*UPDATED REVIEW*…read more ORIGINAL REVIEW: Spoke with Jeff, booked an appointment, moved everything in the house to prepare for this cleaning and he never bothered to put us in the books. They are not willing to squeeze us in, but state that they have other bookings and can not clean our house. What an incredible inconvenience! UPDATE: Updated from 1 to 3 stars. A few hours after contacting lots of other carpet cleaners to try to still get the job done (since I had already moved all the furniture) Jeff called to confirm our appointment. I was super confused and told him the office staff had said I had no appointment. He assured me I was on his schedule and that he would call the office. He called a few minutes later and all was squared away. He showed up on our appointment date on schedule and completed the job as quoted. I love the job with the grout cleaning and most of the carpet throughout except for the master bedroom. I think that maybe we just have a very light color carpet there and maybe that's why it didn't look as clean as I would have hoped. Pictures follow. The scheduling part was so confusing and such a hassle that I don't want to call back to have them come look at the master again so I'll just tell myself it's my carpet color. The reason for the 3 is that I wasted a good two hours trying to find a new cleaner when they had me in the schedule after all. My advice would be to check a day or two after booking to make sure you're on the schedule.

Making the appointment was super easy. I called and within a few minutes I had an appointment for 2 weeks out at my request. They emailed me a work order that included a basic quote. Since I wanted pet deodorizing + deep cleaning, AGC informed me that the technician would give me a new quote once he assessed my apartment. The technician I had was Jeff! Jeff was a rockstar, and super helpful. My carpets looked better than new once he was done! His add-on quote for the pet deodorizing was SO reasonable! I couldn't believe it! I'm kind of embarrassed to be attaching these photos because my carpet was disgusting, but check out the during and after! I did some reach and found that it's possible the dye the carpet, and found Moser Brothers. I reached out and had great service from the start. Brandon came by and dyed the carpet, and it looked fantastic... but was back in a few hours. Turns out my carpet is unusual and would normal dye would not stick... normally I believe they would have then tried a patch, but I had no extra carpet, nor do I have any closets or out of view places with this carpet. So Brandon tried a second day. This also did not stick. He came back a 3rd time to cut the carpet and try to find a close match at a carpet warehouse, but when he came he thought to try one more idea, which was to use pieces from in-between stairs, and it looks fantastic. Through it all I was so impressed with their customer service. Jennifer, who handled all the scheduling, even went to far as to make me feel better about how dumb I felt in staining my carpet. Through all the trail and error, they both made me feel they had my back and would not settle for a failed outcome.
