This GCG cleaners did a pretty good job. The owner ( or manager was very nice However on my last pickup .. which included pressing by large machine I. Store.. I was overcharged $96 dollars for ONLY pressing four queen sheets!! The proprietor Norma told she she previously let me know what was charging me!.. although she said she would charge me lower price for fitted sheet!! I've never felt so ripped off! This was the first time being back since the change in ownership. Service is better than before. I forget how prices were before but they're reasonable. Had a shirt laundered and they were able to have it ready the next day. There was a small issue with finding it but the lady eventually found it. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this place. They damage the clothes; and don't wash them when you ask to wash, clean and dry. I won't take my clothes to them anymore; they ruined my jacket by not knowing how to iron it correctly! They flatten all the design that was suppose to be the way it was; my $200 jacket is ruined. I have used Norma's Alteration services for a very long time . She has done several pairs of pants and shorts for me. She has also done dresses for my wife. We have always been very pleased with the final result. I am a HUGE Niner fan and invest a lot of money in my jerseys . I was kinda hesitant to take my jerseys to get dry cleaned cause I did not want them to be ruined. I took some throwback jerseys to GMG and was blown away with the finished product. When I picked them up I was excited and nervous to pick them up because one of them was kinda discolored it had a yellowish tint to it. I found 1 other person that brought in a comforter here and also gave it 1 star. I should have looked at that before I brought in my $400 comforter. I specifically asked for it to be dry cleaned because it's white, & I have little ones so it had a few small stains. I brought it here because of the good Yelp reviews. Well, When I picked it up I asked to speak to the manager but he wasn't there. After paying $50 I got it home and all the stains were still there!! Also, it had shrunk. I called immediately and calmly told them my concerns. The manager called me back about an hour later telling me they don't dry clean comforters, so I was basically charged $50 for them putting in a washing machine, something I could have done at home.
