The owner honored the quoted price. UNFORTUNATELY, a week after actually unzipping the suit out from the garment bag, The buttons from my custom suit were chipped. I have not addressed this issue with the owner, but at this point, I'm not sure there is anything they can or will do. They do take "pay range" which is basically an app you download and load money into so you don't have to worry about loose change. My biggest complaint is recently I noticed they started locking the lint removal tray for the dryers and it says on there "to be emptied end of day". I came around 8pm and the lint trap was filled and what should've took about 20 minutes to dry took double the amount. As well, the washers had visible hair and dust around the doors so whoever is in charge of cleaning the machines isn't doing a great job. Im not sure if locking the link trays is a tactic for people to spend more but an accumulation of lint is a severe fire hazard.
