I left a review on Google and the provider contacted me a month later and called me, but during the call she repeatedly interrupted me and did not seem interested in understanding my concerns. She asked me to send photos and said she would call me back on Monday after reviewing them. I sent the photos as requested and never received a call back. After waiting, I followed up myself. Instead of a phone call or any meaningful discussion, I received a brief message stating: "Thank you for sending your photos. They have been documented and reviewed. No further action is necessary." There was no explanation, no in-person evaluation, no follow-up care offered, and no attempt to address my concerns or provide support after a cosmetic procedure I paid for. Regardless of outcome, patients deserve to be heard, taken seriously, treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage anyone considering RF microneedling or other procedures to carefully consider the level of post-treatment care and support they may receive. I'm 38, almost 39 and the past couple of years I started to notice a little bit of sagging and fullness in my neck and super loose skin on my upper eyelids. It's been difficult to apply makeup on my eyes the past couple of years. What I liked about facetite is it tightens the neck as well as my lower face and I definitely had fullness in my lower face. Procedure day was great! I took some Valium to help me relax. Dr. Liu carefully marked me and made sure I knew what he was going to do and that I was happy with the plan. Numbing me up was the worst part, but even so, it was completely tolerable, especially with the Valium on board. He was gentle and took his time and after just a couple minutes I was numb and then felt no pain the rest of the procedure. He had some good music playing, I was able to talk if I needed to and he made sure to check in with me throughout the treatment. When we were done his extremely kind and knowledgeable assistant put a compression wrap on me, and then I was on my way home. When I got home I started icing and kept my head elevated. I took two doses of pain meds but honestly I probably didn't even need it. The next morning I woke up with zero pain, unless I touched the treatment areas. But I'm on day three and haven't needed a pain med, except for that first day. I only have three tiny sutures for the facetite. One behind each ear and one of the chin. My neck is SNATCHED and my eyes are like they were 20 years ago. No more wrinkling when I put on eyeliner or creasing of my makeup as the day goes on and I'm so happy with this whole experience. I had no idea my neck could look this good!! Highly recommend FaceTite with Dr. Liu.
