DO NOT ORDER!! All the food was very very bad and mostly inedible!!!! Worst was the beef and broccoli, the best way to describe the flavor was dog or cat food. The texture of the beef was also very very odd and bad it almost had the texture of soggy slimy bread with a chewy center absolutely disgusting and completely inedible!!! The rice it came with it was overcooked and just a ball of mush. Crab Rangoons and Lo Mein also just had a weird off flavor that was very very gross. Worst experience ever!!! For as long as I have ordered food from this place, today was the FIRST time i ever called to complain about eggshells being in my food, and I was treated by the owner Bobby, in a way that I have never experienced before!! I explained that it was not everything that we ordered, just my meal, and he repeatedly kept saying he was not going to refund me all my money, Even after I kept saying that was not what I wanted. I wanted a full refund on my mail only. He was extremely rude, then he hung up on me, all because I did not want a credit, but a refund on my meal only. I was completely shocked because there was no need for that. I called back and he once again was extremely rude. I asked him why he hung up on me, as I had not said anything wrong to him. He then began to yell and said that I was harassing him and that he will call the police. He stated that many people call his establishment complaining about food just to get a refund and that I would need to bring the dish there, which I was originally OK with doing. My husband called him and drove there to get a refund. I was not rude to him, nor did I deserve to be treated this way, but I was. I initially told him that all I wanted was a refund because I would never order this meal again. I never once said that we would never go back there. But after this experience, I will never ever ever go back there, and I will make sure that all of my family and friends know about this experience. And I will be sure to post this on all of my social media platforms. This is not what you do to customers who are honest and have been ordering food from your restaurant, for over nine years with just one complaint!!! Customers like me who come to your establishment quite often, are the ones who keep your business open. And if it wasn't for us, you would be shut down with no business! This is pretty much our go to for Chinese. On the greater scale of Chinese food, it isn't a 10, but in comparison to the local competition, it's quite good. The soups are consistently great and I have no questions towards the quality. The chow fun was a bit disappointing; no sauce, basically just a mass of a soft fat noodles stuck together, almost creating by this sponge of a noodle. probably won't order that one again, but the chicken, beef, seafood and vegetable dishes are quite good. What I love are the really friendly owners who always try hard to make sure you're happy, and your food is ready in a timely manner. I had a great time talking with the lady there (possibly the owner) she was so nice and we had such a great time and I feel good about giving them my business. This place is kinda nasty - but teenage boys will still eat it. To congratulate them on a good academic semester I offered to pay for their lunches.They put in an order at the somewhat rude place. (It was lunch time and I know high schoolers can become kinda bothersome so I give them some leeway on lack of customer service.) Then we walk over to Tropical Smoothie. At least I could talk them into drinking something green (Island Green) to combat the fried food they had ordered. Even after a 10 minute wait for smoothies, we walk back and still have another 15 minute wait for the food. Quick, clean & tasty! We had a late night craving for Chinese food and this was the only location close to us that was open! I'm glad we came here. We ordered shrimp fried rice, orange chicken, crab Rangoons and vegetable lo mein. It wasn't heavy with sodium or oils, and tasted super fresh and clean. I am so glad I found this place! I called them at 10:15PM and asked if they would let me place an order. They did. They were so nice. I ordered Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables and Beef with Mixed Vegetables. They were both delicious. The fried rice was amazing. Big chunks of roast pork. Egg rolls were fresh tasting. Not greasy. Soup was flavorful and wontons tasted homemade. Very impressed. Very thankful they were able to accommodate me. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely return. Poor, poor customer service. In haste, and without looking at their menu, I ordered a lunch portion of shrimp lo mein and their menu states that lunch specials are served with pork fried rice. Cool. Problem is I don't eat pork. After admitting my oversight, I simply asked if I could just have a portion of shrimp lo mein and I was told "no, it comes with pork fried rice." After going in circles for 2-3 minutes, he says they'll make me a single portion of shrimp lo mein and the cook proceeds to scraping the pork fried rice from my container, trying to give me the remaining lo mein. If a person doesn't eat a particular meat, scraping it off after it's touched your other food isn't a solution. After all this, I asked for my money back because clearly what I wanted wasn't being properly received. He refused to refund my money upon which I had to get really unfriendly (no, we didn't get physical or anything like that lol) and he ultimately acquiesced. Awful experience and I will never give them my money again. Hell, I'm sure any food I order from here would be spat in anyway after this interaction lol. read more

The only reason why this place is getting 2 stars and not 1 star is because it's consistent in one thing I appreciate (and only one thing): the soups. Meager pieces of overcooked beef, celery slices, and bean sprouts were sitting in a pool of thick, unseasoned sauce. WHERE THE HELL WERE THE NOODLES?!?!?!?! At first I thought that the noodle:other stuff ratio was immensely small, but then I realized that I was mistaking bean sprouts for noodles. There were ZERO noodles in my chow mein. I was furious. Just the right amount of spicyness without the overpowering breading of the chicken. The rice is equally good. I chose the pork fried rice and enjoyed my meal overall. Sorry to the nay-sayers out there, but our delivery actually came 10 minutes earlier than the promised time. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Wonton soup was spot on and the noodles were crisp. Egg rolls were crispy and held up to the hot mustard. The sauce for the steamed dumplings was excellent and added to their flavor with a nice touch of garlic.
