Attempted to work with Kelsey as a realtor to search for an apartment in Chicago. She initially was quick to respond to my emails, but didn't send me listings for potential units to look at until I asked her twice. She sent me potential units only about 24 hours in advance of our meeting. I took time to look at the listings and chose the ones I was interested in- she then told me that it would not be possible to view these units with such short notice. She told me to find a new realtor. Very disappointed in this experience as I have read such great reviews for this group. Overall would not recommend- they were not timely, not helpful. read more

A no show is irritating any day of the year when you are trying to sell your home; however, to schedule a showing on a national holiday and then not to show up is unforgivably rude. Lots of properties listed on their site, but often without enough detail to really narrow things down. After clicking the "I'm interested" button on several, I received an email from Mike asking questions about our preferences. I immediately responded with lots of detail, including that we really wanted someone who knew the area well to help us with info that isn't usually listed (What utilities are/aren't included? How thin are the walls? Does the unit have good natural light?). Over 2 days went by with no response. When I emailed again, he asked "Did you have see any units on our site that you want to see?" Um, wait, aren't you supposed to be finding them for me, not the other way around?? Plus, did you not see the ones I already tagged on your site?? I did send him about 5 addresses anyway, but was clear that I wanted to learn about them (Do they fit the criteria I previously sent you??) before visiting. After again not getting a response, I emailed the main office asking to be put in touch with someone who could help me. Oh, that's when Mike wrote me that he "was waiting for confirmation" to take us to them. And in the end, he only ended up with a confirmed visit to one address, none of which were the ones I asked about. SMH. read more

The absolute WORST!!!! If I could give this a negative star rating it still couldn't describe how unprofessional Ayushi Kukreja was. We are relocating to Chicago. We had been looking for apartments for about 3 weeks after I moved to Chicago. For some reason the agent we knew couldn't pinpoint what we wanted. I wound up on Gold Coast Realty's website and within an hour (at about 8:00 p.m. on a weekend) we received an email from Renee Jasquez of Gold Coast Realty. She asked our interest as she headed into a dinner engagement. The next morning there were several properties from the MLS in my inbox. I indicated which we were interest in.
