The food came out quickly and service was incredibly warm and welcoming. The soup is not too salty and the meat had a great sear on it! I usually don't lean toward pork broth but it was great for my first time. We came at around 6pm and it was not busy. The environment is clean~

I decided to come here based on a FB post as well as the comments I saw on Yelp. I took the family and a few friends. The facility is small and located in a busy plaza. Parking was a lil cramped. The restaurant was small. Very similar to the size you would see in Japan. The walls were definitely anime themed, but it looked very cramped. All their supplies seemed to be stacked by the walls and counters. The staff was cordial and curt. Not friendly like the video. The waiter showed some friendliness at the end after I cracked a joke. The place WAS NOT CROWDED whatsoever. There were maybe 2 other tables besides ours. We ordered taoyaki, chicken wings, calamari and edamame for appetizers. I usually break down the ratings by each dish, but in this case they were the same ...so I will summarize. The meat (chicken and calamari) was over fried, dried and tasteless. The taoyaki was burnt on the outside on a few but the middle was yummy. The edamame was the best appetizer. We also ordered drinks such as Thai tea, lemonade and green hot tea. The hot tea was made from green powder which they did not even stir. It literally clumped in my cup. I had to stir it myself. The container was cute. The drinks were verrrrry bland. Especially the lemonade. Extremely watered down. So we ordered several ramens. The special spicy tonkatsu-beef-dancdan ramen.... All of them tasted the same. Like water with spice. Noodles were watered down or overcooked. Unfortunately, I cannot say I enjoyed my meal or atmosphere. That is why the overall rating is 2. I wanted to make sure that it wasn't just me, so I asked the other four people that join me for dinner for their opinion. Their opinions were either the same as mine or actually thought of the food as tasting worse. I would say if they would add more flavor to the broth instead of just making it spicy, that would make a humongous difference. Also, for the thinner noodles, maybe not overcook them. In regards to the drinks, I would strongly suggest to add more of whatever flavor it is that the customers ordering. They were truly watered down. The appetizers, I feel were just over fried and bland. A good suggestion is to maybe have a round table tasting. That way they can get honest feedback from people that they trust to maybe increase the taste of their dishes.

The food and service was good. Their Thai iced tea with boba is very refreshing. It wasn't the best ramen I've ever had but still decent. The pork maschu buns were very good. The water cups with carafe on the table are a nice little touch. Unfortunately it was a warm day and they don't seem to have central air, so it was a little warm in the restaurant. Regardless, the staff were pleasant and upbeat. A great little ramen spot if you're in the area.

Waiter Jonathan was super sweet & friendly. Very welcoming. Our first time here. I'm grateful for him knowing if there is MSG in what foods. Most places the employee doesn't even know what MSG is. Food was amazing. Yes my husband had the curry. Lots of MSG in that. Wish it didn't have it.

First timers at Tokido Craft Ramen! 10/10! We've had a lot of different ramen so I'd say we're picky & tough critics lol. But this place was sooooo bomb. Such a cute little gem in Chino. Our ramen was the right level of spice and packed with rich, deep flavor. The portion of noodles was perfect & each bite was just right. The place was also super clean and had a great vibe. Big shoutout to Justin, who was absolutely holding it down working by himself. He was juggling all the tables & to-go orders. I believe there was only 1 cook also. Although it's a small restaurant, I think definitely think they could use some help. Overall, great experience! We'd be back for sure!!

100/10! Food is amazing! We love the place. Food is always so good. Ramen is cooked to perfection, broth delicious, noodles made just right and meats always tender. Great place to eat, cute and cozy little place. Super cute aesthetic. Plenty of parking, few tables and customer services is always 100%. Everyone is always so nice, attentive and checks in on you to make sure you are enjoying your food. Definitely recommend!

Food is great here! The atmosphere was fun with all the anime stuff!! But it was really humid inside phew!!! Man!!! We were perspiring while eating but oh well. I'm glad I came in light clothes lol. I only dropped a star cuz it was too warm inside and we sat next to the door to get a breeze.

We came here the other day (Sat 11/29/25) ...It was very busy, but even though it was busy, they still gave great customer service. We got the vegan Ramen, the potato wedges, the fried tofu on the side and my husband got the Ramen with the pork in it, and the kids got the Ramen with the chicken in it. Also, we got the edamame. Wonderful experience we will definitely come back.

If you're looking for an easy place to take the family for dinner, you've got to check out Tokido Ramen. Very good services and the restaurant is small can fit four families. Walls with animation characters eating ramen on them. Very cute! * Toki Special Ramen: It has a unique buttery soup base that is really smooth and mild. Not too salty at all--my kids were big fans! * Katsu Curry & Chashu Rice: The curry is that perfect sweet Japanese style, and the chashu is super tender. Total comfort food for the little ones. * Spicy Cheese Lover Ramen: For my friends who like a little kick, this one is so creamy and satisfying! You have to try the Soft Shell Crab! It's perfectly crunchy and savory. We ended up sharing (okay, fighting over) the last piece! They have everything from Ramune (Marble Soda) for the kids to Boba Milk Tea, Calpico, and Passion Fruit Green Tea. If you're in the area and want an stress-free meal where the kids are happy, definitely give them a try! Free parking and easy to find parking.

Bomb ramen, amazing pork belly, and spicy fried chicken was delicious. I enjoyed my milk tea boba and the cheesy ramen, total was like $54 so not too bad for some pretty good ramen. Service was fast and place was empty when we arrived. Glad we found this hidden gem.

Staff was friendly, but we should've went to a different restaurant as we saw one server fanning himself with a menu. It was extremely hot with no AC, sweating as we ate. Food was good, nothing crazy.

We came in for an earlier dinner time, but the service was still very good. Didn't catch the young man's name who served us, but he provided good table service and answered questions about their menu. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen bowl with chicken and it was pretty good. Came with four pieces of chicken strips, sliced bamboo, half an egg, green onion, and noodles. The broth was pretty yummy and hit the spot. Their ramen bowls are about $17 each, or if you want their combo, it can be with almost any choice ramen with an appetizer. Lots of parking here and a good meal. Can't really beat that.

We came for lunch to try the new $15 lunch promotion, and the restaurant was far from busy. Despite that, the food came out at a snail's pace. Even identical appetizers arrived at different times, and our ramen bowls were brought out inconsistently, so our group wasn't able to eat together. There didn't seem to be much coordination between the kitchen and the servers. One moment that really stood out was when a server came out carrying my partner's bowl of ramen but stopped to refill another table's water glasses and pick up a handheld checkout device from an already-vacant table before finally bringing the hot ramen over. It was odd to see hot food delayed for tasks that didn't seem as urgent as delivering a bowl of hot food to a waiting party. We also noticed several empty tables that hadn't been cleared or reset, despite the restaurant being relatively quiet. The food itself was decent for the price, but the long wait made the experience frustrating. If you're just looking for a good value, I'd recommend ordering takeout instead. If you're looking for a more authentic ramen experience, HiroNori down the street is a better choice. There was also a screaming child in the dining room for much of our visit. While that's obviously not the restaurant's fault, it unfortunately didn't help the overall dining experience.
