I ordered the large : Step one - base To choose from Spinach, Arugula, lettuce or mixed greens Step 2- toppings Chose as many any vege toppings as I wished Step 3- Protein- could choose from tofu, falafel, avacado, quinoa, or everything. Each protein comes with its own cost. Step 4- sauce A whole lot of options. Also option is to mix everything or the sauce on the side. I chose on the side. Both the persons who were attending to us were patient and helpful and made suggestions too. They carry soda and tea if you like a drink with your salad. The ambience is clean and quiet. I would have liked the tables cleaned up a bit more but there were plenty empty so it was ok. The veges were crisp and very fresh, and I would rate them 10 /10 if I could.
