It was not because they gave me the best quote, and not because they are rated 5 stars, but because I realized that they are a little family business, and what is better than supporting a young family business. I just had two set of keys and 2 remotes made for my honda element by Ariel. Ariel is awesome, professional and courteous and super great deal. I bought 2 set of keys and 2 remotes on ebay. The keys were dud, after the cut, it would open the door but not start because of bad or no chip in the key. He did not charge me for cutting the dud keys. For those with Honda, there should be a letter inscribe on the original keys, mine was F for the Honda element. I was charged $25 each for 2 keys he had in stock and he program the remote for free, one was a dud from ebay again. Total was $149 for 2 keys and a remote. Honda dealership quoted $420 for one set key and remote. Also he drove to my place. HIghly recommend Ariel. Thanks read more

Washed my only FOB key to my 2012 Toyota Prius. So of course I had to get a new one made since it stoped working. Thought I was being smart at the time and towed my car to the dealer, they are the one that usually service my car when I need it - What a huge mistake!!! I asked them for 2 keys just to be safe in case something will ever happen again. Their service department quoted me $1000 for 2 keys!!. I was a little overwhelmed with the price and decided to shop around. Can't recommend Go Pro enough. Very professional, knowledgeable, and timely. We had a high end front door lock that self destructed and it was successfully repaired and probably improved (fixing the underlying problem). There were a few surprises along the way but Phil was patient in resolving them and getting it all to work. Phil came exactly on time. There was no 'window' of time. They set an exact appointment time and he was there. He was kind and thoughtful. He showed us where the lock was broken and indicated that we should be able to get the manufacturer to replace the part and perhaps even send an installer. Phil was so great that I had him make some copies of keys for me too while he was there. Apparently one of the locks had a pin out of alignment so he replaced the pins so that the key would be smooth in the lock (which it never had been before). He didn't charge me a thing for doing this. He just did it in the process of making copies of keys. Top notch service. Straightforward and honest company.
