After…read moreonly two months, I received notice that my rent would increase to $100/month, more than a 50% jump. Hitting a brand new tenant with such a steep change so soon is unreasonable and unfair. On top of that, they are nearly impossible to contact. Calls go unanswered, and getting a timely response is extremely difficult. While the facility itself is fine, the pricing practices and lack of communication have left me feeling taken advantage of. I would not recommend based on this experience.

In less than 9 months I've had two increases. I went from $235 for a 10x20 to $350 and now to…read more$450, essentially double. They are known for bait and switch tactics. BEWARE. If people would stop being suckers and falling for this by renting from them, they would have to stop these tactics. I'm moving out. It will be worth it to not be in a relationship and serving such an unscrupulous business. And try talking to them, if you get a person they do not care. They only care to get you signed up.
