However, once I spoke to Eddie, I realized why Go Frameless earned such high ratings. Eddie is a very nice and professional guy. I never felt as if I were speaking to a salesperson - in fact, I felt as if I was talking to a good friend. I ended going with 1/2" Starphire and it looks amazing! And, he gave me a great price too! His installers (Gerardo) were very clean - they put drop cloths everywhere and really respected my home. The workmanship was perfect! All the corners were perfectly square! Just want to leave a quick review to this well deserved company. Thanks to Yelp, I found Go Frameless. They had the best reviews, and are nothing short of the truth. Eddie & his crew are stellar. They know their trade, and helped us make the most informed decisions when working with us to complete our new bathroom. Pricing was very fair and we are so glad we went with the top of line thick saphire clear glass. They were able to make some nice work arounds to our design that were not standard nor lent itself to an easy install. While others said we required a frame solution, Eddie was sure that we didnt, . . that it would look better, & that he could pull it off. No problem. He was good on his word. The glass and assembly are super strong and everything is holding up like new . . & this is a year later of many showers. We're a family of 4, & this is the shower of choice. We're about to start another bathroom job at the house, so I was prompted to come back to Yelp and grab Eddie's number. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Unprofessional, irresponsible. We hired them to custom make our master bathroom shower doors and our downstairs guest bathroom doors as well. They came out, took measurements and came back to install the the master doors in about 2-3 weeks. The installer scratched the door during installation, he notified his boss and the came back a few weeks later to install new glass doors. Again the installer a you white young man and his boss, a Hispanic young man scratched the door again!! He said he would contact my husband to either have the door replaced or give us a discount on the guest bathroom door. Weeks went by and we never heard from him. My husband tried calling, he left messages and we never received a call back. Take my advise DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! There are other companies with competitive pricing that can get the job done better. This happened in November and we've yet to hear from them. read more

I logged on and saw from some reason my original review was put into the not recommended review bucket. I am not sure why. Eddie's team did nice overall work in our house with several things including glass on our balconies and other mirrors.  I am unhappy however with the mirror, he installed a mirror in our bathroom with a brown spot in the glass. It's at eye level and quite noticeable. I showed it to Eddie at the time of installation and he promised then to replace it but has not. Now he won't return calls or txts. Basically he is not fixing issue, but I have already paid him. I guess I have to hire someone else to replace the mirror. My advice is not to pay until the job is done until your satisfaction. read more
