They also have wraps if you prefer. Their salad comes in two options small and large. I ordered the large : Step one - base To choose from Spinach, Arugula, lettuce or mixed greens Step 2- toppings Chose as many any vege toppings as I wished Step 3- Protein- could choose from tofu, falafel, avacado, quinoa, or everything. Each protein comes with its own cost. Step 4- sauce A whole lot of options. Also option is to mix everything or the sauce on the side. I chose on the side. Both the persons who were attending to us were patient and helpful and made suggestions too. They carry soda and tea if you like a drink with your salad. The ambience is clean and quiet. It consists of turkey,ham, provolone, and bacon, and you can get it Mike's way, which consists of lettuce,tomato, onion, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and oregano.
