He really knows his stuff and gave me recommendations for pants length based on my shoe height (since I tend to wear shoes with a slight platform). It does take a while, so make sure to bring items in early! Prices vary based on material and type of alteration, but it was worth it and affordable imo. It took him 3 weeks to hem and clean one pair of pants! It cost me over $30. He told me it would be done in 9 days, for which I was surprised (My other dry cleaners took only 1 - 3 days). I came back 10 days later and they weren't done; he said it was too hot, that he should have let me know but didn't, and it wouldn't be done for another week! So unreliable and such poor service! I don't know why I've given this guy so many chances.... between drycleaning, alterations, and having patches sewn on to jackets.... literally 80% of the time there's multiple delays... and then he hands you back "finished" items that haven't been cleaned or fixed, etc. And he makes you pay in advance. Here's a common scenario: You come to pick up your clothes the day he says the work is supposed to be done. Then you get told to come back the next day ("it'll be done in the morning"). You get there in the evening of the next day...then get told to wait 20 minutes... then another 30 minutes... still not done. Then he tells you to come back the next day. So you do, and some of the work isn't done, but he gives you everything as if it is. This has all happened on multiple occasions. read more

No idea why we have given this guy so many chances. We live in the area and really wanted to support a family business, but enough is enough. He is SO unreliable. After 20+ times dropping off dry cleaning, every time we try to pick up clothes (a week+ later) they are never ready on time and have to come back later or the following days. Today, after telling him last time we will give him one more chance, I lost my mind. I do not understand the business process or order this man has in place. It's surprising he's still in business. You'd think dry cleaning 4 shirts would take a couple days, but NO! He then said he can have the shirts ready in 15 minutes for me. Really? Over 10 business days he has had my items and has done nothing with them, but can miraculously have them done in 15 minutes! What a quality job I'm sure this will be. I demanded my clothes back and a refund and request was denied. Trust me, go elsewhere for your needs. We will never be returning. Turn around is awesome and I love seeing the husband and wife team (and sometimes their daughter there too). They are highly skilled at what they do. I've brought in some tricky items and they've cleaned them up with ease. If there is ever a concern they are knowledgeable and will let you know what they can do. Their cleaning is green-friendly. I can't provide a review of their quality of service, because I was unable to get that far with this dry cleaner. First I walk in to find another customer complaining about damage (several rips) to one of their items. Who knows who dun it. BUT the response from the lady behind the counter was "for $150 we can send it out to a 3rd party to determine if we damaged it or not". Seriously?! Who's said "Yep, that sounds like a good use of $150."? That's a sham and a shake down if I've ever heard of one. Man begrudgingly leaves with torn pants. My turn... Why do they advertise "same day service" when they wont even accept your clothes for a next day turn around? They said that I'd have my clothes back "next week". When asked regarding the same day service, they told me that was only for items dropped off in the morning. Please tell me why it matters when they are dropped off?! Couldn't you just say they'll be done by tomorrow evening? You'd have a full half a day extra to get them done and charge me for same day service?!?! They were happy to "press them" in the same day. EEW?! No thanks. Please take down the sign and stop falsely advertising you have same day service, when you clearly don't have intentions of providing that service. This business is very good. Always very up front with and special cleaning needs. I have had stains on work dress shirts they were able to get out. I took a jacket here to have it altered. I purchased it a size to big, because the size down was too small, so to have it fit right I needed to get it bigger then have it altered. After reading the reviews I thought I would try them out. Now I realize that my jacket may be a complicated alterations, but I explained to the woman that there was no hurry and however long it took was fine. She spent forever pinning and getting all the prepwork with me and I was good with what she planned to do. When my husband when to pick it up it was very expensive and he brought it back it didn't look like it had even been touched. I tried it on and it was still enormous, and I had not lost weight or anything so it should have felt more my size like it did when she pinned it. I could clearly tell nothing was done, and I mean NOTHING. I could have done that. I will not be going back. They basically took my money for nothing. read more

The staff are very friendly and have a lot of attention to detail. For the past year I have gotten pants hemmed and clothing cleaned and pressed. Best of all they were able to help us clean and press a uniform that had very unique creases (inside out) in several areas. It went in stained and came out looking brand new. I was amazed at how white it was! They did a great job and there was no way I could have done that at home on my own. One night my daughter needed a safety pin for a dress. We were short on time for a special event so I crossed my fingers, went in and asked, if by chance they might be able to give us a safety pin for the night. I took a leap of faith after my dad's jacket was fixed well and started bringing in my clothes for alteration. I have had everything from jean hems, trouser hems and sleeves taken up to full sizes taken in on silk tops, lined pants in at the waist and back, jackets tucked in a bit when the designer added a weird flare at the hip all with great results. We've been clients for over 15 years, until today. The owners have new pressing/ironing equipment in the store. Today we picked up shirts with two nearly identical tears in the same spot on two different shirts. Nicely, the cleaners repaired the tears, but was extremely evasive when we questioned it - we inspect our clothes before dropping them off so we are 99.9% sure the tears were not there before. We spoke with the owner who offered to send the shirts to a lab for analysis. For us, we are moving on. There was something that was less than forthright about the whole situation. My wife and I have been having our laundry done here for years. I remember my first visit. My wife dropped off some cloths and I decided to walk over and pick them up, thinking it was one or two shirts. It was more like 15 shirts and pants! Ouch. Well, not batting an eye I paid for the items and walked out with the cloths slumped over shoulder. Boy were they heavy. I'd barely reached the end of the parking lot when the owner of the cleaners drove up in his van and gave me a ride to my house. That was years ago and I believe the place has changed hands but you wouldn't know it by the service. The folks here do a fine job, the cloths are always ready on time, they greet you with a smile and will even make little repairs, such as sewing on a button, if needed. I've also had my pants hemmed here with no issues. I took in a pair of pants and a shirt for overnight service. They accepted it with a smile, gave me some candy and said it will be ready tomorrow. This used to be my go to dry cleaner for years until this last time. I brought in my burberry coat that the belt loop was pulled off by having the belt yanked off too quickly (i assume since it wasn't like that before) and came back missing one of the sleeve belts. When I asked her about it she looked at me as if I was lying and never did anything about it. At the same time I had my wool coat dry cleaned until which a button was torn off and she did a horrible job putting it back on right in front of me. That button came off the very next day that I had to fix myself. Also during this time she called me multiple times about other items that I just needed simple dry cleaning. On top of it all she over charged me then said she would give me a discount next time. There will never be a next time. Alterations were a little pricey, but the work was done well and both myself and my wife have been happy with the work.
