay now, but I said I would when I was done drying. About 7 minutes later, I was told I had to go by another woman and pay and asked why I wasn't paying. I paid and the woman who did my service bluntly asked how much I was tipping. My appointment was for 4:00 and I was out by 4:30. Staff, except for two young women at the front desk, were terribly rude. read more

I love Glossy, but today's experience was a huge waste of money. I had a nail technician that I've never had before. My best friend and I went in to get dips. Mine took twice as long as hers. No big deal but just aggravating. My technician ~repeatedly~ hit my skin with the drill or drilled too deep into my nail and caused a lot of pain. I'm home and my fingers are sore, the color is see-through and one of my nails isn't smooth but bumpy and rough. Really upset with my experience read more

if you need nails in a rush and can't possibly paint your own. Mine came out about as good as I could do and my poor friend didn't get any sort of rub or massage and had to have her nails repainted so took twice as long. No customer service read more

Amazing techs with a great selection of colors. Always busy but can take walk ins easy. I never make an appointment when I'm by myself or with one friend. Wonderful service - everyone is so nice. This place is huge and amazing! To start, I have never been to a salon with so many powder dip colors; I mean hundreds! The staff was exponentially friendly! Very clean place with lots of space to sit, especially if you want to sit next to a friend. They treated my nails with care and did not over drill them or "man handle" them! This is my new salon! I had café for my pedicure today and she was fabulous. My toenails came out great. I had another girl for my manicure and that did not come out so great. I got a dip manicure like I always do. This was my first time back since The pandemic. I always get a French dip on my natural nails. Today they did not clean up underneath my nail or next to them. There's white dip on my fingers and my fingers were stuck to my nails. When I said something to the manager, he called the girl back over to clean underneath my nails. She told me that he would because my nails are short. I've had some most times and that was the first time I heard this. This was also my first time getting a dip at this location. Needless to say, I will probably go back for a pedicure, but not for a manicure. read more

The Bedford location is hit and miss on the service and customer service. Any complaints tend to lean toward the customer being wrong and the nail technician being a victim. Peter makes excuses for every one of them. Never again. We are paying customers and never deserve abuse from these people. Their culture seems to be offended easily and then they carry grudges. Find another place. read more

second time visiting this salon (first was back in nov2017) and I'm not sure what changed but the place was extremely dirty. when we arrived immediately noticed the store manager walking around kind of just yelling at everyone on his staff about what they did wrong. The place was a bit busy, so he must have been unable to deal with the amount of people. when the lady sat down to do my nails, I noticed she was in quite a rush. it seemed like she sat down out of obligation and just needed me out of he chair. half way through I asked if she could clean up my cuticles, and I was informed that the 50 dollar dip manicure I'm paying for doesn't include a simple cuticle clean up (which if not done typically leaves uneven surfaces at the bottom and let's moisture in which causes nails to lift much sooner). when we were done and I was in line to pay, I noticed plastic from the tips and dust left all behind my nails and when I asked the manager if I could just have that cleaned up, he responded with a loud no and proceeded to tell me that this is how the nails look and it's normal. It's also worth noting that nothing I saw there was sanitary. The floors were filled with dust and chips and dirt. The tools used on my nails were pre used and you can clearly see the grime and nail dust. I wouldn't recommend this place. For what they charge, you desire go somewhere for better service. and perhaps something more sanitary. read more

I just love this place!!!! Kathy and Tu are my favorites. Tu gives the best hand and foot massage ever and did amazing job on my coffin style nails. , Kathy is so creative and precise, and trying something new and fun! Absolutely horrible experience here. I got a full set of regular polish acrylics yesterday. They kept trying to convince me to do dip or gel because it costs more. Then they rushed so the nails looked awful. The woman that did my nails was very rough and kept pulling my hands back toward her. She never told me to move my hands closer so I had no clue what she wanted me to do. The nails were all crooked and once I pulled them out from under the plexiglass she said "keep your hands under the glass". Then before she painted my nails she said "you pay me now" in the worst tone. I felt extremely pressured to tip her as well as she asked how much I wanted to tip her when she wasn't even done with the nails. She also cut almost all of my fingers when she filed down the acrylics (pictures below). I came home and took the acrylics off because they looked so bad. Will not be returning. read more

Most painful gel removal ever! Please be careful! I went in to get gel polish taken off my natural nails. First person filed down the top layer and wrapped in foil to soak (totally normal). Within 3 minutes another person came over, removed my foils (so the gel wasn't soaked off) and drilled the gel completely. Not only did she not remove all of the gel, she was so aggressive with the drill that my nails are red and painful, not to mention my bleeding cuticles. Then filed them down very roughly and uneven. I was stunned, wish I spoke up and told them not to use drill on my natural nails, so hopefully this review helps someone else avoid my mistake! read more

I started going here when the first opened. The first couple of times were wonderful. I got the dip and it was wonderful. I work it the food industry and I can't have nail Polish chipping into the food. The dip lasted two weeks with out chipping it was perfect for work. I stopped going because I moved. When I got back I was so excited to get my nails done again. Unfortunately it was nothing like it use to be. Yes the service was fast and my nails looked great but the quality was nothing like it use to be. My nails chipped within a few days. I decided to give them another chance.. Again quick service bad quality. I probably won't be returning. Which is unfortunate because the staff is very friendly. read more

They did an ok job with my nails, but they never asked if I wanted a tip or not and by the time I realized they hadn't asked they were already doing the color. I went to glossy nails with my mother in law and my daughter who is 11... I got acrylics and my mom Got a pedi and my daughter got her toes done... needless to say, they charged me $107.00 for my daughter and I!!! I said 107? That is wrong! They said no 52 for you and 50 for ur daughter... excuse me... $50 she got her toes painted, they said no she got Pedi.. I said I said paint her toes! Then she said yeah that's $46.00 plus $4 Covid charge. Hahha! Okay.. I said I have never paid $50 for my daughters toes.. it was more like $10. Then my nails were gel... no design but $52!!! They said Covid charge. $4. Yeah it says right there on the board $38.00 for a set! They said something in their language and then a guy came Up and said... that's the price I yelled at them And said you all are scammers! Why dont u tell Is the prices before the service. I paid and left.. my mom came out.... $35 for a pedi, with gel and nail design... oh my god I was steaming!! I went back in and let them have it again! I love this nail salon! When I lived in NH I would travel a great distance to get my nails done by Kim! Now I live out of state and I visit when I can! By far, the best french dip mani's I have ever gotten! So far I have not found a salon in Pennsylvania that compares to this one! Kim does an amazing job! Less than one star actually. I called the day before for an appointment at 11:30 am. I arrived at 11:30am and told to pick a color. Not being intimated by color selection,this was done with a minute or two. I waited; waited not 10 min, not 20 min, but 40 min before I was asked to be seated. I sat at booth #4 where instructed. There I sat looking at not only a powder coated surface of someone else's nail, but looked at a full shell of someone else's old nail and some other materials. In short, a highly unhygienic place for the kind of service I was honoring the establishment to have a $40 nail treatment. When the manger approached, he later a towel over the whole matter I described. What do you think I did? Sat there humbly in an unhygienic environment patient after waiting now 50 minutes to have a nail appointment I planned the day before for 11:30am? No, I had a discussion with the manager. He went to the receptionist, came back and said I arrived late! A l-i-e! Lie, lie, lie which I also pointed out. He said he then had no one to work on me. I approached the receptionist and told her I had not been late in arrival. She said they were busy. I said I made an appointment that should have been honored and that if they could not schedule for services, they should not make the appointment. She said, "What do hope to get from this." Hope #1: if a customer honors your establishment enough to call ahead to make an appointment, that time is reserved for them. This process is something, not only the receptionist did not understand by taking walk-ins but neither did the receptionist. It was the second time being there modus operandi. I had the additional displeasure given to me by the receptionist who followed the statement I quoted by then having a quip just after. "What are you 40?" So apparently, they have a deep seated prejudice against women 40 or over. Hope #2: is that if this establishment is so licensed by the State of New Hampshire, the hygiene and cleanliness standards they must pass are actually conducted consistently for each customer service. This is something I will take responsibility and ownership of to report directly to the State of New Hampshire. Hope #3: that the manager and receptionist learn this - that a customer has entitlement to a healthy service they hang their certificate on the wall that says they should know how to provide. The shame of me is that I gave this establishment a second chance and that I should have left much sooner. What I have going for me, is this - I am well over 40 and I know they are NOT the be all, end all they think they are. read more

My nails look beautiful, but I really wanted to give a shoutout to the extremely professional staff who handled a let's say, loud person with little regard to how ones choice of "jokes" and "no really I have Vietnamese friends!" and "My dad fought in Vietnam" (which, what?!) follow up does not actually make up for anything. At all. I would have poured nail polish on her head, but the professional restraint I witnessed truly went above and beyond what this woman deserved. read more

Not best and definitely not the worst. But for the price I was expecting a bit better. They are crowded so I guessing they have repeat customers. Maybe it was an off day. But when I pick a polish I don't get it that there is an up charge? I have picked this polish same color st other salons. Nothing special but the up charge. Lol. Gal wasn't interested in me. Kept looking around at everything else going on. Kept talking to other salon employees. Of course if you don't engage with your customers there is no reason to tip higher. Also didn't like three different people had to help. One for pedicure one for manicure and another to do my eyebrows. Not sure I'll be back. read more

Today I was at Glossy Nails in Bedford, I was talking to the customer next to me who was very surprised in the treatment of her nail tech. She was having her toes done, was about half way done when a man, I think was the manager, came over and started talking loudly in their language. I heard the nail tech politely say to customer that the manger didn't like how she was painting the customers toes. Customer seemed surprised, said "no...you are doing a good job, I am happy with it" She then asked the nail tech to go get the manager. The manager came over, and said, Tech is doing a bad job, and showed the customer between the toe nail and skin on toe, customer didn't agree, manager didn't care what customer said, customer kept looking at me, I was like wow, ok. Customer said, "been here 30 minutes already, I am happy with how she is doing", manager just said something to tech and walked away. Then a new tech came over and redid her toes, the customer did not look happy, she even said to me, she liked how the other tech did it better, but was afraid to say anything to the manager, because he already treated the first tech really bad. Its becoming well know how awful this manger treats the nail techs, love the girls here, but cant believe anyone puts up with that treatment. read more

I've been going to Glossy Nails for about a year. I get gel on my fingernails and will usually get pedicures in the warmer months. My gel polish usually lasts at least a month with minimal chipping (once I transferred to an office and wasn't as hard on my nails there's almost no chipping) and I can sometimes stretch that to up to 6 weeks if I need to (nail regrowth is obviously very obvious at this point). My schedule can be unpredictable so I go as a walk-in but I am always seen fairly quickly. If they are busy, I usually get sat within 5 min and my nails wrapped to begin dissolving the polish and then I wait for a nail tech to be available. They have multiple TVs up so you can have a good viewpoint from anywhere in the salon and they offer water, soda or wine as drinks. There are many clients who go to this salon but the manager recognized me as one of my appointments as having been in a few times before so that was nice. I had him do my nails at one appointment and his work was very good-his staffs work is just at his level as well so no matter who works on my nails, I feel like I will get a good mani. Only reason I am giving 1 star is because I cant give zero stars.... I have been here a few times, it seems every time I go.. it gets worse. I had decided on Wednesday to give it one more try, because some of my friends go here, but we all experience the same thing.. I don't enjoy having someone make comments about me in Vietnamese to their co workers. Every time I ask a question or give instructions, employee (had Kitty this time) says something to nail employee next to them, they both look at me, and laugh..its rude!. After washing my hands to put on top coat, I asked her a simple question, again seemed irritated, made another comment to a co worker in Vietnamese and again laughed... never experienced this at any other salon before....employee laughing at me like I am a joke or angry when I ask a question...... So some advice to any customers... Don't ask about your nail shape... Don't ask about color options too much... Expect to have comments made about you.. and expect rude treatment... There are better priced salons in Manchester... with better customer service... read more

I highly recommend anyone to Glossy Nails very kind and friendly absolutely in love with their actual concern of if you like how it looks and ask you, they are gentle and do an outstanding job with not one mess up! I was very impressed with the great personable service especially from nail technicians couple Peter and Hailey they truly made my time great! Not to mention they have the dipping powder that only one other place has in Manchester and I have been going there for over a year, I will now go here from now on!! More caring, take their time, not rushing you out for the next girl and indulge in great convos that are not unprofessional. This is the first salon in the area I've found that takes the time to give you quality nails. I never feel like they're rushing and it's the only salon where my shellac nails last 2+ weeks without fail. I always have been one to never be consistent with getting my nails done because after a week they looked awful, with this salon for the past two months, I've been going every two weeks. I've never had to consistently go and have them remove my polish from the previous two weeks, usually other places I go they're completely chipped or have lifted so much I've been able to just peel the polish off. Super impressed with this place and the atmosphere. Staff is friendly. Always a good tv show or movie on the tv's, they always ask if you want anything to drink. This place is fantastic! It's VERY clean, well run and I always get great service. In most nail salons, I've felt pressure to choose a nail tech or the drama in the salon was transparent. Nothing I want to be aware of or deal with when I'm paying for a service. I won't go anywhere else and recommend them whenever I can. At Glossy Nails, the nail techs are always professional, attentive and make an effort to have a conversation with you, rather than talking to each other in their native language. My nails and toes always look great. If you want SNS, regular polish or Shellac, all of the colors are coordinated so you can choose whichever one you want for your nails or toes (if you care about matching). Glossy nails not only dose a fantastic job on my nails they make me laugh! I look forward to going in because it is therapeutic time for myself and I enjoy it. I met Tim the last time I was in and he was a riot! The owners are so down to earth and they actually talk to you. They also offer you beverages at every visit and have ways of entertaining your children if they are along for the ride. I tried the new powder for the first time this week.and love it. There are so many colors to choose from its so fun to pick. The atmosphere is like no other nail salon it is like catching up with old friends. Another thing! I have been to Glossy Nails twice, both times with my teenage daughter whom they treated with the utmost respect and kindness. We both had our nails done with the Nexgen and it is PHENOMENAL!!! Fantastic experience! I took my 4 young daughters to Glossy Nails and they loved it. When we walked in, Peter greeted us and explained the different types of polish, even one for my younger girls that changes colors based on temperature! The salon was very clean and I was impressed with how engaging the male techs were with my children. Peter even put a child friendly movie on for my girls while they were getting their nails done. I LOVE this salon! I have been getting my nails done for many years at many places and this is the best by far! Yes, they are on the pricey side, but once your nails are finished. you can see why; perfection. The amount of dip and shellac choices is amazing, every tech wants to make sure you are happy with the service and the young receptionist will help me pick the perfect color! Always a great experience! I have recommended many of my friends. My advice; make an appt, this great place is always busy! read more

First time trying glossy nails out, was very IMPRESSED with how clean and sanitation this salon is! Had the Best Pedicure ever! All the staffs were so friendly and welcoming! They spoke english the whole entire time! By far the best nail salon I've been to. They replace the Liner after each client so it's a BRAND NEW pedi tub every time! The Prize are very reasonable if anyone is looking for a trustworthy salon then look no further THIS IS IT!!! read more

Very clean and inviting! The tools they used were in a sanitary sleeve that they unwrap in front of you, the prices were reasonable and the staff are very friendly! I would definitely recommend this salon to others who enjoy a relaxing environment and most importantly a clean and organized environment!! Side note: Danny did my pedicure and was very gentle, I'm a wimp when it comes to my toes so I appreciated his approach! read more

I appreciate that they try to fit in as many people as they can to accommodate but I hate the feeling of being rushed, especially during a pedicure. I am only able to get them ever so often so when I do, I like to be able to relax. Last time I couldn't even choose a more expensive one because they didn't have time to do it. This is the second time I've been rushed out in under 30 minutes, I probably won't go back. read more

I have been to Glossy Nails twice now and can honestly say this place is amazing! It's absolutely spotless! Peter and the rest of the staff is so welcoming and personable! I have gone to this nail salon in Bedford consistently every 3-4 weeks for about the past 2 years. They are TOP NOTCH! Beautiful nails every time. The dip color choices are too numerous to count. Staff are very professional and highly skilled. They work quickly and nail quality is consistently great. I refer to them all the time. Go to the Manchester salon too! THE BEST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!!!! I was in today for a manicure and pedicure! So friendly, professional, CLEAN, and accommodating!!! I have been to many salons and have found nothing as nice as this! They made me feel like a princess!!!!
