This place is a unicorn! Most of the time , service is fast and my order is perfect and fresh. The worst times I've been here, service was a little slow and my food was perfect and fresh. The employees working here have always been friendly and were trying hard --and it shows. I've been to several Wing Stops in the 'burbs--and this one (in my scrappy little 'hood) is by FAR the best. Whoever is managing this franchise should manage more things.

The music was so loud when I went in there I had to yell hello 5 times before I got any help. I told the guy I wanted to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager and I'm so shocked he talks to customers this way. My son use to work here and said he seen a person drop chicken of the floor and still cook it for the customer because the heat will kill the germs. Horrible and nasty.
