While the setting looks slightly dated, the food is always first rate! Very good value for your money. My favourite dish is the mala chicken.

The service was great I haven't been here in quite a few years, but the food was very good. I do feel if they tweak a few things on what they do. This could be a top place to go to. All in all I will definitely be going again and would recommend this place for someone to try. I rated this four out of five stars all because I feel they need to add more flavor to the chow mein and fried rice.

This is a little ma and pa restaurant that has been there forever in Vancouver Wa. The inside could use some remodeling but it's not bad. The customer service is Top Tier, the owners are so nice and helpful. It is ran similar to Panda Express, with food already cooked. The food is very good if it was freshly cooked, as any food is. They seem pretty steady with orders for delivery. This is the only place you will ever see salt and pepper chicken and it's really good. $10.99 for the 2 entree plate so it's reasonable. The crab puffs at vey good too!

Customer service voice was great. But it was my first time trying this place I think I will never come back I only have it at two stars because I feel bad. I am upset I tipped and paid for 5 plates for people. My order was wrong and I can say I would rather eat at Panda Express, be warned I won't be back . They are nice people, but I wouldn't count this as Chinese food. I would rather eat at Safeway steam table for Chinese food.

We came here after going to the trampoline park the other day. The prices were fair and they give you a lot of food but the quality and the taste was not worth it. It's kinda like a Panda Express type place not a real sit down Chinese. I picked Chinese because usually I can get all the veggies I need but there were hardly any veggie items. There was a veggie delight and soggy Broccoli Chicken and Pepper Chicken both were slathered in a very salty sweet sauce. Bleh. I couldn't eat them. Dry chow mein noodles and old fried rice, although I didn't eat it looked unappetizing. Some guy in line said he eats there all the time so it sounds like people like it and in reading some of the reviews I assume people like it because it's "cheap" but I found it to be inedible and I don't usually leave such bad reviews. It looks like they just made a lot of cheap floured corn starched chicken and pour a bunch of various canned sauces over them so they have a variety of chicken dishes. They were either too salty or too sweet. They batch cook a bunch of noodles and fried rice. I feel so bad to write such a review but I would not go back and would like to save you, the reader, a trip. I really don't understand the 5 star reviews. I had never had Chinese that I didn't like until I came here. I think the Chinese food at the local Safeway by my house is better then this and that's saying a lot!!

How does this place have 4 stars? I know it's covid, and I'm happy to overlook a few things, but this was too much. The food was truly awful. The chow mein was noodles and 4 chunks of chicken. That's it! No veggies, nothing. No dipping sauce with either the crab wontons or the egg rolls. The pepper chicken was inedible it was so salty. The general tso's chicken was just spicy, no actual flavor, just spice. Panda Express is a five star restaurant compared to this place, and it pains me to say that.

This is the sauce for the sweet and sour chicken.

Is this a joke?? I orderd a combo meal with sweet n sour chicken. I ordered through Uber eats. The sweet and sour chicken was fried pices of chicken with two packets of sauce.

    Does this restaurant use msg?

    Do they have takeout?

Yes. They usually put your food in a take out box even if you eat there. Saves them money in producing plates, utensils and labor, water, electricity in washing them as per assumption.

Just friendly and remembers your names! Ambiance can be anywhere from perfectly quiet to crying baby. It's a family kinda place and sometimes there's kids! Today was a bit strange as someone was in a blanket and sat at a table on their phone with headphones on laughing out loud. Looked like someone who worked there son? Hope that situation is all good! They seemed on the spectrum so I understand if a mother or father had to bring them to work. Love this place! 10/10 food, very friendly servers and seriously, I have been to so many Asian eateries and this place is THE ONE you have to try!

A lot of restaurants claim that they serve Szechuan food, but it's just regular Chinese food... This spot has both, and the Szechuan part is pretty good! I didn't try the regular menu, but I will definitely come back to try more of their Szechuan menu soon (there were two separate menus when we came in). The staff was friendly, and the setting was chill! The free tea is always a plus :) If you love mala/szechuan flavours, try it out!

Pan + Grill K…read moreFusion serves the best black bean noodles I've had around here - rich, savory, and full of that unmistakable wok hei flavor. The pork belly is high quality and they don't skimp on the veggies. Their tangsuyuk is another standout, perfectly crispy even when coated in sauce, which is no easy feat (if you know, you know). The wasabi shrimp has a unique, addictive flavor with just the right amount of crunch. And the kimchi burger? Thoughtfully crafted with a soft brioche bun, a juicy, flavorful patty, and kimchi that really pops. Beyond the food, the hospitality makes the experience even better. Sam and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. They are happy to offer recommendations, check in throughout your meal, and always greet you with a smile. If I lived closer, I would be there all the time, especially to take advantage of their lunch specials. If you are in the area, this place is an absolute must try, especially since they are always updating the menu with new dishes to try!

I didn't give it a 5 star because I was a bit disappointed with how little protein they add to their ganjjajang. First time I ordered the pork and then I ordered the seafood on another visit. The taste was amazing and authentic but I was disappointed with the pork because they give you like 6 pieces of pork and there is tiny fried pieces as well but the size of a scab lol. I love the big pieces of veggies in it but it's sad they can't do the same with the protein. Now with the seafood version it was the exact same thing very little protein but mountain of veggies except this time the zucchini was so tiny while they gave me giant blocks of onions again I don't mind that but it's all disproportionate. Nothing to what I have had at different Korean spots in Arizona. Everything else is amazing like their fried rice or bulgogi burgers. Their tteokboki is alright it's a niche type of dish so it won't be for everyone. It was more sweet than I like but that's just a me thing. Service was great and the ambiance was chill, quiet and cozy. We will still be returning just maybe will stop ordering the jajamyeon unfortunately.

Very crispy crust, and tender chicken. Sauce was ok.. again, not spicy. Eggroll was really large, and tasty. Rice was nicely cooked and didn't taste like it had set in a steamer for hours. I'm allergic to shrimp, so the server gave us extra BBQ pork slices in our won ton soup. The soup was delicious. We appreciate that the soup base wasn't salty. The won tons were cooked perfectly. The soup had vegetables as well. The Mongolian beef was tasty, and went well with the brown rice we ordered. The garden vegetables were slightly overcooked, but plentiful. I loved the light sauce because it didn't overpower the crisp-tender vegetables. We also ordered hot green tea. We appreciated that they offer free refills. The quantity served was greater than expected. Enough for a second dinner at home tomorrow. This will be our go-to place locally for Chinese food. Service was excellent. Plus, they gave my husband a military discount (he's a U.S. Air Force veteran). The restaurant was busy. Not too loud. My husband and I were still able to carry on a conversation. I highly recommend Taste of China for those looking for reasonable prices, a nice selection of Chinese dishes, wonderful service, and good food. It's across the street from Costco, on the same side of the road as Home Depot. We will definitely be back.

The flavors of the food across the board are so much stronger and complex than literally all other Chinese food restaurants I've ever patronized. Their operating model, though, is confusing. They have a lot of "ready now" entrees pre-made for immediate service (think "Panda Express"), and several others that are made-to-order. The "made to order" seems to be the better choice, as what's in the "ready to go" section may well have been sitting around long enough to get soggy. I know this from firsthand experience when some of my General Tso's chicken was the last of what was premade, and the rest was fresh. Not surprisingly, the fresh portion was hot and crispy (and DELICIOUS), and the portion from the premade batch was soggy and lukewarm. There are two chairs in the interior for patrons, so be prepared to stand while your order is filled. Parking is easy as Mar's is attached to a unique and charming Country store with its own parking lot.
