Went to Glow Dental for deep cleaning and they are great from the moment you walk in until you're done. Doctor Chelsea was so sweet and explained me everything she was doing. It was smooth and I didn't feel any pain. I still have to go back there to continue my treatment. The prices are affordable and I drove almost 1 hour to get there. I'am writing this review about my experience at Glow Dental , I would not recommend anyone going there for dental work or cleanings . My first experience with the dental hygienist was horrible it's like they hire people with limited experience. It was expensive and when I got a second opinion for my DEEP CLEANING they said I needed, I have pics to proved it wasn't done right. The dentist is nice but she uses cheap material and does a lousy job on the work . You can see that the cap she used is too short and food gets in there . So I'm out over $1500 dollars and still paying another dentist to fix my teeth on the work she did . I did ask for a refund and she refused. The place is dirty and the front door doesn't even have glass on it like a regular business. It's the weirdest thing how you as the business owner wouldn't want to improve your office . You would think she would want quality over quantity. Quality is your name it's your work! don't you get it? Lastly her children were in the office 3x out of 4x I visited like she is too cheap to hire a real babysitter. One time while she was drilling on my teeth she literally had her 4 year son in the room and told him to behave while she worked on ME the patient. UNEXCEPTIONAL and UNPROFESSIONAL! That was the last time I went there. Some people just cross the line some times. When I went back to get my records I noticed she cleaned the office it looked like a different office, it won't last because old habits die hard! I let it go because you reap what you sow ! it will come back to her and again I truly warn you if you are looking for a dentist please don't go there , yes it's less money up front but in the end you end up paying double! read more

Okay I live literally down the street from this place went there yesterday for the first time I thought they were pretty good, everyone in that office has good bedside manner the periodontist her name escapes me she is awesome had deep cleaning done with her and I am very happy that she's very careful and she always asks if I'm doing okay. I hate hate hate going to the dentist. But I love sweets so.. every now and again I need to pay a visit. The staff here has been very wonderful and friendly. I can actually carry a conversation with the front desk and the dental assitants. I have had to get crown and it was very affordable and the dentist made me as comfortable as possible. No extra pain or unnecessary swelling like other places I use to visit. Definitely recommend this place to friends and family. read more

When it comes to healthcare the most important point for me is PATIENCE!!! I came to dental glow for a deep teeth cleaning and was dealing with a lady who was the dental hygienist. From the first moment she was very reserved and didn't really show interest in asking questions since I am always a very positive person and think that it is important to communicate. There was 0 eye contact and I could feel that she just wants to finish her job and see the next patient. We did two appointments and the second one was worse than the first one. A few points I noticed that annoyed me a lot were that she was all by herself. There was no assistant to help and sometimes I had to hold the suction tool since it was making me uncomfortable. The second appointment was done within 30 minutes since she just wanted to be done. Instead of trying to make me less uncomfortable she gave me a face that she cannot work like that and I'm holding her up. I told her so many times that she is putting way to much pressure and her answer was I cannot do anything about it. That's how it is. Excuse me!!!!!! Just be a little bit more gentle.... I wish I would have been able just to stand up and leave but I obviously I couldn't. After all that torture I finally met the dentist who was nice and told me that my teeth are all fine, but the communication overall was not really there. I am actually looking for a dentist since I moved from Europe not long ago. Looks like the search is not over yet. Very disappointing!!! read more

The service was terrible. The option of negative stars should be available. The receptionist, Martha, was hostile and provided the least amount of acceptable customer service possible. They, without my approval, signed me up for Care Credit which opened an $800 account under my name. When I called and asked why they opened the account, Martha said we told you that we were opening an account in your name. Absolutely not. I thought they were running my credit to see if I could get approved for the financing of the $1500 they quoted me for a small amount of dental work. When I said I couldn't afford that because I was a student, the dentist laughed. Unacceptable. There is a much better dentist located in Anaheim called AltaMed Dental. The prices are much more realistic and affordable. This place cares and the customer service is outstanding. read more

Wow! Went in for a free consultation and X-rays and assessment for a dental bridge. EVERYONE was extremely professional. Explained options without any pressure. Dr. Park was just plain amazing! Offered a deep discount on the treatment plan once they realized we have neither insurance nor work. Went in for deep cleaning. The 'deep' cleaning took less than 30 minutes. There was no thorough scaling, no polishing. I actually left the office with yellow teeth and bloody gum line, with visible calculus and tartar still on my teeth. So, I purchased a groupon was suppose to cover $700 worth of work, but I paid $200 for it. I think that's about the value that I got: $200. I am highly doubtful that this is what she does to other patients who need deep cleaning. I used this groupon as a test to see the performance of her work, as I have major dentistry that needed to be done. This is the most 'undeep' deep cleaning I have ever had. It's annoying when a business publishes a coupon and then does not welcome coupon users. And lastly, my advice to the dentist is that if you're having personal issues, don't bring it to work. Take a day or two off, you're allowed. Because when you bring your issues to work, it hurts your professional presentation, and ultimately, your business. And hire another assistant so that you don't have to shout for help repeatedly. read more

Terrifying, bait and switched. Here is why I don't like this group. I went in for 2 extractions and one implant. As I was having my teeth pulled Dr. Dona Torbati's 3 year old is running around the office it's spring break and she can't find a sitter. As my mouth is being packed and sewn up the child is running around my head over to mom who's hands are in my mouth and Dr. Dona is yelling for her sister to come watch the child and makes a comment she needs more practice sewing up. Needless to say I had an anxiety attack which takes a lot to trigger. Finally I go in for implant. Her sister Dr. Shaila Torbati is taking over her sister just had baby. Shaila says I'm not ready for implant took all my money up front and still waiting for implant. I demand a refund, in the end I was charged $600 for bone grafting and $200 for teeth pulling. Moral of my story don't pay for services until they are rendered. Dr. Shaila said she wouldn't pay for a pair of shoes only to wait 6 months to wear them, I will pay for my teeth when service is rendered and nothing up front. Thanks for teaching me a valuable lesson Glow Dental I sure miss Dr. Shearer. Very dirty, dusty light fixture as I looked up and opened my mouth for surgery. When I went in for simple teeth cleaning $85 then the girl cleaning tried to get me for $300 for deep cleaning, ended up doing bad basic cleaning for $85. They threatened me that Dr. wouldn't put implant in without deep cleaning. I told them I'm going on vacation in 5 days Dr. should have told me that before she took my money. Get ready to continuously pull out your wallet or be smart and go somewhere else like I'm going to do. read more
