New Look does a very through job introducing and explaining laser removal techniques, procedures, and benefits. I am among the many who view my skin as a personal canvas and unique platform for art. I have two tattoos that have meaning to me and go unseen most of the time. As with any permanent results, the final decisions are sometimes made with a blind rush and pressure to just take the leap. Unfortunately, with tattoos, the results may vary. The artist may not be on his or her game that day, the equipment is haphazardly treated, the ink is of questionable sources, and your skin may react negatively to the process. Regardless, the once thought "permanent" result of a tattoo are now not as permanent as you may think. The societal impact of being able to remove a bad ink job or regretful display of art on your canvas gives a new light to second chances. Laser tattoo removal is not only well developed but now cost effective and within most people's budget. The reason I bring this up is because I've been reading forums on ideas for tattoos and most people are OK deciding on art that only has aesthetic appeal to the viewer and not the owner. As a result of changing fads and your kids asking why grandpa has a droopy skin cartoon character of woody wood pecker, many people hide and regret the ink. I watched a video of a guy grinding down his skin with an electric sander to reach the ink in the dermal layer. As a health professional, I would say a hideous scar and excruciating pain with the risk of infection in not worth the damage. So, this place is the most professional and informative place that I found. I had a lot of questions about getting my tattoo removed. I've heard of a lot of bad horror stories about tattoo removal so obviously I had a lot of questions. I went to a few other places in the area to get a quote and every place I went felt like a sales pitch. The other places could give me a dollar amount just fine but knew NOTHING about the procedures. One place I went to the manager actually used the words "I don't know". . . The experience I had at NEW LOOK was nothing like my experience at the other places!! I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable the ENTIRE staff was. Everyone was friendly and warm the minute I walked in. These people know what they are doing... I have had a tattoo that has bothered me ever since I got it on my shoulder (a little embarrassing). Their tattoo removal equipment is top of the line and they are very knowledgeable about the process/machines. After a couple treatments it is gone! The lasers sting a little but that is normal... or that's what I was told. Shoutout to Haley! Also... I don't do hair removal, but my girlfriend had been to some shady places around town. The staff does their job. Knowledgeable on SOME services. Some questions I've asked, the tech, and manager, stuttered and kind of just gave a vague explanation to my questions. Only issue I have is they are never on time. I've waited up to 20 minutes to be seen past my scheduled appointment before. Usually I have to wait about 12-15min. Which is still annoying. I don't know what they could possibly be doing ? Zap, clean the table, get the next person in guys! I've worked in one of these places before it's not hard. These guys did a great job. I have had 5 treatments at New Look and my tattoo is almost gone. I was really not sure if this would work or not but when I went in for my consultation about 6 months ago I thought I should give it a shot. Customer service is amazing.. The manager, Ryann, is always willing to listen and address any concern. The technician Brianna is super sweet and the best listener ever.. Make sure you check their Facebook page for their specials! I was greeted immediately by Sam once I came in the door, he handed me some paper to fill out, and then explained to me the Micro-needling procedure and chemical peel. He was super informative! Since it's my first time doing both, I am very appreciative of the information. Sam is also the NP for the office. When the room was ready, they called me in and started the procedure. I was started off with a cleanse on my face, then a quick microdermabrasion, and numbing cream. She then used a type of red/blue light therapy. After 15 minutes, Sam came in and started the Micro-needling with HA. He explained every step of the procedure. The Micro-needling had a mild tingly feeling, but nothing unbearable. When it got to my nose, it got kinda ticklish. After the Micro-needling session, Sam started the chemical peel. That stung! Good thing he had the fan blowing at my face, haha. I came in at 9:45 and it's now about 11. So the whole procedure wasn't too long but you definitely don't feel rushed at all! After everything was done, I was given a tube of serum to put on my face for the next two days. I will have to wait for my results before I book my next appointment, but I do recommend their business! Make sure to bring cash! They have an extra charge of 5% for credit card transactions.

He is always on time, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and kind. One of the many things that has impressed me is that Dr. McNamara has never tried to promote anything unnecessary or costly. In fact quite the opposite is true, he has steered both my husband and I to less expensive treatments when there were options, and has reduced or waived additional fees when I've come in for a check in appointment. When presented with a suggestion for a service, I was provided information to consider and the rest was up to me. No pressure. I also want to take time to applaud each of the amazing men I've had the pleasure of meeting in their various capacities (Dr. McNamara, Walter, and Jose), for each being dynamic, and highly skilled in their respective roles, and for also sharing the ethical and attractive quality of never fishing for insecurity in a person in order to push product or services. That quality can be far too rare in this industry. I really believe this to be a business that is an exception to that rule. It is a practice where elective services are client lead and based on the professionals truly wanting the best outcomes for their patients.
