The owner should be smarter to make sure to train employees to have good skills that customers satisfy for few weeks instead of cheap price and poor skills just to get quantity, it's such a waste of time to come back and forth fixing nails, spending few minutes fixing 1 nail, few days after the others are bad. Whoever runs business and says come back to fix for free which means they are not confident about their quality. They created a quiet ambiance with soothing music background since their technicians could not communicate well, sometimes it's kinda annoying when you ask them to explain something, ending up with attitude and rudeness. I agree to quietness and calmness but customer service industry means communication, we could get the nails done anywhere but we don't want to sit and be silent a whole time.
