Mike does a great job! My carpet looked dirty in the high traffic area in the living room and he cleaned it up nicely and it looks great. There was also some staining in a bedroom and he got it out as well. From first contact he was friendly and professional and his prices are competitive. Mike came out on time, checked the carpet for invisible stain/problems using a flashlight and vacuumed the carpet before he cleaned. I have used Gibbs Carpet Cleaning twice at two different locations and let me just say... If you need your carpets cleaned he is your guy! He is very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He was able to make my carpets look brand new and I couldn't be happier! He was honest about a pet odor I wanted him to wash the carpet in one of my houses for. Mike Gibb called me Friday morning and was at my house, as promised by 1:00 pm. He was not only professional and courteous, but did an excellent job and I will definitely hire him back for future jobs. I have 2 cats, a smelly dog AND a baby lamb that I am nursing, not to mention 2 chickens who regularly sneak in my house and poop at random. I started this review when he wasn't even finished cleaning yet. I'm already super impressed. I loved that from our first visit (to give us a quote), he asked whether or not it was okay to wear his shoes in the house. We're a household that doesn't wear shoes in the house especially on carpet and he picked up on that immediatel. Then today when he came to do our carpet cleaning he remembered and brought booties to put on! I've not had a carpet cleaning company do that. I mean what's the point of cleaning my carpets if you're going to dirty it up with your shoes right? Anyway, then knowing I have pets, he goes around with the black light to pre-treat. He's just finished and let me tell you, the carpets look wonderful!!l love the lines on the carpet!!! He asked me about the room that I was most concerned about and told me if I have any issues/concerns once the carpet is dry to give him a call.
