The team was courteous, flexible, and handled the change without any issue. The real standout was Glenn, the driver who came to assist me. He was professional, friendly, highly skilled, and extremely careful with my vehicle. My car was not parked in the easiest position for a tow, but Glenn clearly knew his craft and maneuvered everything exactly where it needed to be. Beyond that, Glenn is simply a genuinely good person. He has the gift of gab, is a terrific conversationalist, and made an unfortunate situation surprisingly pleasant. It was obvious that he genuinely enjoys his work and enjoys helping people. A car breakdown is never a good way to spend part of your Saturday, but great customer service can make all the difference. The flimsy parking permit which is always hanging from the rear-view mirror apparently fell onto the floor of the vehicle. So, George & Joey's was called. In my experience, their drivers typically check inside vehicles with a flashlight before towing, but that procedure either was not followed in this case or was overlooked. Unfortunately, it was more like an opportunistic tow during the Memorial Day weekend. When I contacted the company, we were informed--just before retrieving the truck--that the cost would be $375.00. The representative admitted that the permit was visible the following morning, but claimed it could not be seen at night because the windows were tinted. That explanation simply does not hold up. I personally tested visibility by placing the permit back on the floor and using a low-powered flashlight, and the permit was still clearly visible through the window. Overall, this experience was a complete ripoff. I see why they have complaints, particularly around overcharging and unfair practices.

There was a bit of a hiccup in terms of getting a tow driver to my residence, but that was more a dispatch/scheduling issue through AAA. Anyway, I was told I needed a specific tow truck that has special equipment to get my car out of the garage etc. I get a call from Saeid with George and Joeys saying he's outside? Much sooner than anticipated. He was in a flat bad tow truck, which dispatch told me wouldn't work for my situation. Long story short, Saeid took a look at where the vehicle was located, checked out a couple things with the car, and found a solution to get the car positioned in a way that he could get it on the flat bed. He got it done pretty quickly and had me towed to the dealership. I rhode with him there, which made for great conversation. Saeid was prompt, courteous, and good at what he does. I wouldn't hesitate to use George/Joey's tow services again in the future!

From past experiences, there are some pretty ghetto tow companies around so I was very surprised to see this one with a 4.5 Stars - so I decided to call and get more info (Thursday). Right away the representative was friendly. East to talk to and answered questions right away. He quoted me a particular price and to my surprise, it was more affordable than the usual tow guy we used in the pass. Keep in mind, the car that needed to be towed was not in an operating condition, it didn't start - so usually places will charge extra if your car doesn't start. So I told him that I would call him back on Saturday. So Saturday comes, my brother calls and gets another friendly representative. She quoted the same price the previous representative gave me and said that the tow tech would contact him within the next 10 minutes to confirm ETA. They take credit/debit card or you can also pay the Tow Tech Cash in person after the service. The tow tech texted my brother within the allotted time. I didn't realize how "hi-tech" the service was when it provided the name of the tow tech and it gave me a link to confirm service, I thought that was cool. The tow tech was named Nataly and I had second guessed myself. Yes, it was a woman's name. After confirming, a call from Nataly was received and she provided me with an ETA if 35 Minutes due to traffic in the area. Well, she arrived in an hour due to the previous customer leaving her keys in the tow truck. Which we didn't mind. She was transparent about the situation, Sh!+ happens. She was professional and provided good conversation as she towed the car to our storage facility. She went the extra mile to help tow the car into the garage space. Overall, the whole experience was professional and friendly. Smooth transaction and not ghetto at all. I would definitely recommend this place. They are available 24 hours and affordable which is a plus!
