A fantastic bowl of ramen so there is no complaint there. This is Korean style ramen but I have no real clue about the distinction between Korean and Japanese versions. Wonderful broth, delicious pork and a surprisingly large amount of onions. Delicious. Unfortunately, they have one guy running the place and I detest ordering from a kiosk. Call me an old man but this concept just sucks. After I placed my order, it was 10 minutes before I saw movement behind the window. Dude had no personality, no customer service. I felt like I was ordering from a vending machine. This food court, located inside Ranch 99 market is a waste of space. 1/2 of the food booths were closed and the others were devoid of customers. A ghost town at noon on a Thursday.

Absolutely love this place! It's such a hidden gem tucked inside the Cravings Market food court. We tried the Chashu Ramen, Kimchi Spam Fried Rice, and Takoyaki -- every dish was delicious and full of flavor. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by and giving it a try -- you won't be disappointed! ( ´`)

My husband and I came here on a Saturday night and were very happy that we got quick and fast service! We had the kimchi spam fried rice, bulgogi bowl, and chashu ramen and everything was delicious! Personally, I wish the kimchi spam fried rice was much spicier because it lacked some flavor but I still enjoyed it! The BEST part was the udon soup that came with all the entrees. We were not expecting it and it was amazing! We'll definitely be coming back here to try the other menu items.

Go hoo is one of the restaurants in the 99 Ranch Cravings in Chino. It was easy to order and easy to figure out what each item was with the great menu and automated ordering. The food was made fresh to order and didn't take that long. The food was amazing. Just thinking about it, I want another bowl of the beef yakisoba. The kimchi bulgolhi fries were also very good. My nephew had the bulgolgi jalaoeno bowl and really enjoyed it. My other nephew had the non Spicey Korean shrimp and enjoyed that. We were also given complementary udon soup. It was great Korean fusion food.

So this is Inside the 99 Cravings building. I was hungry and got to try their Bulgogi Jalapeño Bowl for $14, or about $15 with tax. It was one of the better choices of food in the food court without having to shell out too much for a decent meal. Yes, absolutely on the pricier side, but I do have to say the taste is on par. The sauce was really thick and covered every bite of rice. Simple meal if you just want something to hold you over, before you go shopping, or even as a snack. The whole food court isn't always bussing, so staff including here, is kinda lacking here sometimes...really depends on the time of day you're over here. So be patient and wait for a minute or two.

The Beef Yakisobo is BOMB! And so is the chicken Katsu Bowl!

Bomb! The beef Yakisobo is the best! Fresh, hot and savory... I recommend it. The service was great and the eating area is clean

I had seen that Cravings By Ranch99 had a grand re-opening with several new restaurants opening. Their menu has a good variety to choose from, I got the bulgogi jalapeno bowl ($15), which is sliced marinated beef, sliced onions, pickled jalapenos piled on hot rice. The beef was soft and the jalapeno was not too spicy. I also got their california roll ($5) which was ok, the rice was very wet but it was fresh. The two people working there was nice and the place is clean. The wait time was not long.

One word, bulgogi. I love bulgogi & I will try it any time I see it on a menu. Now add fries to it & im sold. Done deal. There were 2 people working here & they were so kind and patient! I got the bulgogi kimchi fries & they said it was gonna be a 10 minute wait. They also give complimentary lemon water at the counter which I think was so nice. The fries were so good! The bulgogi itself had so much flavor! The kimchi had a nice kick to it and the fries were crisp to perfection! They also add spicy Mayo to it which honestly took the flavor up! Can't wait to come back & try out other items.

    Spicy Chicken Ramen Mexican Roll

This new eatery used to be Hime Sushi & Roll (my favorite restaurant for years). When the old place closed I was so sad, I'd been getting sushi there for years on a regular basis and it was the best. SO happy they've reopened! Lim is still working there are is THE NICEST. She always remembers my order and greets me warmly. Onto the food! Understandably the roll menu is smaller, but still tastes delicious. Ordered the Mexican Roll and the Fire Shrimp Roll, tasted great as expected. Tried the Spicy Chicken Ramen as well. Broth is fish based which is great for pescatarians or non-beef/pork eaters. Toppings are simple (egg, corn, onions, scallions) which I appreciated. Also liked that you can customize the spice level. Definitely give them a try! Fresh food, friendly staff - it's a win win!

Gave this place a try yesterday while stopping by for groceries at Cravings. It is nice that there is a variety of different food now here. Keep note that this is a order pick up, not a full service place. You order your food and you can eat at the seating they have inside Cravings. You can't miss this place as it has bright red all over its signs. Food We decided to try their Bulgogi Fries. It was pretty good, and decent portion, and they give you an extra siracha mayo like sauce with it. It is packed with flavor but for $16, not sure if I would order again. You could go to another one of the food places and get full rice or noodle dish. It seems like this place is still new, so I wouldn't mind coming back to try some other dishes. They do have $14 for a ramen, so maybe we can try that next time.

Decided to take a break from tamales and stopped by for some ramen. My son and I shared the Korean beef ramen, less spicy. It still had a delicious kick, which I didn't mind. I wish it would have had a slight bit more beef for the price, but other than that my son gave it a 9/10.

Loving it, ramen was tasty and worth the money. Service was also good.definitely a must for u to try... I emptied my bowl sorry...they can make your ramen spicy, less spicy and non-spicy...next drop will be the Korean Chaushu Ramen...maybe tomorrow if I will be in the area...Thank you..

This Korean restaurant is inside the Craving supermarket. I ordered 2 dishes to go. I enjoyed the entrees. The service was good. We will need to check other menu items next time.

I also brought friends with me and recommended coworkers to come. BUT the service is really left to be desired. Service: This is probably just my luck, but I have had 3 times during my lunch break coming to order food to-go and the order was forgotten by the staff. Each time was a different scenario; The 1st time I had this happened I had ordered from the kiosk and the kiosk failed to print out the receipt (yes, I put my name on the to-go order) and 20 something min went by I watched patrons coming in behind me getting their food while I was sitting there. The 2nd time; I had ordered with the staff at the counter. I waited for 20+ min again watching patrons that came in and ordered behind me got their food. Got the order, but found out I received the wrong order (beef instead of chicken) The 3rd time; which was today when I decide to leave the review. I ordered to go with the staff today and she told me my order number instead of giving me the receipt? I thought it was weird, but maybe they ran out of paper so that is fine since there was only 1 person in front of me (When I was ordering there was a family of four ordering from the kiosk which only completely the payment after I did.) Another couple came in after them and ordered dined in. 25 min went by I watched the lady in front of my got her food, the family of four got their food to go, and the couple got their food dined in. I informed the lady at the counter that I have not gotten my order yet and I didn't get a receipt, so I don't remember what order number you told me. She didn't remember what I ordered and responded "but I told you your order number". An sheriff officer that came in for lunch thought I had just order, so online order will be faster, but after I explained to him that I ordered 25+ min ago and have already watched customers that ordered on the spot behind me gotten their food. Finally got my order and got back to the office, surprise...they forgot the extra green onion. The staff did apologies for the inconvenience, but her previous response triggered me, so I didn't bother respond. Each previous time I just waited patiently, but the lady at the counter's response today was not acceptable.

Shabu Wara has been our go to shabu shabu spot since moving to this area and it's been great. Service was never their strength, but we glanced over it since it's the only descent shabu shabu restaurant on the area. Over the past few months, service has gotten exponentially worse with each visit. Our final straw was being seated and left unacknowledged for 10 minutes. No drink orders, no "we'll be right with you", nothing... This would've been the point of walking out, but my kids were saying they were hungry and going to another restaurant at that point would've been too late for their bedtime. I ended up walking up to a server who was about to help another table that was seated after us and said we'd like to order as no one's helped us. After finishing what he was doing, he walked up to our table with an ordering tablet and didn't say a word, just stood there staring at us. He took our order, got it wrong a few times, then FINALLY got our food. Not one server checked in on us the whole meal. Not one server offered the check. Just constant flagging down servers for everything. As I mentioned before, I reached out to management via email to try and bring this up on a professional level, but my multiple emails were left unanswered. I write this not to bash a business, but in hopes management sees this and starts correcting how their staff operates to not destroy an otherwise good restaurant.

It pairs well with the seafood sauce and cucumber salad that comes with it. Chicken satay is also tasty, really like the peanut sauce. The pad thai noodle with chicken is solid as well as Pad Wood Sen (glass noodles). I love the wide noodles they use on Pad See Ew, it helps absorb a lot of savory flavors from garlic and soy sauce. Also, Red Curry Beef is terrific, curry flavor is on point and perfect. Their special Garden Trout is very good. It's basically fried fish topped with mango herb salad which everyone loves. I thought spicy catfish was ok, bit spicy for my palette. The house fried rice and stir fried seasonal vegetables are good accompaniment to your meal. Mango Sticky Rice is so divine and perfect way to cap off your meal. Mangos are always ripe and sweet, even better with ice cream. Don't skip on this!
