Yet on the day of the appointment, they turned me away because they said my dog was missing an esoteric shot that I never heard of. They overbooked that day, and found an excuse to turn me away. I took mine to another pet groomer (Wuf*) without any issues. I would not waste my time and money on this business.

Mady also took care of her nails, anal glands, and facial hair trimming. Somi has very dark nails, which can be tricky to trim because the quick is hard to see, but Mady did a really nice job with them. The line typically moves pretty quick, unless you have some difficult pets to vaccinate. Staff will do a pre boarding check-in to expedite the process once you reach the front. Highly recommend all dog and cat owners to come here for vaccinations. Get the booster package that comes with rabies and a whole other shots that'll keep your pet safe from other possible diseases. I don't remember her name but she was very nice and friendly apologizing since it was cold and that she thought I cancelled. So we talked about what services I would like to do and confirmed. She told me I would get a call for pick up. They called about 12pm and I was on my way to pick fido up. Went to pay and asked if I could do the tip separately because I wanted to pay on a different card. The teller said no sorry we can't do that. So apologies if the tip seems cheapo. The groomer told me how Fido was and found it difficult to file his nails and services but when you let him be he was fine playing. But looking at his haircut, it looks a bit uneven. I wish I could say I'll be back but leaving your keys in the door like that is a safety/security issue and communication is a big deal. So I think this will be the first and last visit.

I normally set aside the tip separately to give it directly to the person who attended my dog, but since I didn't receive my change back, I wasn't able to leave a tip.
