First of all I want to express how thankful I am for The Rock Movers…read more Being a full-service moving company, I needed someone to help me pack AND move due to a recent injury crippling me right before I was scheduled to move. Their reliability and ease of setting up the packing and move when I was not even able to be present and the timing was truly helpful. It was more expensive than I had ever paid for movers, even without the packing, and that's honestly why I could not give them full 5 stars. As a military member going through an honorable discharge to help my family in crisis while already injured myself, I had to empty out my own savings and my children's I had saved up over a 9-month deployment in the combat zone to move back to my family when they needed my help, not even sure if I could then provide for them. So while I really thank them for the job they did, I never financially recovered from that and I do ask Rock Movers to consider the vets or military members in San Diego and to complete a weight estimate for them to be reimbursed.

Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! They were quick, efficient and communicative throughout loading and unloading. A move they thought would take ~3 hours took barely 1.5hrs!
