The food was amazing, every flavor felt like it was melting in my mouth. The tunas was really excellent. I enjoyed their service and the price is worth it

This is a AYCE sushi spot that's tucked away on Colorado Blvd ! It's sooo good ! I highly recommend the sushi ! I think I could eat 100 of the salmon belly if I could. The spicy edamame was good not to spicy so don't be afraid to order it! They have a lot of drink options and they have a pretty bar. Just careful to order what your gonna eat since you can't take the left overs. Over all I liked this spot a lot! I would recommend to anyone looking for a filling sushi lunch The host was also so sweet and the staff was friendly. Assem is so lovely!

Too hot and searching for ice cream in Pasadena, I discovered this sushi restaurant called "Go Go Sushi". I didn't realize this restaurant offered All You Can Eat sushi. My family and I just got a few rolls and items. I spoke to the workers there, and they are very welcoming and friendly, even offering us free spicy edamame. Now I've found another All You Can Eat Sushi restaurant that I'll definitely try next time.

Two thumbs up! The AYCE selection has a lot to offer, but the a la carte dishes were definitely the highlight for me. Their hamachi kama was one of my favorites--grilled perfectly with that rich flavor and tender texture, and the grilled prawns were another standout. Their carpaccios were really well balanced. The sauces complemented the fish without overpowering it, which let the flavor of the fish and its freshness come through. Overall, a great spot whether you're in the mood to go all out with AYCE with a group of friends and family or go with a la carte on a date out.

    Special Carpaccio!!

This was easily one of the most memorable dinners I've ever had. We started with the tuna tataki and the salmon carpaccio. Both were sliced beautifully, and the citrus-soy dressing was light enough to let the fish speak for itself. The nigiri platter was the highlight of the night. The toro melted the moment it hit my tongue, and the yellowtail, salmon, and shrimp were all clean, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The baked jumbo prawns were unforgettable -- creamy and smoky, topped with masago and green onion. Every plate was presented with real care, and the service was warm and attentive from start to finish. I honestly don't think I'll ever forget this meal, and we'll definitely be back.

Came for a quick lunch. Was thinking of the ayce sushi but decided to try rolls instead. They have a special of buy one get one 50% off rolls. Overall everything we got was yummy. My favorite was the super dragon roll. The spider roll was also very yummy with lots of soft shell crab inside. Great place, nice ambience and good service. Will come again to try the ayce.

The new owners have better quality food and it's more modern inside. I got the bento box with chicken and tempura and it was very good. Service is superior. They are attentive and fast to assist you. Easy parking in the lot. The chicken was tender and flavorful.

Solid sushi place! $32.99 for AYCE lunch. Came here on a whim because we were in the area. Fish was fresh. Mostly had nigiri because that's what we eat. My boyfriend enjoyed a $3 beer because at that price, why wouldn't you? Lol. Server was super friendly and helpful and the chef was hustling and doing a great job. Tempura shrimp and calamari both had too much breading for my taste, and I think the sauces were a bit underwhelming, but overall the value is through the roof. Seems like a nice little local spot. Clean. Comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to eat here again.

2/13/26 I Love this place! I've been going here since they opened and have never had a bad experience. Sometimes they can get very busy and service slows down a little but they really put in a solid effort to keep up. They are under new management and I like the improvements so far. This was our Valentine dinner (3rd year in a row) and it was excellent. We started with the Broiled Mussels. This has been one of our favorites for many years and we were a little surprised that they had changed it up.....and made them even better. The Mussels are huge, very tender and now topped with Scallops and Roe. Wow! Much, much better! I am a huge Unagi fan and this was incredible! A bigger portion than before and so incredibly tender and full of flavor! We finished the night with a beautiful order of Bluefin Tuna. Oh my God.....unbelievably delicious! This was a great night at Go Go. Stellar service. Baba and Freddy are great Sushi Chefs, very personable and very on top of things.

A hidden gem AYCE sushi restaurant in Pasadena that really close to Arcadia. The fish was really fresh and we ordered a lot. Ordered all the limited sushi and we loved them. The no-rice rolls were really good too and we enjoyed it. The carpaccio it's similar with sashimi and loved the salmon and tuna. The service was great and we enjoyed our dinner. There is sake and beer on discounted price and we drank a lot.

Food is good especially for a late night cravings! The eel with shrimp tempura has a good crunch to it

Paul. Where did you Go Go!? This was an old review with 5 stars that I am reviewing and It Hurts me to say write this but... I have been coming here for almost 20 years and you can see most of the negative reviews... have a similar pattern. I understand change. I understand giving it a chance. But I echo what all the long time GO GO customers have said. Every single thing where words taken right out of my mouth. Brought my daughter like we usually always do... and we're shocked. Gave it a chance. We're shocked again. There was no win here. Like I said everything that the old clients complained about is true. By daughter literally she's a tear because this was our spot. Literally live up the street. I hope New Go Go will hear the cries. Keep the upgrades. Bring back the old. Incorporate the new. Do something. Because we're permanently here. Strong support. Long time support. Consistent support. What else would you want as an owner than several long term customers. They'll bring you the business. Will try and convince her to come one last time. If not I will and see how it goes.

They consistently put out above-average sushi and I've always had a good experience here. This Pasadena location can get pretty busy, so sometimes the wait can be a while. I came the other day for my birthday because they offer a free meal if you've had two check-ins prior to your birthday. I work nearby, so I stopped by during lunch and was able to get a single seat at the bar immediately. Perks of solo dining lol. Once you order, the sushi comes out pretty quickly and I like how they space everything out so you never have a bunch of sushi just sitting on your table. Everything tasted fresh as usual. I'm also happy to see that they now have daily specials, which gives you something different to try instead of always ordering the same thing. Always a fan of SUGARFISH and definitely can't wait to come back!

Very disappointing experience for a gluten-free customer…read more 1. Zero accommodation for gluten-free guests SUGARFISH does not offer gluten-free soy sauce. Apparently, their gluten-free option is simply to serve the sushi without soy sauce -- with no salty substitute whatsoever. We asked if the kitchen could provide salt, miso, or anything else gluten-free to add some flavor. We were told they had none. So the solution was basically: eat the sushi completely plain. For a sushi restaurant, not having gluten-free soy sauce is already surprising. Having absolutely no alternative -- not even something as basic as salt -- made the experience even worse. 2. Zero problem-solving What was more frustrating was that no one seemed interested in helping us find a solution. After we repeatedly asked about alternatives, the first server finally said they would look for some salt, but never came back with it. When a second server brought our food, we asked again and were simply told that the kitchen had no salt and no miso. No alternative was suggested. No other option was offered. Just "we don't have it." I completely understand that restaurants cannot accommodate every dietary restriction. But there is a big difference between not having a specific ingredient and making no effort to help a guest find a reasonable alternative. If you are gluten-free, I would not recommend this location.

We ordered multiple nigiris, rolls, and appetizers for our table. The servers and staff seemed to not communicate with each other, leading to slow and sloppy service. The nigiris came out much later than the rolls and the bowls, to the point where half of our party was done eating before the first nigiri plate came out. In fact, the service was so slow that the servers started to clear our plates while we were waiting for them to bring out our food The servers were awkwardly clashing plates at our table and being difficult about refilling the water and tea. After dropping $800+ as a table, we were waiting on one last nigiri (Yellowtail Belly) to come out. We asked our waiter to check on it for us, and he came back to us saying it should have been on the plate that had the other Yellowtail Nigiri on it. The reason why we brought this up in the first place is because the two didn't come out together. He then brings another waitress who tells us it should have come out already, and then another who tells us completely different information (i.e. it came out with different fish). Overall an unpleasant experience. Would not be back again nor would I recommend this place to anyone, especially since they made such a big deal out of $10 nigiri on a $800 bill.

An unforgettable dining experience from beginning to end!…read more Our little one woke up one morning and announced that she wanted to try caviar, so we found Kaviar in Pasadena because they offer a true caviar service complete with all the traditional accoutrements. Chris was our server, and he was absolutely fantastic. He made us feel genuinely welcomed, anticipated everything we needed, and turned our daughter's first caviar experience into such a special memory. She especially loved the dramatic cold fog rising from the ice, and needless to say, she is now officially in love with caviar! We ordered the: * 50g caviar service (ten out of ten, no notes) * shishito peppers (the sauce is out of this world) * uni pasta (the heavy cream is divine) * Wagyu strip loin steak (melts in your mouth) * baked lobster roll signature roll (pure decadence) * blue crab and salmon signature sashimi (rich, silky, and incredibly fresh) * albacore crispy onion signature sashimi (fireworks in every bite) * garlic albacore signature roll (so good, we forgot to talk) Every single dish was outstanding. We honestly couldn't choose a favorite or even rank them. The flavors were so fresh, balanced, and beautifully executed that we didn't even reach for the soy sauce. Before we left, we also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tigran. He took our family photo, personally walked us out, and made us feel incredibly special. That level of hospitality stayed with us just as much as the food. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, chic, stylish, and perfect for a special occasion, while still feeling warm and inviting.
