A few days after we met and I signed the contract, the team came out to remove old roof debris left over from a recent reroofing, removed our home's original insulation, and installed fresh batt insulation in both the attic and crawlspace. They also added rodent proofing throughout the attic while they were at it. About a month later we heard critter noises, so I texted them and they came out to inspect. He didn't find anything in the traps but reset them to be safe. Sure enough, something took the bait because we heard it go off! Jose came back shortly after and discovered 2 mice (thankfully no rats), found a gap where the roof met the garage and sealed it up. He ran an ozone generator as a precaution for any smells. A couple weeks after that we heard faint sounds again. Jose returned, found one more entry point, sealed it, and since then there's been total silence! I really appreciated how thorough and persistent they were even after the job was technically done. Solid team, fair price, and they stand behind their work. Highly recommend Attic Kings!

They sealed every entry point they could find where rodents were getting into the attic . Then they laid traps and waited several days to come back and make sure no more rodents were getting in before they blew in the new insulation. Throughout the entire job, their representative Ofek kept me informed of progress and included pictures at each stage of the job. I spoke to Daniel and he suggested that the nest might be inside the attic and to have effective treatment, you need to get at the source. Pest Protection Services was willing to get into the attic and treat the nest or potentially access the outside and spray a solution directly into the attic vents from the exterior. Justin came by the next day, went into the attic and sprayed where the nest was. It pretty much killed all the wasps and issue went away. The one-time pricing was competitive, particularly for the job needed, and I am going to switch to PPS for my recurring service. A bit cheaper than a larger provider I've had for past 4+ years. We had an issue with a skunk trying to make the crawl space under our home his new den. After reading reviews on a popular home pro networking site I decided that Golden State Critter Control was in alignment with our humane values in dealing with wildlife. After reaching out to them Jesse called be back quickly and set up a live trap that very evening. We were "rewarded" with catching a skunk that night and Jesse promptly returned in the morning to relocate him. We had set up a camera in the area of where the skunk had been and were surprised to see another skunk show up the next night. We had blocked the entrance to the crawl space, but he kept coming back so we called Jesse again and he came out and caught the second skunk - again removing/relocating him promptly. I have never had such great customer service with any type of contractor as we had with Jesse. I have already recommended him to others in my neighborhood. He is honest, prompt, follows through on what he says he will do, and is very smart about how to take care of the problem quickly and with least impact to homeowner. In addition, his prices were in the low end of expected costs for a service of this type. We would definitely use Golden State Critter Control again. read more

Greg was the ultimate professional from the moment he answered the phone. I was having a hard time finding a critter control company that I felt right about to remove the bats in my attic -- one wanted me to pay them an inspection fee and didn't even want to come and look at the site first and the other said you'll need a lift and that's going to be expensive and then didn't even provide a bid. Golden Gate Critter Control came out to do a site visit and very thorough inspection of my property, and my neighbors liked him so much 5 of them got on board too and had him inspect their properties and we all 6 went forward with hiring him. He provided bids that same day, no lift was needed - imagine that! He and his team came out to to the work 3 days later. He did an exceptional job covering all the access points with mesh and fumigating the attic to get rid of the unwanted bats. He even noticed termites on the back side of my neighbors home that they had no idea were there. Greg and his team were so friendly, professional, well -, honest and FAST!!! We had a skunk under our house, spraying and causing havoc. Jesse was absolutely terrific, snaring and removing the skunk, and doing some work on the access door to make sure future critters of that size can't get in. This is an ethical business that does the job right with no harm to wildlife in the food chain. We are out of their immediate area and there was a small charge for an advance site visit and estimate which was then applied as a credit to our bill. Thank you for a great job Rat Trappers! With kids and pets, we prefer the ad-hoc visit over a monthly service plan and Jaime does not pressure you into a plan and does a great job solving the problem in one visit and that lasts several years. During his most recent call out, we found an area where rats had chewed through the crawlspace vent. He did an inspection and provided a very reasonable quote (compared to what our neighbors had paid to other providers). First of all, on the first visit, within ten minutes, the technician had spotted an entry point on our roof that was likely the cause of our isse. It wasn't obvious and the previous service we used (one of the larger services in our area) hadn't spotted this. Another thing that I noticed was the respect and care the technician showed at our house. It's a small thing, but when the technician entered our house he noticed that we had shoes by the door and went ahead and removed his shoes when making his way to our attic. Taken all together our technician was detail oriented, respectful, and thorough. And he solved our problem. On top of this the price point was comparable or even less than the larger company that we had used previously. I would highly recommend Pestfinders to others.
