While we were walking around, we were craving some Japanese food and found an incredible spot! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sushigah staff were very nice and accommodating to us while we traveled with our cat.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered their bulgogi bento and WOW I was amazing. Huge quantity of food and you could sub rice for a California roll! The tempura was perfectly breaded with a great variety of different veggies and shrimp. The bulgogi was also well seasoned and marinated. My partner mentioned how great their tempura udon was as well!

I ordered the Chirashi bowl and blue crab sushi. The chirashi bowl was enough for 2 people. It was so fresh and delicious.

Came by earlier for the first time with my cousins since we were craving some sushi and we were not disappointed ! Workers are extremely attentive and nice . The food also came out very quickly other than the baked muscles , but that's completely understandable and even then didn't wait too long for those . [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very tasty and top quality food , along with the welcoming environment .[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Would come here all the time if I didn't live so far .. T^T

Found this Sushi restaurant owned by Korean Father & Son. Love the mural. Located at the corner of Raymond Ave, the quieter side of the street. Street parking or parking garage nearby. Easier to park. Not crowded like Colorado side. Service was fast. Small nice dining area with plenty of window seating. Food was on the spot. We ordered Cheese Bulgogi, Bento Box, Sashimi Salad and Salmon Roll. All was fresh and yummy. Nothing to complain.

Late night sushi and it hit the spot! Everything tasted fresh craving more even when you are full! Can't go wrong with anything in the menu. Service was quick and friendly, location was clean, zero complaints.. The water tasted filtered which is a huge step up from pretty much any sushi spot.

Ordered via one of the delivery apps. Good selection of rolls, lots of baked and tempura rolls. The salmon skin roll was very good, the salmon skin was very crisp. The yellow tail, salmon and shrimp were good and fish was fresh. The Korean fried chicken appetizer was very good, nice light batter and stayed crispy even after the sauce. Cucumber salad was too sweet for my taste. Solid restaurant and will order from again.

Great food. Great service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute and clean restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My bf and I tried this place out after going to Blick Art Materials across the street. The waitresses were so nice and welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered the Sushigah Special and the Love Roll. The sashimi was fresh and the Love Roll had a side of fried soft shell crab that was just perfect. Everything 10/10

Stopped by Sushigah in Pasadena for a quick lunch and ordered a regular combo with some hot sake on the side. First off, I really appreciated that the sake actually came out properly hot, which isn't always the case at casual spots and made the meal feel extra comforting. For the price, the combo is a good deal and perfect when you want something filling without a long wait. The fish quality was decent overall. Some pieces tasted fresh and enjoyable, while a couple still had that slightly frozen texture, but nothing that completely took away from the experience. Service was fast and it's an easy in-and-out kind of place, which makes it great for a quick lunch. It's not a high end sushi destination, but it's not trying to be. For a casual, affordable meal in Pasadena it gets the job done. Overall a solid option for the price and convenience, and I'd come back if I'm in the area and need something quick and satisfying.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I went on a Thrusday @ 3pm and there was plenty seating, very chill. Great spot if you are eating alone or in small group.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Waitress was very nice and food didn't take long to come out. I was very surprised at the size of our plates, it made the price very worth it! Ordered the Spicy bulgogi ramen but I wouldn't say that it's even spicy which is fine for me I'm not even a huge fan of spice. 10/10! My fiancee ordered the Bulgogi entree that comes with steamed rice & miso soup. They are not stingy with meat here and the meat quality is pretty good. 10/10 for him. The nigiri had pretty big pieces of salmon on top so the ratio of fish to rice was a little unbalanced, not enough rice. The salmon was good quality though, 8/10. I also got the baked salmon roll and it was suppose to be spicy but, again, not really spicy lol I loveeee me a warm baked roll though and it was delicious 10/10 Overall I recommend it for casual eats. I want to come back in the evening because their hours say open until 12:30am which could be a late night vibe! Must-try spot with amazing food!!

This is one of the best sushi experiences I've had in a while and at a price point that is affordable, just makes me love this place even more. I feel like this place is giving quality well above their price point and I think it's just amazing. I came here about an hour before they close on a Wednesday evening, and I was greeted with extremely pleasant restaurant staff they were extremely accommodating to a special request that I made and they exceeded expectations on all fronts. Every item we ordered was very good and I can't wait to come back again. This place is also a corner spot so it's relatively easy to find, at least I think so and this is the perfect spot to go to when it's a little later at night for those sushi cravings!

    Look at those tasty scallops!
    Kerri A.

I really appreciate the great service here, very attentive. It's a go to for the BSCR roll for me. Generous amount of tender bay scallops atop a fresh California roll. Sitting outside on a sunny day is a real treat and I've always been lucky enough to get seated immediately without a wait. Parking in the school house structure is super convenient.

We checked out Sushigah in Pasadena and had a great time! First off, the tech-forward touches were super cool--each table gets a sleek little wooden stick with a QR code so you can browse photos of all the rolls. I loved being able to see what everything looked like before ordering. You can also pay the bill online, which made checkout smooth and convenient. The space itself is small and intimate with a cozy, modern vibe. I liked sitting by the window where you can look out onto the street corner. Bonus points for being right next to a good parking structure. The salmon sushi was tasty and fresh, with a nice thick cut of fish. Their rice was on point--great consistency, not too sticky or too loose. One of the standouts for me was the bulgogi with cheese--it tasted like a Korean Philly cheesesteak and paired surprisingly well with the rice. It's fusion done right. Everything was super clean inside, and the staff was friendly without being overbearing. The overall ambiance is casual cool, a nice spot to grab quality sushi without it feeling too formal. There's a nice variety on the menu without it being overwhelming. I'd definitely come back to try more rolls. It's a great spot for a low-key dinner or date night. If you're a fan of good food with a little flair, this one's worth checking out.

    Margaret R.

Tried this place with some friends & was astonished by the quality of the Bulgogi Ramen. Service was great--staff were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming & decor was pleasantly unique! The quality of the noodles, bulgogi, broth and veggies all complimented one another perfectly. The flavor of the broth was savory with a touch of sweetness which really stood out to me! I would definitely come again, 10/10! :D

The standouts for me were the Galician octopus, mushrooms in truffle cream, and the cured meats. But holy, everything was so good. HAKATA SET (Your choice of: Tonkotsu or Miso Ramen, comes with Mini Spicy Tuna Don, Chicken Karaage 2 pcs, Tsukemono) This was one of the set items for the lunch special. Chose the miso ramen. The miso ramen had a very strong white miso flavor. Didn't hate it, as I do love miso, but it was a little too much miso for my liking. Typical curly ramen and it was cooked well. Loved the jammy egg too. It was a soy marinated egg. There were also three pieces of chashu too! It was good, but slightly overcooked. The portion of the ramen was medium sized and was surprised they didn't bring a smaller size since it was a set meal. But happy they were generous! Spicy tuna don was a small bowl, but they gave a good portion of spicy tuna, which was delicious. Chicken karaage were two pieces of chicken and it was just okay. No tsukemono was served with the meal. Overall the meal was satisfying. I think the price was fair for what was given. CUSTOMER SERVICE Good, friendly and attentive customer service. No complaints! AMBIANCE / TABLES + SEATS Very calm and relaxing ambiance. It was quiet and no music was playing, which I liked. The restaurant was super clean and I liked how the tables were set.
