They took over a week but finally installed a new kitchen faucet for me. They left leaking pipes under my cabinet. They agreed to come back and fix it. We scheduled a time and date and they didn't call/didn't show up. I would highly recommend going anywhere other than here. Arman of Pro Plumbers 24/7 is top notch! My 2011 water heater started to leak from the bottom last weekend. So I put in a service request with my home warranty company Fidelity. They sent out Armen right away to come check out the leak and send pictures to Fidelity. Armen submitted the info to Fidelity right away. Fidelity didn't get back to me and I ended up calling them the next day. Finally at the end of that day Fidelity got back to me and said they had received the info. Then it took Fidelity another 24 hours before the claim was approved. Then they took a while to send the confirmation to Pro Plumbers that the water heater was ready for pickup at Lowe's. All throughout this time Arman (the owner) and Armen were very communicative and responsive. Once they got notice that the water heater was ready for pickup, they added me to their schedule right away! They were able to get the new water heater installed (with all the new California code upgrades) in half a day's time. The new water heater was placed exactly where the old one was, and all the extra additions fit nicely into the original space with no unsightly holes or gaps. (Not like when Fidelity had my bathroom exhaust fans replaced and now I have large holes in my bathroom ceiling). Arman and Leo even moved our washer, dryer, and chest freezer out of the way so they could get the new water heater into place. Plus, they put everything back in its place after the new water heater was installed. They also hauled away the old water heater. There was no mess or any sign that any work had been done by the time they left. I highly recommend these plumbers! They are responsive, work with a sense of urgency, are friendly, responsive, communicate very well, and are understanding. I hope I don't have anymore plumbing issues in the future, but if I do... I will definitely turn to them first for their assistance and expertise. read more

We found them through our insurance and they were scheduled to come out the day following our service request. When the problem suddenly got bigger, we called them and they came out the same day within 2 hours. They were clear about what we were up against and walked us carefully through our options. We needed to start smaller this time (since the insurance wouldn't cover it) and they helped us really make the right decision for us. They couldn't have been more helpful and communicative. My main points in this review is that they are bad with communication and not helpful at all, but here is my full story. I used Fidelity Home Warranty to come fix my shower (when turned to hot, the flow of water stops) and Fidelity said the will have Pro Plumbers 24/7 reach out in 2 business days to schedule a time to help. 2 business days went by and I did not hear anything from them so I gave them a call to schedule it myself (they already had my info so I was on their list they just never reached out). We scheduled a 2hr window, which I went home from work for, and they didn't show. I called them and they said they were 15 minutes away (would've been nice to let me know you're running late). When they showed up he basically took the shower handle off, shrugged and said "I can't repair this" (1st pic is what we looked at). I wasn't sure what to say about that so I asked if we could replace the cartridge and he gave me a roundabout way of saying it might not be fully covered, I could pay $700-$900 and he was going to reach out to other plumbers to get a second opinion on what to do. That all happened on March 20th (20 days ago) and I still never heard back. I paid $85 for the Fidelity service call for them to come out and then get ghosted. If you're willing to constantly have to reach out to your plumber then maybe they're not a problem for you but I find it unprofessional. Btw I just finished pulling out the shower cartridge myself (second picture) and replacing it and now everything works! read more

The emergency order was never placed, and despite blaming the delay on the employees, he requested that I wait with a flooded garage until Monday due to being with his family. Despite both myself and the insurance company reaching out, he chose to leave me hanging for four days. During our phone conversation, he displayed extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. I'm very hard to please when it comes to quality of job and the value exchange. When underneath my toilet started backing up into my bathroom floor and shower, Arman was able to squeeze us in promptly and he knew what to do and where to look. Pro Plumbers saved the day after a root takeover. Arman and his team showed up as promised, explained the whole process of their job and started working right away. Within hours my whole sewage line was brand new. Okay so i don't know where to start off, i was trying to fix couple of stuff at my house when I accidentally cut a water pipe around 11pm at night. It turned out the main sewer line was broken in several places and needed to be replaced. Not an item covered by the home warranty. I called home warranty about a plumbing crisis that occurred during the Corona crisis. It's not an ideal situation, no matter how you cut it. Fortunately, they assigned me Pro Plumbers. I immediately reached out to them and got a prompt reply from the owner. We talked about my concerns about the spread of the virus and he was more than considerate. The call was placed end of day Saturday and he came out Sunday morning knowing that my house was a standstill given the plumbing issue i was dealing with. He was very considerate and cautious, used gloves and a mask. Unfortunately, snaking the pipes didn't do the trick, so he got his team, which I'm sure isn't as big as usual, to come out and jet them as soon as the next morning, and the problem was resolved. Then, later the next week another issue came up and again the kitchen plumbing was unusable. I called him again and home warranty. Again, he was more than willing to come out and help. As it turns out the issue was different (be careful what you put down your drain/garbage disposal) but he resolved it in no time. He was also very respectful and careful as this time he had to come into the house, only touching what he needed to and he had professional mask, gloves, etc. As a parting gift, and a true sign of the times, he offered me a couple extra masks for my family knowing the new mandate by the government.
