If I can leave no stars i would!! DO NOT COME HERE, go to another gnc! I came here to return something with a receipt. I was waiting behind a man that was trying to return something as well but turned him away. So, here comes my turn, I show my receipt & she automatically asks "is it from this store" & I said no & RIGHT AWAY says "well unfortunately I can't return it since it's not from this store & especially because it's cash" & I told her I have never heard of that & im not going anywhere else. She says she will ask her boss. She comes out from the back & says " so my boss said I can't do it." so I asked to talk to him. He comes out of the office & says he cannot return the product because it's from a franchise store. Ummmmm how is a customer supposed to know what store is corporate and which one is franchise? and their policy says we can return at any store. So I told him that & he SO RUDELY SAYS (i'm still in shock that he told me this) "So are you going to keep interrupting me while i'm trying to explain this to you? I picked up some C4 pre workout that turned out to be extremely clumpy and hard packed so I decided to exchange it for another can, so I stopped by this location since I was in the area. The other reviews pretty much sum this place up but I still decided to walk in, this gnc is located in the Ontario Mills mall so there's a lot of umm tourists here. Any who i walk in and after waiting for a bit I'm helped, the lady working the register was so oblivious to her surroundings that she tried to ring me up for the can I pulled out of my bag....I explain to her that I want to exchange the product and she very rudely tells me to go and grab one from the shelf She asks for my receipt and I pull out my phone and so begins the lengthy process, she asks for my license and I refuse (no reason to give out personal info like that) and then she says I owe her 7.50! Mind you I'm exchanging it for same exact product...something about me paying 32.50 for it vs the 40.00 it was going for, I show her on my receipt where it clearly shows I paid 40 for my product and either way it shouldn't matter because it's an exchange not a refund. She calls over her coworker and after a few seconds walks away to help out another rude customer who kept interrupting my transaction, then the gentleman helping me out made a rude comment and they switched spots again...I was planning on picking up some hydroxy cut while I was there but this transaction left a bad taste In my mouth 15 minutes to exchange a product is ridiculous! Today was my second time to buy products from this store. Because I would like to come back and visit these lovely staff. My mom was diagnosed with cancer without telling me one and half years ago, gastric carcinoma, stage III. Since my parents are living in another country, I would not be able to tell that she could get a cancer. I was heard this tragically sad news from herself by the time she felt her body could not hold on much longer. She felt her body so weak after she wanted to give up surviving, in which I felt extremely heart broken. After that, I randomly chose a local GNC store and looked for essential nourishment for my mom. For the first time, staff. Lulu helped me nicely and patiently after I explained her about my mom's illness. She picked some helpful vitamins and essential nutrition products for me. She was so nice. And she was even praying for me and my mom with tears. She taught me how to take all those products, again and again. It has been almost a month since my mom started to take the products I sent her. She felt quite energetic and psychologically positive. Rationally, I could not authoritatively to diagnose whether my mom was medically getting better or not. However, apparently, at least she looked way better than last month. She has no continuously fever recently, and her edema is getting better and better. She got her hope back in mind to try surviving once again. Those were the reasons that I came back to the same store today to re-buy the products for my mom's essential vitamins and nutrition. Again, Lulu and Luz helped me so nicely and patiently. These ladies are very knowledgeable. They felt so happy when I told them my mom's health has been getting stable and better little by little. If I could leave no stars I would. I work in the mall so I go often, either to grab an energy drink or a small snack. I go quite often and the times I've gone they've said "our card reader doesn't work pay cash". There was even an instance where they were open but didn't have a sign until I walked up to the register with my purchase in HAND when they said "our systems are down you can't pay cash or card." I was understandable. It wasn't until my coworker went one day and the gentleman working there was super nice and the card reader worked. I go in the next day to grab an energy drink and I go up to the register and the older woman (I'm assuming a manager or so) says "we're only accepting cash, our card reader never works". How is it that every time I go in, the card reader NEVER works with her. I completely understand things happen. But she's so rude about it and watches me go around grabbing stuff without notice about the cash only. It's so unprofessional and inconsiderate. read more

very disappointed. The service was no sense of responsibility. Went there shop and the cashier forget to give me one of my purchase , after I got home find out . call many times they just said he was busy want me call back . I left my Phone No. But didn't get any call back . I was talk to a sever sales on phone , her name is "Alyssa " , while I told her they forgot to give me the product ,her answer is that's my responsibility too , customers need to check what they buy .the only thing I can do is go there and get it with my recipe or return it with my credit card .they don't send item or refund it .The shopping was nice while I was in store , the Chinese guys was helpful , but somehow I don't know why it become like this . don't get it , don't they have more good customers service to deal something happen like this ? read more

I come here super often, at least every other day. All the employees are very helpful and immediately ask what I need / what they can do for me. Luz rung me up and was incredibly efficient and courteous. I honestly don't understand any of these complaints, it's as if customers expect things to go exactly their way even if its not possible. I can't image what happened,in GNC Store of Ontario Mall,CA, Apr 19, 2016. It took me about one hour to explain with store staff and call with GNC Service Center. They are totally unhelpful! Waste my time and money! Last Feb, I bought GNC GOLDEN membership for 2 years from the store which is located in Punete Hills Mall( City of Industry). The Goldern Card's label also shows 'EXPIRES MARCH 2017'. However, the cashier told me my card is expired in their system! She just give me a phone number and let me to call their customer service center. My 4-years-old daughter was crying for restroom, but none helped me. I have to call the number. After 20 minutes on the phone, there is no any process and none help me to correct THEIR MISTAKE! SO, GNC, PLS REFUND ME ONE YEAR MEMBER FEE AND LET ME GO! read more

If I could rate this GNC a zero, I would all due to the staff! Two employees named Luz and Anne looked for me at another store after I left GNC, just to have me go back and look for a product that I placed on the wrong shelf. They thought I stole it, but after looking i found it on a shelf and said "look, it's right there! " I felt very humiliated that I was followed and told out loud "where did you put the amino acids we can't find them" in front of many people. As I walked back to GNC, the employee names Luz stared at my see-through Cotton-On bag that I was carrying as if I had put it in there. I went back to speak to the manager on floor, and caught Luz and Hector ( assistant manager on floor ) talking. As I walked in Luz said "shhhh" when she saw me walk in. When I spoke to the assistant manager (Hector) he acted like he didn't know what had happened and didn't even bother to listen. He turned his head looking around the store as I spoke.
