This was our first time here and we found it to be one the BEST self-serve car wash experiences we've had in Orange County. From the outside, it looks like one of those tiny car washes attached to a gas station, but we were impressed. It was surprisingly effective at cleaning our car and there's a number of nice features that made it stand out from pretty much any car wash we've been to. Start off with the guy that came to our car and polished all four of our tires and actually did a great job, I understand it's not a big deal, but these days when businesses seem to be cutting back on everything, these little extras matter to customers. The clean towels and free dashboard wipes were also great, and something you don't find everywhere. The vacuums are very important to us, and these were in fact better than most vacuums we've used at other places. The suction was very powerful and picked up pieces of dirt/sand that we often can't get removed very quickly. Another car wash just a few minutes away costs over $10 for their basic service, so getting it here for less than $10 ($8 when we came in) is definitely the better value. They also offer more services and a monthly membership which looked well worth it if you're wanting a wash more than a couple times a month. We came on a Saturday and expected a wait, but the line to enter the car wash was only a few minutes and we didn't wait at all for the vacuums. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We definitely look forward to coming back whenever we're in the area again.

I've been to 5 different car wash places, and this one washed the best. It's automatic car wash so it doesn't take away all of the mess but we got the $12 one and it worked veery well. Then we used the microfiber cloth and windex that they gave us for the inside of the car and to dry the water off. Worked very well. And there's vacuum you can use for 5 minutes for free.

Good, fast and cheap. Their basic car wash is $8. When you drive up to the pay gate, there's always a nice employee there to greet you and help process payment. When driving into the car wash, another employee guides you on and makes sure you have put your car in neutral before entering. It's a short drive-through but just as efficient -- if not more -- than some of the other larger car washes. They have a vacuum area there if you want to use that but I just always do the drive-through and go. They also offer monthly membership programs for each level of carwash if that is something you're interested in. The membership is per vehicle. Conveniently located right by the 5 with both northbound and southbound entrances and exits.

Went today for the first time and got the $10 Premium wash. My car came out shiny and clean with no missed spots! Staff was friendly and I love how they give you the wipes to clean your dashboard and steering wheel, which most of these drive thru places do not provide. They also have clean towels that you can use to dry off your car when you pull into the vacuum area. The vacuums I used were very strong, which was great as sometimes these places have vacuums that are not and they hardly pick up anything. I wish they had a couple of more spots to park with vacuums, but if you go at an off time like I did today you shouldn't have any problems getting a spot once you pull out of the wash. I mean, it'll do I guess? I was visiting from out of town and honestly the options for car washes in this area is pitiful but they also didn't tape my back wiper down (nothing bad happened to it for clarity, I just know it's a safety precaution I appreciate), and I didn't realize they closed pretty early in the day. I say this because as I was vacuuming my car they suddenly let me know I need to be done- and after pushing back a little, they gave me a 5 min count down.... Like, why didn't you give me a heads up?? You saw me using the vacuum?? Just overall thoughtless staff that obviously don't really care. read more

What a great new addition to Tustin. Tucked away across from the big plaza along Red Hill and the 5. Standard options for car wash. The only thing I wished was that the dryer cleaned more of my car but it doesn't really matter since they lend you free clean towels to use in addition to the free vacuum. Very strong vacuums btw. Drove by by chance. Went in and was initially confused on where to start. The two guys manning the station were very helpful and kind. They have two vacuums per station with different size heads. They were powerful enough to suck up ALL the cat hair off my seats. Not like my home vacuum could. I got the basic wash. The wash was fine. No complaints there. It got all the bugs off from a long road trip I had just finished. At the end, they have micro fiber towels able to dry your car off after the wash. It was great! And the prices are fair. This is a good place to bring your car for a good wash and drying with their complimentary towel. So you can vacuum and take care of drying the car with the towel (to avoid water spots). I will come back here again for a $7 wash. read more

Decided to try this place out since I was in the area and my car was filthy because of the rain. At my usual car wash they spray down my car before I enter the tunnel. They didn't do that here so after the wash, my car had a bunch of swirl marks and scratches from the dirt. Nice that they provide complementary towels to dry your car but not worth the extra scratch marks on my car. Will not be coming back read more

Too bad to washed car here. when you purchased one time monthly car wash, they will keep charged every month. when you wash different car, they will charged you two time or third time or four time membership without your agree. they used your credit without your permission. it's very bad. you have to call them to cancel monthly payment. read more

I went to this was to get those yellow stains that randomly show up on your car out and even after going through the wash it was still on there. The bonus is on Tuesdays the super deluxe special only $9. What stood out was that after exiting the wash my car was shining. read more

Each time I go here the service from the crew is always great. On a recent visit Isaac asked to detail the wheels of my car, but I told him I had forgotten to bring cash to tip them so no thanks. Heard about this place from my neighbor... SO GLAD I CHECKED IT OUT!!! Absolutely awesome!! Super friendly service, vacuums are very powerful and several different nozzles available. No time limit to vacuum or wipe/dry your car, so if you feel like really getting into a deep clean you can. They guide you onto the track for the wash, which goes quickly but does an excellent job. There are towel stations available if you need to wipe down your car. Towels are super soft and absorbent. I highly recommend this place! read more

DO NOT GO to this car wash!!! I repeat STAY AWAY from here. I paid $10 for the premium and somehow halfway through the wash, I stopped moving but my wheel started turning right. Then I hear a noise and bump. The car in the back of me ends up hitting me in the back leaving a large dent. Only way I can get out at this point is turn my wheel straight. When I tell the manager Jose what happens, he takes down my information and says the owner will call me back. Nope, he doesn't call me. I call back and ask to speak to the owner but the manager Jose says I can't speak to the owner and accuses me of stepping on the brake. There is video recording in the wash and I ask to see the video but he says he can't show me. I ask again to speak to the owner and the manager Jose refuses. It is totally unacceptable to not be able to speak to the owner responsible for this. I had my grandma and mom in the car too that witnessed the whole thing that happened while we were in the wash. They will be hearing from my lawyer. read more

Terrible customer service I bought the membership because I live very close by after that three times the machines broke down the fourth time I went to try it again the manager was yelling at the employees in front of me and I told him that it was not OK to do that but he didn't care, I said right away that I wanted to cancel my membership and he said OK but he didn't because until now three months after I keep getting charge on my credit card for the membership when I went two times already and talk to him about it and he said he fixed it but they're not!! I'm tired of dealing with this people I spoke to my bank and they said they're going to fix it I don't want to change my credit card only because this idiot! Hopefully you'll never be in this position because his very frustrated... I love to treat everyone with respect but I will never accept when they don't treat me the same way. read more

I have been coming to this car wash since it has open. I have bought the membership and for three weeks now I've been dissatisfied. I come here because they have air hoses that at the present time have not been working for the past three weeks. I'm just getting excuses why they don't work. The bottom line is the owner is being cheap and does not want to replace something that's making the air not work. They offer this to their customers with the membership but yet neglect to fix. I am going to give go green another week before I cancel my membership and go to the car wash that is closer to my house. read more

This is the only place anyone should go to wash their car!! Jose the manager is amazing. I received tough horrible water spots from sprinklers. I took my car through the car wash and as I already knew it wouldn't take them out. I previously purchased product to help. Jose saw I was working on this and took the time to help me get these out in addition to allowing my car to go through the car wash again complimentary! Great value, convenience, and the workers are super friendly and helpful. It's very confusing when you get there, ignore the signs above the vacuum stations, they don't mean anything. You pull into the automated car wash, pay $7 for a basic wash, and when you get out just pull into an available spot and dry your car with the rags THEY provide (really appreciate that) and vacuum! read more

I just went to purchase a car wash $11 which is not bad at all. A car wasn't in front of me the gentleman sprayed his down but not mine. My car Still looks the same As when I arrived to the car wash. This car wash definitely stands out from the rest of the diy carwashes in the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. After the initial car wash tunnel, they provide a diy vacuum and clean towels to dry your car off. An air compressor is also available which is great to get water and debris out of small crevices. I think this place is fairly new and hope they maintain the great service/amenities and cleanliness I witnessed on my recent visit. read more

First thing to note--this place is easy to miss. I embarrassingly drove right past the entrance the first time because it's a pretty small opening and hard to spot if you're going even a little fast. Had to loop around the block and try again. Also, there's only space for about two cars to queue before you're basically spilling into the street. My girlfriend and I parked one behind the other, and honestly, another car behind us would've been halfway in the road. There is street parking nearby though if their little alcove is full. When we pulled in, there was a ton of activity--cars constantly moving through, getting cleaned, etc.--so it's clearly a popular spot. My girlfriend mentioned there have been times she's come and had to leave because the line was backed up into the street, so I think we got pretty lucky timing-wise. Price-wise, I think it's solid. For an exterior wash + interior clean, it felt reasonable. Since we came together, I think they held our cars to finish around the same time, so it ended up taking about 1-1.5 hours. Honestly not bad, especially since there are a bunch of cafes and restaurants within walking distance if you want to kill time. They also have a really nice waiting area--I even saw someone working on their laptop, so I'm guessing they might have Wi-Fi too. Now... my one big issue. They threw away my parking sticker. You know those apartment gate stickers that automatically open the gate? I had mine on my dashboard (still on the original backing because I sometimes lend it to friends who watch my cats). I get that it might not have been in the usual spot, but it very clearly wasn't trash. What made it more confusing is that they didn't even fully clear out small trash in my car--there were still a couple random paper/sticker backing pieces left behind, so it's not like they were just tossing everything indiscriminately. Also, for context--my car was clean going in. I don't keep stuff in my car beyond a reusable grocery bag or my tennis bag sometimes, and this was one of the rare times I even had a little bit of trash. So I don't think this was a situation where my car was cluttered and something got accidentally swept up in a bigger cleanup. That part was honestly frustrating. Overall, I would come back because they did a good job cleaning the car and the price is fair--but I'd definitely make sure to remove anything remotely important beforehand so there's no confusion next time.

First, the car wash itself was poorly done. The exterior had visible water spots all over the windows and dashboard, and the interior cleaning was unacceptable. The inside windows were left with spots and there was water actively dripping down the glass when I got into the car. This alone would have been frustrating, but the situation became much worse. More importantly, my brand new 2025 Honda Prologue (less than two weeks old) was scratched next to the door during the wash. The damage was never mentioned to me by staff. I discovered it myself afterward and brought it to their attention. I spoke with the assistant manager, who had me fill out very questionable paperwork for a claim (some parts i refused to fill out) , but no refund was offered for the wash, even after reporting damage to a brand-new vehicle. I then went to Fountain Valley Collision for a preliminary assessment, and the estimated repair cost is $800-$1,000. While at Bristol Car Wash, it was obvious the facility was understaffed and overwhelmed. Cars were stacked up, employees were rushing, and at several points it looked like vehicles were about to hit each other. One employee kept running back and forth moving cars in a panic just to prevent collisions. This environment clearly led to careless handling. What made this situation worse was how Bristol Car Wash handled the follow-up after almost 2 weeks. Their response claimed: * The damage was already present before entering the wash * That their "100% hand wash" process makes this type of damage impossible * That the water spots were caused by hard water from sprinklers * This explanation is misleading and dismissive. My car is always parked inside my garage, not outside near sprinklers. The hard-water claim conveniently ignores this fact. Additionally, stating that damage is "impossible" during a hand wash is unrealistic--human error is exactly how damage does happen, especially when staff are rushed and understaffed. Offering two complimentary car washes in response to nearly $1,000 in damage is insulting, not a goodwill gesture. Their response shifts blame instead of taking accountability and completely avoids addressing the chaotic conditions I witnessed during service. I trusted Bristol Car Wash with a brand-new vehicle and left with poor cleaning, physical damage, and a dismissive response that blamed everything except their own operation. Overall, this experience shows poor quality control, lack of transparency, and an unwillingness to take responsibility when something goes wrong. I would not trust Bristol Car Wash with a new or well-maintained vehicle, and I strongly caution others to inspect their cars very carefully before leaving--if you choose to go at all. If you value your car--especially a new one--I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience was unacceptable.

My car is worth the extra love and attention. I have a hard time trusting others or the drive thru car washes, so I like to wash my car personally. These wash bays have the following features: pre-soak, wheel & tire cleaner, high pressure soap, foam brush, high pressure rinse, wax, spot-free rinse, air dry, and stop. A lot of these came out of the same nozzles compared to other places that have separate nozzles per function. I was also annoyed of maneuvering the way it was hung to the ceiling to get around the bay. There are also vacuums upon exiting but I was in a rush so I didn't try it out. It's good to know the option is there.

A few days ago, my wife brought in our minivan for a full-service wash. When I later inspected the vehicle, I noticed excessive silicone had been applied to the tires -- to the point where it spun off and splattered all over the driver-side panels. The passenger side did not have this issue, which makes it clear the application was uneven and overdone. I returned to the location simply asking for a reasonable resolution -- not a refund, just a quick express wash to help remove the excess silicone that was clearly caused during their service. Unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive. The employee in the booth attributed the issue to "driving fast" and refused to offer any assistance. That explanation doesn't make sense given the uneven application, and more importantly, it reflects a lack of accountability. Mistakes happen -- I'm not upset about that. What's frustrating is the unwillingness to stand behind the work and make a simple situation right for a loyal customer. I'm sharing this so others are aware and so the business has an opportunity to improve how they handle customer concerns. I would have much preferred to continue coming here, but service recovery matters just as much as the service itself.

I thought this is going to be my favorite Car Wash, when they first open I probably will give them 5 star, the staff was awesome, the equipment very innovated, vacuum area has a clean green microfiber towels and also a pressure air hose to remove excess water on cars. I joined the Unlimited Car Wash Club, even though I will wash my car ones or twice a month, seems everything will be perfect, but not, now the car wash tunnel will start to fail and you have to go in twice to get your car clean, that's a time consuming, and recently they removed the pressure air hose, and I asked the staff what happened to the pressure air, he said they will put it back the fallowing weekend, two weeks later the pressure air hose wasn't there, I asked again and now they just said that it's been removed. With all this issues I decided to cancel my Unlimited Wash Club, when I ask the staff that I will cancel my Club he totally ignored me and after 10-15 minutes waiting he went and grab a tablet scanned my car wash label, I asked him when my Club is due he said that I still had about two weeks, but as I wanted to cancel he will canceled right away, because that's what I asked for. And they should make that place Smoke Free, not good for non smokers. Due to all issues I won't recommend Go Green Car Wash. read more
