I usually don't like spicy food, but this burger had just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but between the long wait, the incorrect order, and the portion size for the price, the experience was a bit hit-or-miss. I ordered 2 burgers, a double cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger both with fries. To make matters worse the cheese was not even melted on the burger. Just a cold slice of cheese on both burgers. I had bit into the burger before realizing the cheese was cold and not melted or soft. I'm going to give Poly Burgers a rest. Today's experience was frustrating.

I got the chicken teriyaki plate. First time here cause I read that it has the best chicken teriyaki. I've had better but it is good honestly. The chicken was well cooked and portions are great! The teriyaki as well has lots of flavor and not disappointing. The rice was ok, I was expecting more of a desperation on the rice but it was very slushy. I don't know if it's normally like that or that batch was just mushy. The rice was white with no flavor, should at least have some flavor on it. Gotta try the mix plate with the beef and chicken and see if their rice is normally that mushy. read more
