was scheduled for an appointment on saturday to be told i needed to reschedule for the following day... my baby had his new appointment at 3 i walked in to the most HORRENDOUS OLD SMELL OF URINE and disgusting floors AND he was NOT started on or ready until FIVE AND A HALF hours later!!! when picking him up, i showed up without a call, and that's when i seen them work on him. saw thru the glass that it was a a super rushed and i heard him cry. when checking him out, his toe nails were too short that one of them bled. he wasn't bathed/brushed let alone hadn't had food or water for that long. the owner is SUPER sweet and super nice, offering me a discount, so my upsetting experience was heartbreaking. sadly, never again read more

It was a few months ago. Called to make an appointment for my poodle mix. Small 18 pound guy. My regular groomer was not available. I tell them i have to give sedation so he will be calm. He snaps at groomers. Lady taking my call says they don't want the doggie sedated. Just bring him in. Ok. I bring him in. Wait a few hours and get a call that they can not give him a cut because he snaps at them. But they washed him. I go in. His fur still had a stain from something he rolled in the day before (I think a birds egg??) And no cut. Then they charged me $45. For doing nothing. Save your money. I have taken my dog there a few times prior to today, however today was a bad experience. They didn't know which dog was mine when I went to pick her up. I told them her name and they asked if she was one of the big ones. They didn't clip her nails as they said they would. Also the front of the shop was a disaster. The had junk everywhere in piles and it was a mess. They called when it was time to pick her up and demanded $50 cash only after we had dropped her off 2 hours before. We've been taking our girl Pepper here for a few months now and it's always a great experience. I called yesterday and they were able to pencil her in next day, so the service is timely and excellent. Tina groomed her this morning and not only did she do a beautiful job, but she showed genuine compassion and kindness to my puppy. My Lady was there until 6 pm. Appt was around 830. At 12:00 she still had not been seen. Why schedule a time if your not going to keep it. Around 3 i called to check in and nothing. First visit today for two of my babies. I decided to give it a try after going to other grooming shop for over a year because my dogs has been acting weird lately like hiding at our own house and sometimes they would start shaking their body for no reason and this all happened right after they just got groomed. Our Goldendoodle had lots of mats and our little Maltese-ShiTzu wasn't the easier to work with, but Lisa was so patient and kind with them.
