I got my tooth filled from the new lady orthodontist there. She was going to do a client before me but the client declined and wanted Dr. Do. I should've taken it as a sign. 3 months after my filling fell out! I went in to get it filled by Dr. Do. Luckily it was only 3 months so they didn't charge me. Why would I be charged when a new hired Dr there didn't do a good job on my filling? Dr. Do redid my filling, he went deep and hit my nerve. I never had a problem with pain on my tooth, I was never in pain before Dr. Do refilled it! Now I'm stuck with long term nerve pain in my tooth! Haven't had a history of cavities in YEARS or any pain coming from my teeth. Can't chew or eat like I used to without feeling PAIN. DOING IT FAST DOESN'T MEAN ITS EFFICIENT! My mother in law recommended me to come see her dentist. He was super kind. I sent him my Xray results then was able to get in to see him quickly due to terrible tooth pain. My previous dentist had fancy machinery and MISDIAGNOSED me with a root canal. However, my dentist took the time to explain that it was how my teeth were shaping due to intense clenching. He was able to relieve some of the pressure by shaving a little part of my teeth. He said, go home and rest. If it gets worse, call me in a few days. I felt so taken care of, so quickly, and he eased my pain. He saved me thousands of dollars for a misdiagnosed root canal. I'll definitely be recommending everyone to him! Thank you! read more

One of my best friends recommended Just Dental and I came here for a teeth cleaning and filling and they did amazing! Dr. Anh (not sure if I spelled her name correctly), but she was very gentle and talked me through the process of what she was doing and always asked me if I needed breaks in between the cleaning and filling. The waiting room was very nice, especially the quotes on the walls. They make sure that you are comfortable and provide shades for your eyes. Never seen anyone take such meticulous care and focus during check ups. TLDR: Fantastic service from Dr. Quynh and Mia! So friendly, very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient! I'm planning on coming back! :) It was my first time coming in and first things first I filled out some paperwork. Pretty standard stuff, my appointment was at 3:00 and I arrived at 3:00. Paperwork took about 5min to complete and when I was done they were ready for me! Was super quick, no waiting around, no fuss. Mia was great when it came to the X-Rays. She took her time, was patient, and was efficient! I didn't feel like I was rushed, and when inserting the X-ray chip thingy she did it with precision and gently! I've been to other places that jam it around... ): but Mia was great! Then I met Dr. Quynh! She introduced herself to me, asked if there was anything bothering me. I explained I came in because I thought I had cavities, she took that into consideration and looked at the X-rays Mia took and quickly identified that I had a tiny tiny cavity, but in a totally different place than where I thought I had sensitivity and pain. She explained to me that I could be more sensitive because of how hard I was brushing my teeth and also offered further explanations! Was really patient in answering questions and then went onto cleaning. Prior to that she explained what she was going to do. Mia and Dr Quynh also took their time during the cleaning, which is awesome and didn't try to hard sell me on any deep cleaning, braces, etc and plainly stated that my teeth were in good condition. Offered some recommendations to keep up the clean teeth ( more flossing ). Recommended I keep an eye on my tiny tiny cavity and told me how to prevent it from growing. Stated that we didn't have to fill it in yet which was great! It's refreshing as one of the old dentists I went to felt like a car dealership where they would try and hard sell you on deep cleaning, braces, fillings, etc just random stuff with very little explanation. This place is the total opposite, they're friendly, communicative, relaxed, and professional! Side note I had dropped my phone on the floor and was going to pick it up but Mia picked it up for me before I even could reach for it! It's small details like this that make the experience so nice! I came here to get my teeth cleaned. My boyfriend has been coming here, and he recommended it to me because he says Dr Do is very gentle and kind. I am happy to say that I also experienced the same thing with Dr Do. My teeth look very clean after my visit with him, and he was indeed very gentle. My boyfriend had to go down to the other office down the street to get his wisdom teeth pulled, and he took my car for that. So that I didn't have to Uber or walk down there, Dr Do asked one of the girls working there (Jenny) to take me down to the other office. That was super nice! When I went down to the other office, Tanya was super nice and friendly and had me sit down to take X-rays. The dental assistant (I'm sorry, I didn't get her name!) was super gentle when she did my X-rays. I've had dental assistants in the past shove the film into my mouth, making my gums sore, but not this gal! Dr James looked at my teeth and X-rays and told me that my teeth looked great!
