You have to pay a $20 deposit to hold your reservation time, but the deposit is applied to your total service cost. The spa is inside what used to be a residential house which was confusing for me at first as I was driving by, but once you walk in, you only receive high end spa vibes. Everything is cozy, well decorated, and very comfortable. I was shown into my spa room and received a great facial service, which left my skin feeling soft, smooth, and well moisturized. The staff provides great treatment end to end and one of the staff members walked me through some package options at the end for how I could continue my skincare routine to address my concerns. One thing to note is that they do spend time upselling you here so plan on being here for an additional 10-15 minutes while they put you in a room and walk you through the additional packages available. There was just one other thing to note - when I was doing the infrared portion of my facial, my technician stepped out for about 10 minutes. When she came back, I got the faint whiff of cigarette smoke which, while not very strong, was a bit distracting.

Botox - They actually blow cold air (from the laser machine) while giving your Botox injections. I felt like that helped with the usual stinging feeling. It went by really quick for my 40+ units. They have a special for $199, for the first 20 units. However, their price per unit is so affordable at $12/unit compared to what I was paying at Skinspirit for $16/unit. Prices are transparent and you can find them on their website. The facility is in a medical building right across the street from Mills Peninsula. It's not decorated or nice as their SF location, but that is expected.

I really liked my experiences at Entrada, it was easy to make appointments, I never had any issues, before, during, or after the visit and always appreciated the cooling gel they give as a nice extra touch. My four is mainly for my unique situation, which was that it was just one spot that took less than 10 seconds to zap. Even adding in a couple extra areas that I usually would just pluck, the entire visit would take less than 2 minutes. Which was pretty steep at around $80 each. I had about 6-8 appointments (it's been about a year or so since I completed the last one so I'm not totally sure at this point) but within about 3 months or so, I noticed everything had grown back. So unless I was willing to have consistent recurring appointments, it didn't make sense for me to continue with the service. I simply switched over to shaving vs plucking and called it a day. I will say that I'm still very pleased that I visited Entrada as the redness from the spot completely faded and it fully healed. Which was everything I could have hoped for. So for me, while it was expensive, I'm very glad I did it and would recommend Entrada for similar issues.

First: my normal botox amount is 22 - 40 units depending on how long I have gone between sessions (I usually go every 6-8 months, it lasts a long time for me). This time it had been about 10 months. My Groupon was for 50 units. She was gracious in scheduling and was able to accommodate a last min appt before new years. She did the whole 50, said I needed another 20 units for my crows feet but would honor the same rate. Everything went SO fast. I felt rushed and went with her reccomendation and ended up paying for 70 units (almost double my previous MAX). She also squirted the liquid on my forehead between jabs - which was pretty weird. I figured it was an accident until she did it twice. Two things stick out to me in retrospect: she never credited my Alle account, and I never saw her take it from a Botox canister. Again: hindsight being 20/20. A couple days later I came back for lip filler. I liked her pricing so I gave it another shot. I told her my style is Russian Lips. She rushed again. It didnt hurt badly, which was nice. However my results were weird. My mouth was super wide and lips were pushed out instead of fluffy and O shaped. She said they would settle. I was stupid in believing this... after all it was my 5th or 6th time getting filler. I should have known. Overall, I would not go back. I dont think she used Botox (it wore off in maybe 2 months) and my lip filler is almost gone and never looked great to begin with. I hate to leave bad reviews like this but it was such a poor experience.
