It was just a little odd that they only had 2 servers during dinner time. I felt so bad for them. They were running around, making drinks, seating people, taking orders, dropping food off to customers, bussing tables, collecting payments...literally all the things! The food was really good. I loved the knife cut noodles with shrimp. The beef on rice was quite tasty. Their beef wrap was really good but had way too much cilantro and green onion. It's my first time in the area and I needed to run some errands, and I needed something filling but easy after a long day's travel from NorCal. The flavors are on a more simple scale, but overall is mature. They have a really good customizable menu that allows you to remove any extras such as green onion or cilantro if you don't like it. If you've never had beef rolls before, it's like thinly-sliced roast beef in a perfectly toasted burrito with lots of cilantro and green onions. Watermelon Juice: It was steep for $6, but it tasted good. Spicy Chicken Wontons: Great, on par with DinTaiFung (which makes me chuckle) Pan-fried Pork Cabbage Dumplings: Good, solid choice and it had the delicious, signature savory pork dumpling flavor Crispy Tofu: More egg-like than tofu-like Lamb Skewers: Chewy, I would not reorder this The Sad I tried both standard and knife cut noodles. I'd recommend standard round noodles. I went with a big group and no one enjoyed the knife cut noodles. They're thick and they have an unsatisfying bite to them. You want your noodles to have soup flavor, with maximum surface area! Knife cut was like 3x-sized gnocchi and they consequently had no flavor. Standard was spaghetti-sized, it was good. I tasted many of the noodle soups. The Bone In Rib Rice Noodle Soup was fall-off-the-bone and the soup was light and flavorful. I can't point to another bowl that I could recommend. Even the spicy one I took a picture of, I thought it was okay, but if you didn't grow up with that flavor, you'd probably hate it. Same thing with the Egg with Tomato over Knife Cut Noodles. That tasted just like my momma's, but if you didn't grow up with it, good luck. My friends didn't enjoy their Dan-Dan or the Signature Beef Noodle Soup. Nice! My first experience here with my family was pretty great. I would note that the dishes are a bit more expensive than some other similar places, but it looks like they make sure the experience is included with that price. From the premium napkins, the chopsticks, to even a pair of scissors I got to use to cut up food for my kid. The staff are super friendly, and in case your kid has an egg allergy, know that you can just order the knife cut noodle, which has no egg in it. We enjoyed the Xiao Long Bao, and the Beef Wrap is tasty, but keep note that is a good amount of green onion inside. The Signature and Dan Dan Noodle was delicious. I'm so glad Noodle St. opened a location in Chino Hills! No more long drives to Eastvale for my noodle fix, especially since I heard that location is under remodel right now. Note that for some reason CH doesn't have all the menu items as Eastvale. I stopped by for my go-to order: the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup with Knife Cut Noodles. It was just as delicious as always - comforting and flavorful. I also ordered the Beef Rolls, which had a nicely crispy and flaky pancake wrap. Trying Noodle St for the first time. Looking from the street, with the see through big windows we can see the vibrant atmosphere and many customers dining. Looks very lively on a Monday night. We were seated right away. The interior deco was very nice, bright, simple and modern. We got signature beef noodle and Korean bbq over rice, and an oolong milk tea. I appreciate that the menu explain the noodle variation with the standard one is "like spaghetti". Great way to explain to customers as a reference. I ordered the chicken noodle knife cut since it was more chewier than the standard noodle. The chunks of chicken was boneless and moist. It was seasoned nicely, it was not spicy and had lots of chopped red peppers onions, potatoes, and woodear fungus. The shredded veggie salad came with thin slices of potato, bean sprouts and seaweed. The Korean bbq was drizzled with a sweet bbq marinated sauce on white rice. The xiao long bao was juicy and not too thick. The pork cabbage was ok. They had bottles of black vinegar and soy sauce on the table but no small container or sliced ginger to dip the dumplings in. The staff was nice and attentive. Wow, what an amazing place to eat at the noodles were just perfect. The meat was extremely good.!!! We tried the orange chicken, the spicy noodles the watermelon water , and clear broth with noodles for our little guys. One of the rarest things to see in a restaurant is a staff that is all extremely helpful and everyone stops to ask if you need anything and all are willing to help what an amazing experience They were also super accommodating to my three little grandbabies. Came here on a Saturday afternoon with my girlfriend at her recommendation. The place was very clean and service was quick, friendly and helpful. We asked for water and a diet coke. Both were served in stainless steel cups with ice which kept the beverages cold and refreshing. The water was exceptional and we even asked and got information on their water system. We decided to order a few items and share. We started off with some egg rolls (my call as I've loved them since a was a kid). I then selected the Stir Fry Noodles (knife cut) with chicken. My girlfriend selected Beef Roll Pancakes. Egg rolls were great, the stir fry noodles were exceptional (delicious and chewy - we ate them all) and the beef roll pancakes were a perfect blend of thin fried dough, tasty beef and a sweet finish. The latter was almost like dinner and dessert in one dish. All this at an affordable price and we will make this place a regular part of our dining places.
