About the price: Total price are reasonable, especially because of the trip fee. I got one quote, the trip fee would be $75 even within the same zip (I was told that the price would be the same even within 3 blocks...). There was no hidden fee other than what I got in quote. About the service: The quote/appointment response are pretty quick. The technician, Phill, arrived a few minutes late, but he is really friendly and patient. Excellent service and the lowest cost out of all others I searched for on Yelp. I called and contacted about 10 different locksmiths on Yelp. This one was able to give me the quickest time to arrive and the lowest cost. He was cheaper than the second lowest cost one by $15, and in fact almost half the price of some others on Yelp who had several hundred 5-star reviews. The service I needed was to replace my mailbox lock and key. The locksmith (who was also the owner of the business) was professional and courteous and polite. Charged me what he had quoted and did not try to upsell anything. Efficient. Since he was the lowest priced locksmith in the area I could give him a tip and it was still below the price of the other quotes I was given on Yelp. My keys broke down, my car was fine. I'm either very aggressive with keys or Ford doesn't make the strongest keys. Phillip came to the rescue within the next hour. I wasn't expecting my problems to be resolved so quickly. I've spent so much money and time in therapy and I still have an abundance of problems in that area.
