We had a fairly large project involving different fence types, four different gates, and also…read morelogistically difficult due to our hill and delicate plants. We worked with Jacob to make a plan and work out details and needs. Jacob assured us the plants would be avoided as best as possible, and went over what should be moved or tied back to help ensure they were protected. Inevitably a couple of plants were just too in the way, but overall the team took lots of care around them. There was a little delay with the posts we went with and Jacob communicated wonderfully about this, and worked to get us in immediately once the posts were finished with the fabricator. Cristian led the work crew and was an excellent communicator throughout. We ran into a couple of underground wires that were not properly marked by the marking company, he was extremely remorseful and one of the guys ran out to get parts immediately to put in a temporary fix. Again, this was not their fault, yet they took responsibility. The team worked hard for several days, always communicating what was happening. They were respectful, and not loud (except for power tools as needed). We had zero expectation that we would be needed onsite, given that we had already laid out the expectations in the contract after the initial consultation. If anyone thinks about hiring this company, please look at Paulo's response to me, and prepare to take time off to make sure to supervise their crew for them. 3) Your attorney Olsen made it clear to us that he was not interested in further litigating for you on the case. At no point our attorney dis-engaged. Again there are also phone and email records. This is reaching even a lower point with plain lies to deceive future customers.

I was hesitant to commit to either. Then Guy told me it was an easy fix, a five minute job, and he would do it free of charge. Just for the positive brand awareness. I honestly could not believe it. He said he would be at my house within an hour. Every word was true. He arrived in less than an hour, ready to work. What I have to share is that the job was far from simple. The nut was corroded and fused to the bolt. We tried impact drivers. We etched grooves for flathead and Phillips screwdrivers to get more torque. Nothing worked. Guy ended up removing the entire railing and used a Dremel to cut the bolt out. Sparks were literally flying as we cut through metal together. After getting everything cleared, Guy had a brilliant idea. He reversed the position of the sender and receiver so the signal unit would no longer sit at the angle of the sun and distort the signal. He swapped the units, reinstalled every component, and tested everything until it all worked perfectly. What was supposed to be a five minute job turned into over an hour of dedicated, problem solving work. Through all of it, Guy never once mentioned payment. He would not accept a single dollar from me. In a world where it is easy to feel skeptical, Guy reminded me that honest, sincere, and genuinely skilled people still exist.
