Not only did the food taste like something I could only imagine in my wildest dreams, but they even went over and beyond to make me feel like I was on the streets of Rome by executing an Italian accident to perfection. Very good customer service and people skills from the whole staff. I have a very specific diet and the whole team contributed to make me one of the best Tex-Italian creations I've ever laid lips on. I had to see what all the hype behind MOD Pizza was .. and I completely understand now. Affordable pizza with unlimited toppings and everything tastes super fresh. Came in store with an order of 4 MOD sized pizzas and there was a slight line but it moved pretty quickly. 3 of the 4 orders were create your own and one was a mad dog. Everyone was beyond satisfied with their pizzas and it's filling. Really could have just gotten a mini and been just as happy BUT it should be all good for a later time. I chose red sauce, garlic rub, feta, mozzarella, parmesan, black olives, cilantro, jalapeños, mushrooms, red onions, red peppers, bacon, mild Italian sausage, and pepperoni. SO. GOOD. read more

The service quality has dropped tremendously. I think it's from lack of staff and it really shows in their employees. The girl that made my pizza was being incredibly rude as it was probably because I was at the end of the line of a behind 4 person order. She angrily told the man who tried to make my pizza that "she's got it" several times a All I asked was for thinner red onion because the ones she put on my pizza where thick and white (couldn't even see the red) she tried to argue that she was going to rip them apart but I wanted the thinner cut ones just below and she just gave me these thick huge pieces of onion and ruined my mega mod. I thought MOD wants you to make it your way. I spend $25 here on food I want it my MOD way. Please give her a break or something so she won't take it out on your business. read more

Can someone tell my why mods is closing 30 minutes to an hour early? I came yesterday on Saturday and they don't close til 11 but I came at 9:40 and the sign was off and doors were locked while the employees were at the tables. I came today Sunday at 10 and yes I understand they close at 10:30 but I was just going to get my pizza and take it home and the doors were unlocked but the sign was off and when I asked the employee sweeping the floors she said they hours were wrong and they close at 10. If so they really need to update their hours of operation on the website and their phones. read more

Pizza is pretty good, problem is this locations staff are always super rude. I've came here 3 or 4 times and this time was my last. I literally stood at the counter for 6 mins and no one said anything at all. Even the lady wiping the tables with the braids looked at me and rolled her eyes and looked away. I'm so confused. So yesterday was my first time trying Mod's and let me just tell you that stepping in through the door; I was amazed at the design and interior of this pizza place. I ordered a regular side of pizza with mozzarella, spinach, pineapple, corn, pepperoni and red sauce. Initially the wait was reasonable and the fountain drinks were nice with the complimentary "popcorn" ice. Once the pizza came I was very satisfied that all the toppings I want is on the pizza I dream about. The taste was amazing and overall a great experience. Mod's definitely offered more than a local Pizza Hut or dominos. I'm glad we have a place like this in our growing town. Definitely coming again soon. read more

I used to frequent this place before the pandemic at least every other weekend. Now that things have eased up a bit I went last weekend to fulfill a pizza craving, and I was disgusted. The place was physically dirty and there appeared to be only three people working in the entire place. There were dirty tables, trash on the floor, drink splashes and ice puddles all over the drink station. I could not even believe this was the same place where I used to be a regular. My pizza was decent but they seemed really stingy with the ingredients, and about an hour after I ate my stomach was upset - I wouldn't be surprised if something on the line had gone south. This was my first time experiencing MOD Pizza, and I have to admit, I really loved it. This place is basically Subway or Chipotle... but for pizza. You get in line and you tell them what size crust you would like, the sauce, and the toppings... all moving along in the line until you get to the very end and your pizza hits the oven. I split a pizza with my boyfriend and it was half pepperoni and sausage and half mushroom and olive (my favorite). The pizza was done in just a few minutes and had a crispy crust with just the right amount of chew. The cheese was super melty and the toppings were perfect. I had a little side salad that was pretty good, and their marion berry tea is AWESOME. Definitely recommend! read more

Been there now 3 times with my sons and 1 time with the wife. Hands down great service, great tasting ingredients and not that bad of a wait for fresh out the oven pizza. Not only the pizza but the bread strips , and cheesy bread are both great appetizer starters. They have a regular lemonade and a black berry juice mix that gives you options outside of the typical tea or soda options. They do have alcohol for those that want an adult beverage with their meal. For dessert you gotta try there tinfoil wrapped cake dessert. It's like heaven for your taste buds. Price is actually better here then going thru a fast food burger line. It is a chipotle for pizza!! My first time at Mod Pizza. It was fun to be able to create my own pizza. And the gluten free crust was good. So of course my pizza came out great because I created it. The reason for 4 stars is because they rush you through the line that you cannot even think about what you want. I had my list of items I wanted but it was all out of order compared to the line up and so they were a bit frustrated with me. The Pizza is great but that's where it ends. The employees are not trained properly and simply don't act like they want to be there. The last time I was with my family the mask gestapo was in full force even though all of the tyrannical Covid restrictions have been lifted including the unsanitary practice of masking. I observed cross contamination by employees under the guise of safety wearing gloves and touching multiple peoples food including my families without changing gloves in between. We have gone to far and this forced tyranny needs to end. We the people kept these companies in business while Covid was at its peak and now this is how we are rewarded for our patronage by instituting mandatory archaic restrictions that have no merit. Our first visit to Mod Pizza was outstanding. Good food prepared well. Our second visit was completely opposite. A couple of the food preparers would lean over the counter to reach ingredients while their clothes laid across the pizza dough and any preliminary preparations. It was disgusting.
