Golden State Canna has the highest quality cannabis the Bay Area has to offer. They are quick to reply, they keep you updated on ETA's and their delivery people are extremely friendly. I will never order from Eaze or any other big corporation again now that I have found this great local business! read more

I've spent a lot of money there over the years buying their overly priced weed. Im 63 years old and I have smoked more weed than anyone there! So I called them on 7-22-23 @10:30 am on this day and time their was a little Nazi who would only sell me an ounce @ $125 plus $40 tax $5 delivery fee = $170 he then said that he has a $90 ounce but it dirt weed! WTF! Now when you use to buy weed you would get credit to lower the price and because I am a senior they have a senior discount of 10% which= $10 per $100 you spend. So this little Nazi started acting like he didn't understand my English, I was born and raised in Los Angeles! Now he is trying to kick me out because he was acting racial towards me and I called him on his shit! Very convenient and easy to order through. A lot of delivery services are hard to get orders through and a pain to deal with. They have good stuff and a good system . Drivers are polite and professional and practice safety when it comes to Covid 19 read more

Golden State Canna should be more closely regulated. they tried to add a hidden credit card charge AFTER THE DRIVER ALREADY ARRIVED for delivery, which I of course refused (order was done online, and "pay with credit card" box checked....the the total price including all taxes and fees was quoted not only online but by text confirmation.....then they tried to CHEAT and ADD EXTRA CHARGE AT LAST MINUTE HORRIBLE customer service, NEVER will order from this place again read more

(I wish I got her name because she deserves a shout out and was very personable). The store layout is nice and visually appealing. I was able to find a lot of the higher end brands I enjoy for a variety of items (flower, tabs, pre-rolls, eddies). Our budtender was Michael. He was knowledgeable and patient and helped make our experience so much better. The store is spread out in a way that makes things less overwhelming so you can take your time while you shop. One thing that stood out for me was the snack section at the end. Might as well grab your munchies ahead of time while you are in store right? Service matters and this place exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back!

Honestly, a lot of the vendors caught my attention because what they offered looked really good. We also spotted a cashew based ice cream shop, which was perfect for dessert after our meal. I also liked how everything was indoors too, especially since it keeps people sheltered from the weather on hot days. Another thing I appreciated was the amount of tables and seating made available. It didn't feel stressful trying to find a place to sit, and we were here on a Sunday. As we walked through the market, I thought the layout was designed really well. The way everything was set up made the place feel a lot bigger and more spacious than it actually was. I thought that was pretty smart. With Golden State, it's just a pleasant call (or online order) and my order is quickly delivered to my door by nice folks. (The delivery people take credit and debit cards too.) No traffic, no parking, no waiting in lines. I've been using Golden State Canna for well over a year. I watch my pennies so I check other local stores and delivery services but Golden State's prices have been consistently competitive -- often lower When I read reviews of other dispensaries, the number one negative issue reviewers so often raise about other dispensaries are their rude, unhelpful or ignorant staff: never not once with GSC. I'm permanently disabled and they serve me well from that respect, but frankly I use weed more for straight-out pleasure. My brain can get a bit foggy from my prescription meds, but GSC always makes ordering so simple and comfortable, which is great because I'm no conniesier. I almost always order by phone because I like to get staff recommendations and they seem to be very intent on carrying only high-quality product The reps consistently have an answer and an explanation that is well thought out. I'm middle-aged and the weed market has become vastly more complex which is great but demands a salesperson who is something of a weed "sommelier" to meet your needs, taste and price preferences. Managers/Owners very rude and disrespectful. Don't treat their workers correctly or have any sympathy or a kind bone in their body. All of the marijuana sold here is cheap and low-grade, while still being completely overpriced. Would never want to support/recommend a company who creates such a toxic work environment for their hardworking employees.
