My first modular home inspection and I learned a lot! Victor was super friendly and knowledgeable. He found a door that didn't close properly and I'm pretty fussy about details. He also found the hot water was WAY too hot, and corrected it. Water pressure was lower than 'normal' and I was given ideas to correct this. Mr. Hernandez is very professional and a great person. I called him to inspect a condominium we want to buy. He put us on his schedule very quickly. He came in on time and inspected the place thoroughly and with great care. He even showed us where the power switch-lights were in each room even though this is not something required of him, but he was really nice and helped us in knowing many things about the place that we did not know.
