I go there all the time to get pizza and I order online and never have a problem the employees are always nice and the food is great

The Pizza Hut on Wilson road is nasty and unprofessional. Idk why this place isn't shut down. The day time manager I met on 6/23/25 had a huge attitude like he doesn't like his job. The music was so loud when I went in there I had to yell hello 5 times before I got any help. I told the guy I wanted to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager and I'm so shocked he talks to customers this way. My son use to work here and said he seen a person drop chicken of the floor and still cook it for the customer because the heat will kill the germs. Horrible and nasty. I don't eat here, I just pick up an order for door dash. This place needs to be shut down and the manager needs to be fired and needs management classes to learn how to treat people. Will not be going here for nothing anymore. Nasty ass people and food place. read more

The phrase, "The Worst Ever" gets tossed around a lot but, until you have been to this Pizza Hut, you really have no idea what it truly means to be "The Worst Ever" as this place takes you down to a whole new level. At least a dozen levels below rock bottom, maybe even lower than that. Starting with the penitentiary like look at the entry way, the look of despair is enhanced - if I can use that word here - by the sagging "Wing Street" graphic road map wall paper. After experiencing that, you might think to yourself, "What could top that?" And, before you can even finish that thought, you see the order window. And, it just spirals down from there. . . I've - maybe - had worse pizza in college. We used to go the local Safeway grocery store and buy Scotchbuy frozen pizza things. I think they were 99 cents back in the day. They may have been bad but, at least you could tell that the robot drones that mass produced them did so with care. . . This place apparently prides itself on hiring nothing but misfits and miscreants who couldn't cut a pizza into even 4 slices of equal size let alone 8 slices of even roughly the same shape. If I could cut that one star rating into slices like the employees here, the parts of the star would fall out of their little box and slide out onto the floor. . . read more

just now I absolutely wish I could put zero stars. We ordered wings and fries on 4/5 the employee took our money gave us two pizzas we didn't order nor did he ask what pizzas we would want. Because the fryer were down. Refused to provide our money back at the time. We have called customer service twice and were told the manager would call us back and never had it's now the 16th. Called the store to speak to a manager and he really was just like I don't care so whatever you want call and file another complaint. My daughter just wants her food that SHE ACTUALLY ORDERED the manager hung up on me. This is our delivery Pizza Hut so I'll be going to either papa johns or somewhere else. I've ordered from them for give it 2.5+ years, they were slow on orders but seemed to be the only place that would deliver to my work. However on 11/4/2017 they decided they would claim to no longer deliver to my jobs location, also claimed they called me and advised me of this mix up (never happened) which included... cancelling my order. After waiting an hour and a half (to give them a chance) I called asking why the wait they told me this exciting story. Said I was credited my money, have a nice night, "click". Awesome. To top all this off, I came into work tonight 11/7/17 and guess who magically delivered to my job? Oh you guys did. Great work. read more

My family's been ordering carry out from this location for years. It's been sad watching the gradual decline to the current state it's in. I think the last straw is walking in to see there's no longer a window that you can walk up to and interact with an employee. They've completely boarded up the front, I assume for security purposes, But all that leaves is a tiny window with a little speaker thing, so you can struggle to talk with the person taking your order. It's not a bank, is the glass really necessary? If security is such a massive issue, why not hire security? Security personnel is way less intimidating than the weird layout. It's honestly just depressing now. I can't give 1 star because they've always been friendly, never messed up an order, and the service is fast. But it's a bummer to go in so it might be the last time. read more

I get at least 2 pizza's a week from this place . When it's delivered it's okay, typically burnt, and warmsih . Even though I live less than a mile away. I've noticed though, their pizzas are better if you go pick them up straight from the store . read more

The worst pizza place ever . Don't know how often the managers / employees change - has to be once a month . Food is always wrong , and the employees are always rude and short tempered. No matter how many times we try and give them the benefit , we are always left with something wrong with our order. The last time was like they reheated the leftover pizza and send it to us completely soggy in the middle almost like uncooked dough . It doesn't even help to get a credit for your next order because your next order is going to be just as wrong as the last. All in all, I guess if you're stoned and you're looking for something that doesn't have to be corrected and doesn't have to taste good then by all means give this place a try, and definitely get carry out not delivery. But if you're looking for some real pizza that's actually decent an edible I suggest you look elsewhere. I would give this place zero stars if I could but sadly that's not a possibility. read more

The worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. Since it is the closest one to us, we have ordered carryout several times. I don't even know why we try. Our pizzas are never ready, we always have to call the main number just to get them to start our order or "find" our order. They have never gotten our toppings right, they are always missing some. I guess the fact that we usually end up getting our pizzas half off is supposed to make up for their incompetence. I really don't know why we keep giving them a chance. No more chances. read more

So, I ordered pizza because I don't really have time to cook tonight and I have somewhere to be later. I know this location is slow, so I ordered it as I left class class tonight and figured it'd be there by the time I got home. The person on the phone said 30 min, which was perfect. It's been 1hr and 10min. I'm still waiting. I have to leave soon. My family will get some pizza, but I guess I'll just have to heat mine up when I get home. So much for paying extra for the convenience. Damn, I'm hungry. I called Pizza Hut back, and the person on the phone said it'd be another 15 minutes. She was really nice, and I really do like Pizza Hut. But I think this location might be dead to me... UPDATE: Got my pizzas! They ran out of Pepsi so they just decided for me that I should have Mt. Dew instead. There's, like, no sauce on the veggie pizza. The delivery guy was nice, so we tipped him because it's not his fault the restaurant he works for is terrible. I have lived in 6 different states in our great country, & this store is the most pitiful, pathetic excuse for a delivery based restaurant I have ever had the misfortune to experience. In 2.5 years @ this address, I've ordered approximately 6 times, with only one positive outcome. In the past, I've been treated rudely over the phone, waited two hours for a delivery, been treated shabbily by a delivery driver (although I usually tip 15% minimum), & complained to corporate via their 800 # (with ZERO results or satisfaction). Today, I ordered online in hopes that might improve things. Fat chance ! Even though I ordered @ an off-peak time, only one of the two pies I ordered arrived, and it was barely warm, tho I live less than 10 minutes away. On top of that, the 2 liter Pepsi was warmer than the pizza. For $2.99 PLUS delivery charge, you'd think that might include refrigeration, but no such luck. Driver returned approx 45 mins later with the 2nd pie. Was I offered an apology, or a coupon, or ANYTHING? Certainly not. I think this overall lousy service stems from the fact that they're just about the only delivery option in this neighborhood, and they know it. If there were a Papa John's or Dominos to give them some competition, they might step up their game. Truthfully speaking, these folks should lock the doors & find new careers. In conclusion, I'm giving one star cuz Yelp is forcing me to. I would give NEGATIVE stars if possible. Since it's not, I am going to institute the "sucks" rating system. 5 "sucks" for this Pizza Hut. I must first say the pizza tasted great. I have no complaints on that part of it. The reason my rating is so low is that my office ordered 2 medium pizzas and a cookie. We ordered in advance and waited the allotted time, went to pick it up and there was only 1 guy working. A lady did come out from the back and tell me that my pizza was on the table and that he would get it ready for me. Then she disappeared back into the back. This one poor fellow was left alone, during the lunch rush and discovered they were out of the crust for one of our pizzas, so he upgraded us to a large. That was nice of them but he had to put it in and cook it. When it finally got done, I had been in the store for 25 minutes, only to discover that they had forgotten to make our cookie and the one guy didn't know how to take it off of my ticket. A delivery driver came in shortly and took the cookie off. Soooo, after a total of a 40 minute wait we didn't get a cookie or any sort of discount for the inconvenience. Guess it doesn't matter because by the time I got back, some of the guys had to go back to work anyway. But I would never ever recommend going here for lunch, EVER!!! Oh and one more comment, that poor little guy that was doing EVERYTHING, because his ,"manager was in the back taking care of important business," deserves a raise. And someone should tell the manager that the customer is the MOST important business. read more

I have never written a yelp review before. Or any review. I ordered my pizza, brownie, and a 2 liter for delivery at 2pm. The order came at 3pm, which was about 10-15 minutes after the initial delivery window. No problem, not a big deal. After I got the pizza I opened it up to find it completely wrong. Not only that, it was stone cold. I called and spoke to a shift leader, and explained the situation. I wasn't upset. I order from pizza hut about once a week, and these things happen. He said he'd refund my order and get a new pizza (the correct one back out to me.) I waited until literally 6:30pm, after which I went up to the store and gave them the old pizza. Inside I explained to a shift leader the situation ,and that I was pretty upset no one ever came back out or gave me a phone call about the situation. He explained he was new, that he didn't know what happened, and offered to let me speak to the person I spoke on the phone with. The guy didn't have any answers. He just kept apologizing. I finally had to stop him and said "can I just get what I originally ordered?" He said he'd put it in. I waited a full hour IN STORE until 7:30pm. During this time I watched four other people come in to pick up orders and had to be told it would be an hour to an hour and half for them to pick up their pizzas. Three of the four said they had already been waiting an hour. Phones were ringing off the hook, no one was answering them, and half the staff inside were just standing around. I couldn't believe it. There were two families waiting with me since I walked in, each of them said they'd been waiting over an hour. It was then a young worker came up to the croweded payment area and yelled out to me. He said "Hey, what pizza were you ordering?" Before I could even answer he yelled at me even louder "What was your issue? What were you COMPLAINING about?" I couldn't believe it!!! What kind of service does this place offer?? After I told him the pizza I'd been waiting for he finally gave me my remade pizza, and as I walked out I opened the box. Guess what? WRONG PIZZA. AGAIN. I did finally get the right pizza, even though I debated just walking out and being done with it (almost 5 hours after I put in my order) but it was so sloppily made I couldn't even eat it. It was covered in grease, the toppings were stale and very very nasty. Again, I order from pizza hut about once a week. But I will NEVER order from this location again. read more

Fucking gross!! This shop is the closet to my location, so I decide to order from here because it's more convenient... Sometimes I like to cary out, but I don't do Cary out any longer, because when I do they take 1 fucking hour or more... To deliver my damn pizza. It's not just that, how the pizza is made is also my consider, the pizza is as if they just smashed something on there, the toppings are just throw in one spot, once I had a pizza with the cheese all on one end.
