With the somewhat recent closure of their second location in Lomita, I found Nat's Cleaners when I…read morespotted their business card on the counter. I had no idea that they owned this location in Carson! For years, I took all of my pants that needed hemming to their Lomita location when I lived within half a mile from their Carson location! Needless to say, Nat's Cleaners does excellent work on dry cleaning and, most specifically, alterations. As a short statured man, I have to have all of my trousers hemmed up. I also prefer a tapered fit. Nat's Cleaners do both very well. So well, my trousers look like they came in that length and style. The seams are color matched and straight. On a side note: About 20 years ago, I used to buy A&F jeans with tattered hems and drop them off at the Lomita location for alterations. These folks would painstakingly remove the tattered hems, shorten the legs, and then reattach the tattered hems! They did such a good job, one could not tell the difference! This type of work quality is found here at the Carson location as well! Although I will miss their Lomita location, I am glad I found their Carson location due to proximity and the fact that the owners are starting to slow down to take it a little easy in life.

I then asked if she could provide an estimate for steaming a dress and she couldn't even give me a range of what I could expect to pay and instead wanted me to bring the dress first then give me a price. Is there no limit to how much they would charge for steaming a dress? I'm not gonna lug my dresses over there if I'm not aware of how much I'm gonna pay, because If it ends up being a high price I would have to find another place and that's just a waste of time that I do not have. I ended up finding a better place that was able to give me the minimum and maximum amount they charge for this particular service.

I haven't used them for dry cleaning, so I can't speak to that service, but I definitely recommend them for alterations.

There is a dedicated attendant team cleaning, checking on patrons and at the service desk. All staff I interacted with on drop off were friendly, patient and helpful. The clothes are clean, soft, nicely-scented and are well-folded. The context: I am so grateful for the service provided by this team. I have never used fluff and fold services, and I struggle with social anxiety. So trying a new service at a new venue was already nerve wracking for me. On top of that, I have lost my aunt to cancer and granny to stroke within the last six months. This weekend we had to care for my uncle in the Bay Area who had a cerebral hemorrhage and they gave him 4 weeks left to live. Needless to say, I was in dire need of help and Laundry Guys came through. The female attendant at 10pm on 6/23/2026 was so kind and warm. She patiently explained all my options, the process and costs. I felt confident leaving this task in her hands. And the price was very fair for the volume! When I got home and unpacked the clean clothes, I felt a weight lift off. The clothes were given a second life, and softer and well-scented more than I could have imagined! As a dog owner, I chalked it up to having a busy pet life. But apparently, I should leave it to the experts! The clothes were folded as I would have, so I was able to quickly slip my clothes into the drawers. I appreciate the pre-hung clothes as well. This service quality is deserving of the price. I will gladly use their services again. I will make sure to update this review as I have more experience with this vendor.

Then he explained to me how to use the beads properly within the machine. They keep this place spotless and comfortable with seats everywhere.
