The best movers around! We've used them for our last 4 office moves and couldn't be happier. They arrived right on time, moved everything with great care, wrapping our sensitive and fragile items with shrink wrap and/or blankets as necessary, and blanketed our desks and file cabinets as they stacked them in the truck to prevent scratches. These guys know what they're doing. They packed the trucks extremely well so that we didn't need to make two trips. We had tight time constraints and needed to be done by a certain time and these guys made it happen--without any damage. They work hard and are very professional. The office staff and owner are great too. They worked with our schedule. They called a couple days ahead of our move day to confirm the date and stopped by the day before to make sure we were ready and prepare themselves for the move. Highly recommend. We hired them based on a referral from a friend to load a Uhaul with boxes and furniture that we packed ourselves. Ryan and another helper showed up on time and worked very quickly and efficiently. They put paper down to keep from dirtying our floors. They were very careful with moving from upstairs to down and didn't hit walls or anything like that. I just moved from Laguna Beach to Tiburon California using this company. The experience was wonderful. I packed boxes myself and the nice people here gave me all the free used boxes I needed. Their packing paper and tape prices are much more reasonable than even at Home Depot. My movers showed up exactly when they said they would, and efficiently loaded up all my boxes after dismantling my bed. Al, the driver and man in charge, was a marvel. Very kind and polite and very very helpful. I'd bought food for them but they did not eat any. Al was confronted with a difficult situation in Tiburon in that the driveway was down a tree-filled steep hill that the truck could not manage. He and his helper cheerfully ran everything down the football field size length without complaint. If you are doing a long distance move with B&C Movers, ask if Al is available. I've bought and sold 11 homes in my life as a result of many corporate relocations. I've used huge moving companies that did not go above and beyond like B&C movers did. Yes, they did charge a tad more than their perhaps less professional competitors, but not a thing was broken and the process was remarkably smooth. I am grateful it's over. I highly recommend B & C Moving. My move was from Pasadena to Mission Viejo. I found B & C on Yelp. They didn't have as many reviews as some other companies but the few reviews they had were all great. I called in and talked to Navor about the move. He gave me a quote. It was very competitive. I booked it immediately. I had to call again and give them the address after I found a storage facility. Navor also called me a couple days in advance to confirm the reservation and its details. Every time I talked to the office staff I was impressed with them. Moving day was also an outstanding experience. Kevin and Delfino arrived a few minutes early to my house. That is significant because they made sure to arrive on time in Pasadena from the origin point of Aliso Viejo. They got right to work and worked hard without stopping. The entire 2 bed, 2 bath house was packed into their truck in about 2 1/2 hours. They drove down to the storage unit and actually beat me down there. I left a few minutes later assuming the truck travel time would be much longer than my travel time. Kevin and Delfino did an equally great job of making sure my belongings were removed carefully from the truck and placed within the storage unit in the optimal way. I can't say enough good things about B & C Moving. I will be using them again after the purchase of my new house is finalized. read more

This company moved us from Anaheim to Carlsbad a week ago. It was a tough move since we were leaving a very large house and moving into a small 55plus apartment. The guys were the best!!! It was a very long hot day for them but they never complained. They took care of everything with the upmost care and attention. They disassembled and then reassembled our Sleep Number bed without a problem! Ryan was awesome, along with his partner, Delfino. B &C Moving is a highly skilled and professional organization. They did an exceptional job under the most difficult of circumstance. We were staying in Barcelona Resort Apartments in Aliso Viejo where the stairwells are narrow and have low ceilings on the landings. The other movers we chose to move us in spent half of their paid time trying to navigate these horrible stairwells with our large furniture. B & C made great time, didn't cause any damage and had a few tricks to get the furniture down over the balconies because they are used to this complex's absurd architecture. They are strong and were considerate with all of our furniture and belongings. I cannot recommend them enough. Not all movers are created equal. These guys were a pleasure to work with, fairly priced, and so much more careful with our furniture than others. Moving is stressful enough, you need someone you can trust. Used B&C Moving on October 18 for my move from Aliso Viejo to Oceanside and they did an excellent job. They showed up before their expected time with four guys and tow trucks. Since I was downsizing from a 2-story townhome to a ground level place, it was expected to take a great amount of time. I was reluctant at first in using a hand dolly on my hardwood stairs and floors but they covered them and there was not damage at all. They loaded the two trucks in a record time of three hours and completed the drive and unloading everything to the exact room as I requested by 3pm. They went above and beyond to ask if there was if everything was put in the correct place and made sure to protect my pictures and televisions and all of my furniture and extra clay pots. The final price was even $400 less than the quote that I received from Dave due to time used in the move. Dave was very thorough in estimating the amount of weight by his program on his laptop compared to other quotes that I received. Perhaps B&C is good for local but they definitely bombed out on a cross-country move for me. I had items stored for several years with B&C and even after leaving California, continued paying the monthly rent until I was able to have it shipped to me. When it arrived, several large items were missing. I had paid for insurance and filed a claim but was told the company wasn't responsible for the loss because "they didn't pack the items." This was a six-drawer dresser and a six-foot etagere, among other items. How do you "pack" a dresser? A box of my Beanie Baby collection was gone. A bookcase was crushed. Several smaller items were also broken but they claimed responsibility for only one of those. There was an item included that didn't belong to me and when I commented on this, the driver argued that it had to belong to me because it was in my unit. He said he'd throw it into the trash if I didn't take it, so I did. When I filed my claim, I was told I shouldn't have taken it because they needed to find the owner. If they couldn't find MY items, how were they going to find the other person's? Needless to say I'm now out two important pieces of furniture which I can't afford to replace.IN the drawers of the dresser, I had also packed some pieces of jewelry which were one of a kind belonging to my mother and some hand-made ones given me by a now-deceased friend , along with some other things I wanted to protect because I thought they would safe in the dresser. There was also clothing in the drawers. That's all gone, too. I was also charged for "shuttling" my items from truck to building though they were parked directly in front of it with easy access. They did delete that charge, however, when I called about it. As for the rest...now I'm wondering if they ever in placed in my unit at all and if I paid on missing items all those years. read more
