I tried talking to a manager but one was never in duty when I called. After much consideration I brought her back for Easter weekend. When I picked her up, she was anxious, her bed had poop stains once again and it seemed like they washed it but did not remove the memory foam and the bed memory foam was still wet. I did not get my blanket back (they can keep) and once again my dog has watery poop. I'm not sure what they are feeding her but they couldn't have feed her the food I brought! I never had this problem when we first started taking her in 2018, so I am not sure what changed besides employees. I'm not putting my dog or me through this stress.
