This place is awesome. So awesome I drive from San Pedro to come here. They are always fast, friendly, and honest people. I brought some clothes in with car grease stains and they somehow to manage to get it out every time. I can speak to their honesty because I left a very irreplaceable chain in my shorts. I called them the next day and they not only looked (which I feel is above and beyond) but found it right away!! It's a sentimental necklace of 20 years. So thankful. Okay so i must say. Ive been coming here for the past year. The reason for this is because i like to wear my suits. And people who know suits, know that when u get a giant white stain on a flat black suit. IT IS EXTREMELY hard to take out. I asked the ladies to do the best they could, not expecting much. And when i came back 3 days later it was sorta how i imagined. But the ladies asked if i could leave it for a week with NO extra charge. A week later i come back, with my hopes not to high. To view my extremely clean black suit. No stain anywhere. I was soo happy ive gotten my whole family to start coming here. The ladies are just so friendly, and if you talk to them like people, not workers, the ladies will try their hardest to help you out. read more

My family has been use Rose Cleaners for several years now, and I've recently began to use them too. They've actually moved to a different location, located on Sepulveda west of hawthorne (near the rite aid/arco station). Their prices are extremely competitive (shirts washed are something like $1 each, $5 per pair of pants dry cleaned) and plus, they're open Saturdays! Their new location is very clean and open, and the korean ladies who are at the front are always exceptionally nice. Plus, they speak English which is always good. If you're looking for a new dry cleaner, give them a shot, I'm pretty sure they won't disappoint. Unfortuantely, they close at 6:30pm on the weekdays, so I'll most likely just make my visits on Saturdays. read more

I checked this place out because this is where my dad gets his suits dry cleaned and was super glad I went here! First I started with 3 expensive pieces of clothing on the higher fashion end aka - can't just throw it in my washer/dryer, and was very pleased with their service. Got all three pieces back super clean and in mint condition. (The last place I went to to dry clean two of these same pieces, the dry cleaners used these old rusty safety pins on my off white piece and it left dark spots on it. **Hence why I was looking for a new place. ) Then recently, I got married and of course the train of the dress got dirty from taking pictures in the grass and it being dragged in the dirt and what not so I brought it back here to get dry cleaned and again, SUPERB work! I came to pick it up the day they said it'd be ready by, but I guess the stains on the train were a bit harder to remove so they asked if I could come back a few days later. No problem! Just picked it up today and super happy with it!! This is definitely going to be my go to place whenever I need to get things dry cleaned. The customer service is great too. I used Rose Cleaners up until now. My husband and I were weekly regulars. I took my clothes in early Friday morning and specifically requested that they are ready that evening because I was planning to drive out of town on Saturday morning. Well...I didn't pick them up on Friday evening , but went Saturday (about noon) and they were not ready..may not sound like such a big deal, but since I didn't want the hassle of trying to pick my clothes up early in the week / wanted to wear certain items on Monday, I wanted/needed to be prepared for Monday. I've always had an issue with whenever I drop my clothes off, I typically ask for same or next day, yet after I specifically request, one lady in particular always ask me "is Tuesday okay"..this could be for a Friday AM drop off. They shouldn't offer "same day service" if their intent is to honor it as least as possible. read more

Near the train station but not cheap, not reliable, and slow. On price, the claim "lowest prices in town" but $3.95 to dry clean a shirt is on the high side; then for service, the storefront business sends the laundry somewhere else to get cleaned, so no same day service. And lastly they are not reliable. I Just went by to get my dry cleaning, which promised for yesterday, and they don't have it back yet.
