She answered all my questions and made sure I understood how to use the prescribed treatment and what results to expect. It felt very personalized. Then when the confirmation goes through, it lists only her PA. I kept the appointment as I thought (wrong) that at least the dermatologist, Minh Dang, would check in. No she did not. But I gave the PA a try and asked my questions for the scan. I felt overlooked on this matter as she right to wanting to do a punchy biopsy. Yet I still wanted to discuss overall skin issues like purposa. Skipped She did the biopsy. I did have a reaction and I didn't feel great how I was cared for. On my return after 14 days, the biopsy was fine. The PA spent some time with me but I didn't feel like I mattered. Her tech was there and they had a man. Prior it was a woman as the tech. I was in an open back robe due to the biopsy was on my back. It was a bit uncomfortable having a man esp as there were women techs. It was fine but again the care there was cold. And I felt like just a number since I wasn't there to do any subscription services on skincare. I felt that as the office feels like a cattle call as there's one dermatologist and there were 6-8 people in the waiting room when I left. I want to find a dermatologist who will give me care.

I was previously under the excellent care of Dr. Cinque, who unfortunately has retired. I came with two concerns -- increasing my Minoxidil dosage, and receiving proper guidance on managing my aging skin and safely using retinoids, given my history of irritation. PA-C Nguyen conducted the entire consultation from a distance -- never approaching, examining, or physically assessing my face in any way. She immediately dismissed my previous doctor's low dose minoxidil treatment approach and increased my Minoxidil dosage, which was fine. The moment I began explaining my concerns, she briefly listened, said "use sunscreen," then immediately stood up and instructed her assistant to give me samples -- before I could even ask about basic skincare steps. She left the room without saying goodbye. Most concerning -- after I submitted written feedback describing the inadequate consultation, they sent a Tretinoin prescription to my pharmacy without my knowledge or consent. I never requested this medication. Prescribing a potent retinoid without proper examination, patient history review, or usage guidance -- especially AFTER a patient has formally complained -- is not only unprofessional but potentially harmful to skin health. I hope future patients receive the thorough, patient-centered care they deserve.

He…read moredid a cancer screening and found a mole in the middle of my back that he removed, sent to pathology and it turned out to be a malignant melanoma. I had asked my general practitioner and OB/GYN about it and they said if it didn't bother me, leave it alone. Fortunately the melanoma was still on the surface and hadn't penetrated down to other layers of my skin. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Greenberg for saving my life.

My current dermatologist wanted to put me on doxycycline and explained to me that it technically in the classification of antibiotics. I remembered having an allergic reaction to an antibiotic given to me by Dr. Greenburg but couldn't remember the name. I called their front desk to try to get the information. I explained that doxycycline was not technically an antibiotic as my doctor had told me, to which I kid you not, Andrea barks 'are you a doctor?' Then I was told to get my medical records, I would need to pay $25. I was also told that CVS would not provide any prescription information to such a far back date. I called my local CVS and they gave me the corporate number to which they said they could send me my entire prescription history for free. When I got this list, there was no history of an antibiotic. I called Dr. Greenburg again and asked if there was a possibility that the doctor had just handed me the antibiotic, to which Andrea said no. Andrea sent me the patient records release form and again 'reminded' me there would be a $25 cost. Several days later she called and left a message saying I was correct. Apparently this doctor handed me a trial of Aciculate (aka doxycycline). To review. For someone so fucking anal I was given the following false information: 1. CVS cannot provide you will your prescription records. FALSE 2. The doctor would never just hand you a prescription. FALSE 3. You will need to pay $25 for this information. FALSE. This is all to say, please do your homework and just because someone acts like they know everything, don't believe them and persevere through their negative attitude. The world would be a better place if not for people like this.

My daughter had a college game she was playing in and I had to drive to LA after the appt., and why I tired to get it moved. I have gone to the same dermatologist for 12 years and she no longer takes my insurance. My former MD would spend anywhere from 40-50 minutes at my annual exam and was very thorough, would discuss aging, sun risk, I am fair skinned, sunscreen use, etc. I waited almost one hour to be seen for my new patient appointment, and the TV said she was delayed 30 minute. I walked over to the counter to ask again and to reschedule (had to leave Dublin to get to LA by 5 for a game and now it was 12!), and then someone finally called my name. Then the kicker was after waiting 9 months and an hour at Dr. Danial's office/PMF, I think I was in the room for about 14 minutes, in the time she told me I needed a biopsy on a mole on my shoulder, and wanted me to do it on the spot, in spite of me telling them three times i was very late. I told her I would have to come back. **She refused to order me a prescription or transfer a prescription from my former dermatoligist for a much needed prescription and tried to tell me a lifelong condition she basically didn't believe me. At NO TIME did she ever ask me if I had ever had a skin biopsies, no family history, and no questions about how much time I spend in the sun, nothing about my vericose veins/spider veins that are prominent, my former Derm MD would go over these things annually. I need my spider veins treated and they told me to just make another appt, which only took almost a year. This was THE MOST RUSHED doctor appt I have ever experienced. I met with an endocrinologist as a new patient back in Oct and she spend an hour with me.

I did speak to Dr. Call about this. His attitude on the phone was horrible. Acting as if he was doing a great service by calling to discuss the matter with me. His assistant went as far as deleting part of our conversation. Dr Call seemed to be trying to protect himself and the office vs caring about his client's well being. Super unethical. I have such distrust in him that I am getting my biopsy sent to another facility.
